Heal illusory divisions within

Notice energy's eternal force is the Truth of Life. Only energy exists. Yet, using words to describe "Truth" inevitably distorts it. We come to know the Truth by discovering what its not. Awareness allows us to transcend all we adopt and think defines us. Rules and conditions often come to define who, what and how we Love. Awakening is about seeing nothing is ever solved by self-reprimand or blaming others. The conversations we have with ourselves are not real, yet self-talk evokes real emotions in us and what seems real turmoil in our lives. Still, emotions are not the biggest issue. Our thoughts are. Emotions echo what is going on inside us. Emotions remind us that we are not loving ourselves fully, and they let us know when we've travelled too far from the energetic Truth. This Truth may not be something you can easily put into words, but if you pay close enough attention, you can feel its resonance. Its never too late to rediscover the power of Love within us. It has nothing to do with vanity or self-importance. Love is the energy that flows within and all around us. To see everything as a message about Love or a call for Love is to validate who we are. As we recognize we are each the love of our own lives, it dawns the relationship we have with our body and self affects all relationships. Loving ourselves without conditions, heals illusory divisions within ourselves. Self love and acceptance connect us with the infinite power of source energy and allow us to consciously create new realities.

Catapult into a new version of you

Notice to realize your own unfounded or inaccurate assumptions may elicit surprise, embarassment, and disbelief. You may wish to quietly run or fly away. And yet, it is being open to gaining insight into ourselves, our triggers and oversights, that brings Soul growth and accesses hidden power. The energy of surprise is a catapult to transformation. As we shift perspective, look at things differently, timeless wisdom is felt through the eyes of the heart. As we accept our foibles, we feel lighter, laugh more at ourselves, and take life less seriously. Returning to innocence accesses the Divine. 

Re-train the body-mind

Notice the best course is about going with and being the flow. It is what feels right even when the mind would have you think its hard and resist due to thoughts of suffering. The best course of action is confirmed as the stress is leaving your body, mind and life. Peace arises as you stop trying to control, retrain the mind to respond to energy not on how you think things should be. As you act based on feelings, cosmic consciousness is advancing you, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, for you to further activate energetically strengthen connections, to be more self-sufficient and efficient. Everything guides you to optimal function. A quantum entanglement relationship exists on all levels with energies seen and unseen. Its up to us to disentangle from certain situations to strengthen self-reliance. The whole planet is lifted into a Rainbow portal to help shed light on life conditions and prompt shifts into greater alignment with an expended version of being. When ready, we naturally evolve and morph into a higher collective consciousness to be compatible with future (existing) version of us. Anyone can communicate with this highest, most expanded version. In the future we evolve beyond the need for a chip or interface. All blocks dissolve. As you condition the body with a new mind, they can no longer work in opposition, but must be in harmony. This is being aligned with Source Creation.

Shift frequency between life & afterlife

Notice our perception of life and death is based on our personal experience of energy, frequency and vibration. Although trained to adopt repeated ideas, beliefs and opinions of 'truth', as one expands consciousness, the range of detectable frequencies expands, much like accessible stations and light languages on a cosmic radio dial. Growing intensity of internal messages & visceral Truth are harder to deny. Direct experience lifts one out of states of belief or disbelief about others' stories on Near Death Eperiences (NDEs), Out-of-Body Experiences (OBEs), Remote-Viewing (RV), Mediumship interaction with Spirit, Bi-location or Multi-location (i.e. Yogis). As this shifts to conscious cosmic energy downloads being expressed as music, art, sculpture by ourselves, the impact is very different. We may hear ourselves sing familliar languages or suddenly know we are in more than one place at once which defies previous ideas of deja-vu. At some stage, our experience goes beyond the sci-fi films that showcase travel through stargates and portoles using separate physical machines or gadgets. What if what you are experiencing and cannot explain is a stepping stone to living the unexplained more consciously and consistently? Imagine the impact of shifting awareness to realize self as the ultimate multi-dimensional technology, channel and communicator. What happens as it dawns one is an interstellar / inter-galactic antenna, with hidden and awakening abilities, that are activated by joininng the dots or iluminating our bio-circuitry? Step-by-step, we illuminate from within-consciousness is expanding. The more we live in integrity, the more of the wider cosmic Truth reveals itself. The time is Now to upgrade DNA to receive, decode and transmit cosmic energy!

Walking the Path

A path is made by walking it. This is about recognizing life takes on the meaning it is given.  Its easy to be positive or optimistic yet being overly positive doesn't allow feeling deeply. In fact, it blocks out shadows or another side of who we are. We are often taught to rush through adversity to avoid pain.  This does not allow us to get through pain or allow feelings entirely appropriate for different situations. Is it always desirable to rush turning a frown upside down?

A true Yoga perspective would say no.  Each person's truth ought to be honoured. All feelings in the moment deserve love and acceptance. Healthy emotional stages allow for shock, anger, disappointment, sadness then acceptance and reorientation to a more balanced focus.  Eventually, its useful to be more fully open to the unknown or new possibilities. To allow everything to flow, and seeing this is part of wholeness, this is truly walking the path.  The truth is only ever felt directly.
