Identify with nothing

Notice what happens as you shift attention from everything you dream or desire to focus on silent nothing. Imagine erasing the mental whiteboard.  Any image or thing you identify with loses meaning.  What is exists without anything to do, imagine or undo. It is the changeless background.  Being is not created. Yet, it confirms its presence.

Notice what happens as you stand back and realize nothing requires your attention. Escape or attainment is unnecesary and irrelevant. Being aware of states of mind, thought, time, space, words, action or physicality enables that which observes to know it is not this.  Any search is taking place inside infinite awareness itself.  That which observes is not part of a process.  Identify with nothing.  Be self-aware.  Know you are beyond anything describable in words. Who you are speaks for itself.

"It is as if all of the doors to the mind have been shut. Nothing scary, nothing monstrous, just nothing here." -Julie Sarah Powell
