4 Tips to Make Positive Change Faster

In the current global climate, the urge to change or make change is arising.    The question is, which changes do we make first and what is the most efficient way of going about it? Consider these 4 tips;

1. Raise awareness

Until we grow aware or conscious of something we wish to change, then consistent change does not happen. We are our own judge and jury.  We each determine our points of reference and what is "positive" or "negative" (desirable or undesirable). 

2. Take responsibility

We have to see our role in a situation before we can make lasting change.  Every moment, we are creating a version of reality based on our thoughts and feelings.  By consciously stating, "Every moment, my thoughts and feelings are directing every moment of my experience and reality," this helps to make key connections.

3.  See the mirror

From the moment it hits the external world changes based on our self perception, we are empowered.  Everything is in fact, a mirror. Thus, to love and accept ourselves fully is to see this reflected in the world around us.  To harbour shadows or unconscious negative emotions and trauma is to see this in the external.  our individual sense of inner reality projects out and contributes to shape the collective reality.

4. Feel into new realities

In order to create a new reality, the key is to imagine it vividly and feel what it is like to experience it in real time.  Use present day language to create the vision. Talk about it as if it already exists.

3 Ways to Clarify a New Reality

Changes are unfolding at an increasingly rapid pace.  This draws our attention to where in our lives we resist change and/or, where we are receptive or ready to respond differently to life. Consider 3 Ways to clarify and ground in a new reality.

1. Recognize where something is not working

Feeling restless implies something is not working in our lives. Each of us must clarify what 'not working' means or feels like for ourselves. When things are working, this is not necesarily about what the ego wants. What if 'not working' implies living unconsciously, using less than our full potential? We may get a funny feeling in the gut or signs in dreams that invite us to pay attention and listen differently.  We may feel imbalance, notice we are giving someone too much thought and feeling drained or exploited, expressing affection without getting reciprocity, putting too much time into work and being repeatedly overlooked for promotion or unrecognized. Our health or fitness level may be less than optimum although we put effort in. Feeling dissatisfied, ignored, or undervalued invites us to explore unconscious beliefs that create patterns. It also invites making the conscious decision to create a different reality.  Where attention goes, energy flows.

2. Explore Breathing Patterns

The rhythm of the breath is a language that echoes how true we are being to our soul. We can undertake different kinds of breathwork to get to know our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies on a whole new level.  What if the breath is the bridge to all systems, conscious and conscious, and we each have the power to engage the breath to gain new insight into ourselves?  The breath is a path to determine where we harbour blockages and also how to release them. When ready, opportunities arise to explore conscious  breathwork and decode the puzzles in our lives so we can feel better, more alive right where we are.

3. Reclaim inner power 

When we allow fear to run us, we are unconsciously giving our power away. This grows more apparent as we pay attentionto our thoughts, emotions, language, perception and life experience. Whenever we live in fear or are movated by fear, we give some of our power away.  If someone is not respecting our time, invalidating us (verbally, in writing, belittling) or generally not treating us with kindness and compassion, the moment is ripe to shift gears. Reclaiming inner power is about seeing about seeing ourselves as whole and complete, nurturing fearlessness in ourselves and others, speaking our truth, living in integrity and setting a standard for how we wish to be treated.  Living our Truth is about consciously choosing to be aware of true nature, feeling our way into life and treating everything with reverence. Anyone or anything that invites us to feel less than whole, is not belief or vision we have to adopt. We can choose to create a new reality. Recall teh 5 peopel we speand the most time with are the five people we are evolving into. take a close look at the characteristics of entourage. Is this the most desirable vision for a new reality or is it time to shift focus?

Find what you long to know

The ultimate truth about life, why you exist, why you do anything, why you consult a coach even, is at the tip of your nose. The most obvious is the hardest to see because your senses are oriented outward.  They take in information and activate mental analysis and judgment.

For some, shifting inward is a process. For others, this shift occurs much quicker. When you make investments on the outer world, it can be easy to forget another way of seeing, the natural way of seeing.

What if you view life as an opportunity? What kinds of opportunities come to you? Do you sense something is here that you are also not yet seeing? Is this the source of restlessness?

