Listen to your life
Your thoughts and emotions are constantly communicating through you. You focus of attention determines your priorities as well as which emotions control you. Pay attention to what you see and do not see, to what you say and do not say. What do you notice? Where is your focus of attention? That which is ever-present cannot be obtained by moving away from it. Notice the priceless treasures that are forever hiding in plain sight. Be intrinsic awareness. What wisdom or insight do you take away as you observe your own behaviour?

I especially appreciate your insight about the emotions that control us. Positive emotions create a very different energy field within and around us. And this energetic vibration determines the response to our life experiences.

This then applies to any repression. For instance, much of the bodies tensions go unnoticed. However, when one touches the tension through massage, acupressure, acupuncture or through the installation of light through conscious connection, the tension dissipates. So like the behaviour, which is an external manifestation, the body too manifests an external symptom of having lost the ability to feel any particular region. This often results in swelling or a bloating or flexing or growing of the body. Excessive accumulation then of muscle or fat in any region then becomes a sign that the body is holding on to tension where one has become unconscious to a corresponding issue stored in the energetic body.
Therefore, its as if that which goes unnoticed within, puts up a vacant or for sale sign outside to get its original occupant to return home.
