Remember what you are

To know what they are, many people go through a process to realize what they are not.  When you take something from the universe, from other people, what re-establishes balance is an exchange of energy in the form of some return gesture.  When you learn from someone, how do you give back to that person or the universe? If you do not share part of yourself or somthing, what prevents you?

Discover all that you are not.  Awaken from unconsciousness. Take revelations to heart.  Feel the truth. Transform your life.

Liara, hello from Japan. I journeyed here via Hilary's Cornish tea break post to find out who it is who loves Japanese green tea and cherry blossoms in Kyoto.

What a delightful discovery! A beautiful name and an amazing woman - thank you for your blog, for your intelligence, for your wisdom, for your existence.

I very much enjoyed this perceptive post. It seems that sometimes the only way to discover what we are is to travel many miles through the contours of what we are not. Through that often difficult navigation we find our way home.

Thank you for your reminder about sharing and giving back - and, perhaps more importantly, the self-questioning as to why we do not do so.

The cherry blossoms are blooming here in the mountains now, and the peach blossoms will follow - a glorious season. I will be visiting again, Liara - what a joy - thank you so much. Greetings to you from Japan.

Dear Liara ~ I have worked for many years, with a person who would like to take over my position. I have tried many times to help that person and I have shared my thoughts and ideas with them. Each time I do, that person uses the information to undermine me and to make inroads into my directoral work and also tries to switch the alliance I have with my workers. I keep trying again and again to make the person feel part of the process, but any power they can obtain is hoardered and then used against me.

I am now trying to cut off from their negative and destructive influence, but that is difficult as we must work together.

Recently that person has complained about me and is citing my behaviour as a reason for their resignation, hoping that I will be censured or removed by my employers...or that I will 'crack' and leave of my own volition.

That is what is begining to prevent me from sharing

Hi Liara

what I feel is that there is always an exchange and sharing of energy. It just comes out of us :) out of all things, even a little piece of furniture and as this energy flows and takes different paths it all somehow just balances out.

I am reminded now of a little quote I once read of water that reminds me a little of energy, "That all water has perfect memory and is forever trying to get back to where it once was."

and I wonder now too, what is energy that is balanced, is it neurtal? like I see the earth being held in balance by the energies of the planets and stars around it, yet I feel too that these planets and stars have energy that flows and changes as well.

Konichiwa Catrien! Every season brings new reasons for joy and invites us to be grateful wherever we perceive self to be.
Between the spirit and the body, love is the perpetual bridge. Some people feel temporarily disconnected from who they are. To remember the impermanence of everything is part of a wake-up call. All you do (and do not do) has multiple causes and effects.

Henry, to speak of one thing as being the only cause of another is a limited perspective. Notice that human beings are conditioned to initiate action with an outcome or result firmly in mind. People focus on the illusion of linear time in relation to causality as if A+B= C. In truth, many variables contribute to a given set of circumstances. Reflect on why you focus on a perceived threat. How do your contradictions in thought and behaviour help you? You may think you behave in certain ways but may send a different message. When a person who fears horses rides and assumes he is brave, the animal senses fear and responds accordingly to his advantage.

Another consideration is the notion of mirroring. That is, people around you behave in ways to draw attention to how you feel about inside. To be aware of fear is part of the process of dissolving it. Nobody can make you feel anything. You decide what/ how to feel.

tumel, everything is energy. You are energy. Everything is you. Love and harmony or balance are the fundamental reality that many people forget. When a human being grows distracted by polarity, this is part of a process of learning or remembering what exists beyond the fog created by the mind. You never lose balance (or anything). You only forget the truth with the intention of expanding.

Hi Liara .. recently I have to bring myself back to who I am and why I’m where I am now .. I endeavour to give back, and always remember to say thank you & usually again at some later stage for the ‘gift’ I was given (be it an action, a help etc). Reciprocation is the key I think .. even if we have ‘nothing’ to give as such .. we can interact and share others’ lives and that’s so important sometimes. Yes I am taking revelations to heart and am beginning to feel the truth and remembering who I am. Thank you - Hilary

Hilary, you are always giving back, consciously and unconsciously. True generosity is giving without any expectation of getting anything in return. Love all you are doing.
