5 Ways awareness is sharpening

At different life stages, its easy to notice changes in conditions, taste preferences, relationships, and inclinations of how and where to spend your time.  What may be less obvious is that it all comes down to slowly dissolving filters of the mind and simultaneous heightening of awareness through the lens of the heart. Recognize five ways your own awareness is sharpening:

1) Food awareness- you are increasingly aware of the nature of energy you ingest, digest and eliminate from food and drink.  You naturally make healthier choices, eating more fresh food and less processed. You may even develop allergies to eliminate certain foods from your diet or simply notice cravings for things like sugar, caffeine, wheat, dairy, subside with no withdrawl.

2) Sensory awareness- you increasingly recognize you obtain information through channels other than the familliar five senses.  That is, you no longer limit a sense of reality to the conditioned filters of your youth, but trust intuition, vibes and what cannot be explained more.

3) Boundary awareness- you increasingly feel connected to your environments and all that is apparently contained within them. In other words, a sense of separation, imaginary boundaries or Self (ego) is shrinking or dissolving. Compassion and kindness are growing stronger and shifting your focus to what is common and shared among all things.  

4) Dream awareness- you increasingly see through layers of your own dreaming, the lessons you orchestrate and the teachings you choose to integrate from this life experience into wider consciousness. You see no true experiencer or experience exists except what you imagine.

5) Love awareness- you increasingly shift to knowing that love and acceptance are the key to everything.  That is, how deeply you feel unwavering peace determines the harmony you see everywhere.  The degree you love self is mirrored in how lovingly you view the external world.

Rediscover what is natural

What matters does not come through your familiar senses and brain so much as through your skin, your emotions, your heart and your entire body.  Notice how closely you listen. 

Recognize who you are and make peace where you are.  Notice your relaionship with others.  Appreciate the uniqueness of others as well as your own. Know everyone complimentary.  As you listen more closely to how you think and feel, make these discoveries:

1) Anytime you allow uplifting thoughts to fill you, nothing else remains

2) Anything you conceive is yours to be, do or have provided you are open to receive it

3) Any obstacle you can think of, already fades as you shift your attention

4) Anything you think about attempts to distract you from how you truly feel

5) Anytime you align with what feels like bliss, happiness, joy, love, confidence, appreciation, love, well-being, wellness, and abundance, you rediscover what is truly natural.  You allow yourself to be where you want to be rather than imagine what you have to do to get yourself here. As you get your head out of the clouds, and are picky about how you feel, this is the swiftest path to recognizing where you want to be and already are.

In any split second

The whole thing unfolds in any split second.  This is a continuous process.  You are not doing what you think.  The connection you feel with a person, place or situation is never the same way twice. You push yourself beyond the known.  You are unleashing magic in the flow of energy. Feel the energy. Remember what has nothing to do with the body, or any experience, perceived space or time. The physical world expands due to who you are. Its unrelated to anything you do. Your presence is the bridge to all.

What would it be like to never return to the physical world?  Where would you be? Shift focus for a moment; how does it feel to have no purpose, no desire, no need and nothing to do? Why would you need proof of this when you awaken to who you are? Notice how it feels to recognize infinite trust or a universe as what you are. Everything is preparing you to realize that nothing had to happen for you to be where you are. Inner knowing never leaves you. Everything you do in every moment beckons you to laugh. Everything is so easy. You make life difficult until you are aware of your own pixie dust.

What is really going on?

Some people tell you they sense time, as they understand it, is accelerating.  They offer their perspectives and interpretations.  They offer you opinions on world events.  They use words to judge and describe and exert effort to pin things down.  What do you see?  What is really going on in the world?  How do you sense things within yourself?  Why the impulse to question?  What happens as the thoughts cease?

What you choose to believe is what you believe.  What you choose to have faith in is based on your focus and a lingering spark of doubt that things may not be going well. The mind tells you reality is one thing while the heart and soul whisper another.  What about the Middle Way? Sense that place where contemplation stops. Be that now.

To ask what is going on is to quietly assume your own ignorance or lack of understanding.  Notice what happens as you shift from a restless state of mind to a serene state of being.  You see that fear and doubt underlie beliefs and faith.  You shift attention into knowing and trusting all is well.  Nothing happens.  Nothing fazes you.

Notice what you are not seeing

Regardless of what you are seeing or feeling at this moment, every experience invites you to clarify things for yourself.  Whatever dawns in the mind is there already.  There is no one path to follow. You matter as you are where you are.  Any tension you feel is telling you that you separate yourself from full awareness of ability and potential. 

Notice what you describe and the feelings evoked by each word you choose.  Giving words to experience can be an unconscious effort to control, understand or pin it down.  What's it like to contrast your experience with those of others?  Notice what happens as you allow Self to experience without describing or comparing.   Awareness arises. Notice that your focus of attention can shift to see what you are not yet seeing.  Every book you invite into your life has perfect timing.  Everything reminds you that you are a divine messenger with access to soul and inner knowing about who you are.