Uncluttered intelligence or clear seeing.  This is not identifying with anything in particular. Knowing the inner dimension comes naturally without interference (beliefs and fears) that bring(s) confusion. It is recognizing and letting go of beliefs that the mind struggles with.

Longing to know something shifts your attention away from yourself.

Love is not something you are or fall in, it is something you are.  The key to opening the auric field so mind and consciousness work together.  Regardless of the goals you think you have, the revelations that follow are already shifting perception, desire and sense of reality.

6 Tips to re-invent yourself

You read here with the desire to re-invent yourself.  Whether or not you realize it, your human form is changing every moment.  Cells are dying and being replaced by new cells.  Packets of energy at every level are moving, even if this goes unnoticed. Her are six tips to consciously re-invent yourself.

1) Know this moment is a blank slate

Whatever you think you have done has no relevance to this moment. Observe the ego stick its head in, eager to judge and compare.  Ego limits this moment in linear time, in terms of past, present and future. Soul only knows Now. Stay out of the clutches of mediocrity. Each moment the sun is shining in a new way, but only very few encounter it.  

2)  Change so often you defy categorisation

Its possible to have many tools in you toolbox or multiple rotating roles and still resist conventional labels. Do what inspires you. Have multiple roles if you resonate with that. Express those creative juices as they flow. This may be par for the course if redundancy hits, if your professional or leisure interests change or if generating money becomes a temporary issue.  Come what may, relish every role and learn something.

3) Be self-taught

You can read books, listen to podcasts, watch youtube videos, paint or sculpt intuitively  Come to see everything and everyone is a possible mentor that invites you to learn and unlearn. Its up to you to limit the scope or not.  

4) If you take an initiative, go all the way

Be willing to pull all the stops, including detach from the familliar.  This could mean shifting priorities and attention, letting go of certain relationships, roles and commitments. It could mean losing friends and your mind, alienating relatives.  It  is the willingness to let go of what you currently think is important to discover something as of yet unseen or unrecognized.  Be open to what enters your awareness and run with it.  

5) Trust intuition implicitly

This lifetime is a limited time warranty. It has a no-return policy. This moment is a gift for you to create what gives your life meaning. Instances of indelible awe, excitement and bliss are always available as are others.  

6) Allow transformation to happen 

Do whatever makes you feel most alive. When you are alive in the body, be the kind of person whose presence people wish to experience and will miss when you are gone. The willingness to change your mind, to free the mind of idle thoughts, is the willingness to shift perception and transform your sense of reality.

5 Tips to shift gears 

If you hold a vision and it is not entering your life experience fast enough,  then its the perfect moment to shift gears.  Ponder these five tips;

1) Recognize you do not want what you think but the feeling of having it/ being here

The underlying message is to focus on the feelings you imagine are evoked by the envisioned experience.  This is about shifting focus and energy from separation (how to get it or make it happen), to unity (how it feels to be in this place or to experience something right now). 

2) Accept time is an obstacle you create you close the imaginary  gap 

Dreams are realized instantly in the inner realm. You are already 'here'.  You imagine someone and are instantly with them, imagine going to a place and imagine the jouney unfolding. Allowing an experience to enter your awareness involves consistently acting as if no gap or timelag exists. 

3)  Talk as If

Its important talk as if you are already doing something to make it more real. Speak about it in the present tense and often.  This aligns you with the specific dream vibration and allows it to take shape into your experience.

4) See everything as energy first

From the moment you see everything as energy, frequency and vibration, you shift from believing something is possible to knowing its already happening. This shifts your energy from separation to being a living example your vision.As the vibration of acceptance, worthiness and love take over, this is energetic, heartfelt living. When you only see one flow of energy, situations enter your scope faster.  This is an exercise in letting go of separation. 

5) Let the universe determine the details

The universe can deliver your dreams in infinite ways.  It may be easier and quicker for your dream to come in a way you’ve never considered. The what always comes before the how is important to remember. The how is not up to you.  Simply allow yourself to feel the way into the perfect circumstances. The universe does the rest.
