Rediscover inner treasures

Notice how often you dream of where you are in the present moment, and which thoughts and feelings capture your attention. Notice also when you dream of where you perceive you are not, doing what you hope would like to avoid. How do each of these experiences resonate? Why does each one serve you?

Many people take steps to resist or subdue what enters the mind. Tension arises as one exerts control. Other people make peace and allow whatever comes to flow rather than fight. They notice the mind releases itself from temporary emotional reactions. Which living experience uncovers inner treasure?

Liara,
Over especially the last couple of years, I have really opened myself up to more of the "flow" of life. And in that - I have found a much deeper sense of peace. In that, I am much more open to just letting things happen, and believe there is a reason for all of that.

And this has all been so soulfully good...

We are always dreaming....its only to what degree we find ourselves lucid of this fact.
Dream Bubbles from the past and the future too enter the mind within this dream bubble. The bubbles are popped and released when they are payed attention to and accepted as they arise. Energy is energy, it is all equal, and comes from infinite directions, and therefore from Infinity its self.

The visions that we find uncomfortable can even be more valuable to pay attention to because more energy is invested in them and will be released and returned to you if the visions are resolved.

For instance, the other day a Miracle happened. I couldn't understand why my feet were still sensitive while walking on sharp gravel rocks around the property here, especially since my feet are thick with callouses from having just completed a long distance hiking trail. I walk barefoot often, but my feet would become too sensitive to deal with this substrate properly.

Then I thought it must be my fear of the rocks being too sharp. I realized I was afraid deep down to get hurt and punctured. Seeing the root cause of this hardship, the static field that satisfied the previous negative dream disappeared, and I suddenly was able to walk on the sharp rocks without any pain. It became fun to walk on the gravel. I had learned to "walk on water." This release in tension, created an inner treasure....a reconnection to the Greater Source after having resolved an issue in a particular dimensional bubble or dream.

Inner Treasure is truly found when we face personally all that comes to mind. We can touch Love and Happiness when we respect the energy that is before us.

We can also see Inner Treasure when we look beneath the surface of all that we see before us. We travel or fly to inner realms where we find inspiration to add to the creations that are before us in this dream realm that we collectively call reality. However, One soon learns that everything is both Real and Un-real at the same time. The label then vanishes.
Lance, the attitude you show to others is the same attitude you bring to solitude with self. As a person gains insight into self and can be at ease with self, he can be at ease with everyone always. The way one relates to others is precisely the way one relates to self. When you do not find fault with self, you also have gratitude for everything and you love and value each thing as a timeless teacher.

Bernie, to let things be is to open to the silence within, to be receptive to secrets whispered by spirit. This is the heart of one's self-awareness, a subtle luminosity, serene radiance and transparent clarity. To respect others as they are is to open the door to your heart, respect and make peace with yourself.

I had a dream the other night, it was on the night of the new moon. Just before bed I was reading that on a new moon you can ask for assistance in whatever it is you wish to understand more, so found myself just thinking of clarity and releasing this out to the air.

It felt like I dreamed this twice, with a sensation of waking up inside the dream once, realizing it was a dream, feeling relieved, falling back to sleep and having it again, waking up into the morning, the second time.

The dream was of writing things down in the taking of a food order, and even a request of a bowl of water from a dog, and seeing too that when 7/up was asked for, 7/5 was written down.

I found myself forgetting all about what ones asked for and even all about them, that they were even there, until reminded, then searching through books of scribbles trying to find and remember what they asked for and only seeing this 7/5 and remembering it as 7/up.

With this came sensations of fear.

I realized after, this dream was a duplicate of what I had done just in the previous day of this new moon

I work in a bistro where I do write down what people order, and on a previous day, I had forgotten all about this one family, totally forgotten them and their order except for bringing them their drinks, until they reminded me and asked me of the rest of the order. I felt so very very bad and embarresed about this, especially when they said they could no longer wait because of their small children, and found myself paying for what they had already ordered and offering to them a better experience when next they came in and find myself now, because of this, more focused at work. The bowl of water for the dog was on another day, when ones came in and asked if they could sit on the patio with their dog and bringing him a bowl of water

and I see clarity too :) I see that clarity came to what was most recent in my mind that I was still focusing on a bit, and it was in this sensation of fear I felt both in the day and in the dream, the fear I felt during the day came with judging myself in forgetting, and that others would too and in the dream the fear came back in the form as a reminder.

The clarity in the dream was in seeing the sensation of fear did not come in not remembering, because the sensation felt, in not remembering, that it was a sensation of nothingness, the fear only came with the reminder that I forgot and the reminder came from that that did not forget at the same time? or that that does not want to be forgotten as yet?

I remember feeling in the dream as well that this sensation of nothingness felt so much better than the sensation of fear, after the fear came

Through In-seeing, one can find treasure in the shadows and deep beneath the seas, where our headlamps and heart-lites will connect with and find that which glitters as Golden, giving it the energy to unfold further into a greater state of open being. All things are truly in the process of Flowering.
tumel, awakening reveals inner treasures. Being good does work as you remember how, as you remember what you are actually looking for. Its not about "me" or "them," but a situation of 'us.' To be good to others, means you also forgive and show kindness to yourself. Impermanence and no-self are examples of real hidden treasures. What do they mean to you? Reflect on what feels good.

Bernie, to grow fully conscious of the present, of the infinite possibilities of the mind, is to awaken to where one knows one is master of one's own destiny, endless freedom and timeless, core nature.

Hi Liara .. definitely facing the music and getting on with challenging things, rather than putting them into the background .. as you say if we go with the flow of life – our lives can be more easy to cope with as there are no resistors .. so making the peace and allowing whatever comes to flow rather than fight will in time allow the hidden treasures that are in me to come forth .. Thanks – really helpful analogy .. Hilary
