What is Wholeness in practice?

Notice a key question that arises in this moment is: can I see, observe wholly without division? To observe through the lens of wholeness is sanity, lucidity, clarity. To watch how our mind is operating - to observe, not correct it, not shape it, not say, 'I must become whole or act to feel whole, or take steps to be sane,' may feel insane. It depends how the mind watches. Does it watch with judgement and analysis- form a conclusion, a condemnation, or refer to memories? Wholeness is as mind freely observes. Tremendous joy and vitality arise right here without us. Tune in.

Lose yourself

As a child, you begin to build an identity based on what you are told about yourself.   As a teen and adult, this identity is reinforced unless you explore love and discover what it is beyond conditioning.  Stories and images begin to stir the imagination, to create expectations for and assumptions about love in relationships.  When you judge someone as lovable or loving, you create a sense of separation from love. The process invites you to lose yourself.

Everybody feels unconscious guilt or discomfort if he has not uncovered true nature. You come to sense you cannot forgive anything you think is real.  Anything you think is real temporarily seems to own or control you.  As you begin to forgive yourself, this slowly dissolves the guilt and what is unreal falls away.  Its not what you do outside in the external world, but what you do inside that matters. pay attention to your thoughts.

Anything that disturbs you is a call for love. Once you begin to trust that you are loved, you can transcend the world and see it as an illusion.  You loosen up that separation and feel interconnectedness or oneness more.  As you allow yourself to disappear in oneness, you realize there is no you because you are everyone.  Whatever you see is the Self in a different form.  When you lose yourself, you actually find yourself, that which you are seeking is here.

Eventually, you go back to the being you have always been.  The observer and the observed arise from observation. The third factor is the cohesive quality of pure love.

Unless you realize the essence of true unconditional love, whatever you do in life is not satisfying.  Notice you can fool a human being about love but you cannot fool an animal.  They are attuned to deeper sensing. Watch how they sniff you with more than the physical nose. They see through illusion and experience love through every cell of the body.

In essence, every question is a seeking of love. The reply is always the same. Ultimately people only wish to confirm 'all is okay.'  The need arises from something deeper than the words.  Whatever emotion you are feeling, all you want is peace, contentment or security. All of this is encompassed in love that is being here.  Lose yourself.  Embrace true nature.

Delve into your dreams

The authentic you engages in dreams without resistance or limitation.  In your waking state, you engage in experiences differently.  Why? You set the tone and decide on your feelings everywhere you perceive yourself to be.

In dreamscapes, you do not make excuses to pinch yourself off from unlimited being. What you manifest in dream states relates directly to what inner being knows. Everything unfolds based on how the authentic you vibrates. You fly, walk through walls, time-travel, bask in wellness, and do things waking mind tells you are impossible. During dreams, you realign with higher consciousness and allow source energy to express itself freely through you. You are completely non-resistant. You are on a joyful ride wherever you go.  You summon from high vibration and clarity alone.

In waking states, what you recall about dreams (you always have) is based on the vibration or mood you awaken into, and this relates to the vibration or mood you left when you went to sleep. The waking you interprets based on degrees of love or fear, resistance and allowing. How you manifest people and situations in waking life relates to your beliefs and emotional vibrations. Waking experience is highly shaped by a range of lower vibrations including; powerlessness, anger, frustration, doubt, and others, until you awaken to close the gap between beliefs and knowing. What you focus on activates mirror vibrations in your life. When you allow how people respond energetically to affect your own vibration, you choose to pinch yourself off from the unlimited being known to the real you.

Exploring dreams, training and untraining the mind is a very empowering process. When, in waking life, you do not try to grasp what you cannot control, you shift attention away from what is unfolding outside, and you no longer choose to explore feelings other than unconditional love, nothing bothers you and you remember and experience who you are more fully.

Everything is perfect now

Notice how you observe and interpret.  Notice how you feel about your true self.  Consider for a moment, that everything is perfect, that you are perfect as you are.  Soul-level energy vibration resonates you are loved unconditionally and nothing needs fixing.  Consider what kind of messages you receive or believe that contradict this story. How do you feed the fire?

The soul constantly echoes uplifting feelings about the limitless being you are.  The heart feels its way to credible answers.  You know your inner self better than anyone else.  Mind grounds its understanding of you in what the physical senses reveal or conceal, in what appears to be missing, in all you are not.  You choose your focus.  Every choice is part of the timeless journey.
