Allow your expansion

Your invite everyone you encounter. How you view each one is up to you.  Nothing external affects how you feel inside unless you allow that.  As you choose to feel vibrational reality, and you focus there, then emotions do not distract you from the big picture.  Fare ye well. Wisdom allows you to access and be happiness regardless of what happens.  Taste it.  Allow nothing to affect peace of mind. Keep things in perspective.

Regardless of what you see in the external world, how you choose to feel determines what unfolds. You cannot find what you do not believe. You do not experience what you do not feel. Release resistance to what is actual in a vibrational reality.  What you seek is never lost. Know it exists.  You feel it into being. Expect the perfect unfolding.  Restore faith and trust. You deprive yourself only through your focus or patterns of thought. Do not bend the truth to fit you.  Be awake.  See life as it truly is. Clarity is here already.

Shift your attention

No isolated events exist.  Notice what you think matters.  Notice why you measure or interpret as you do.  Notice that everything has a function in the totality though mind only grasps a limited fragment of all that is.  Notice when you react emotionally and find yourself thinking something should not be happening.  You can also choose to shift your focus.  What happens as you do?

Step back to grow aware of how you can distance yourself from collective emotional reactions and perceptions.  They are not you.  You are not limited to the forms understood by the mind. Something flows through you beyond form.  Reality emerges as you observe without judgment.

Feel good where you are

Notice how you feel where you are.  The inner judge is conditioned to criticize or complain.  You can choose to benefit from everything. Be a silent witness to your own thoughts, feelings and behaviour.  See lessons and internal messages.  Recognize that what you think about you bring into being.  You invite situations that resonate what you feel and how you vibrate. As you choose to envision things that have not yet unfolded that you hope to experience, they come into being.  They become another layer of your current reality.  Your conscious focus shapes your life.  You are in more than one place in mind, body and spirit.  Every feeling is a stepping stone to the next phase of expansion.  Become all that you already are.

Be ready for anything

Recognize the universe does not bring you anything that you are not ready to receive.  You trigger your own revelations.  The criteria for your reality is constantly shifting.  As you interpret it with only physical senses, you limit how you view or experience reality.  You are discovering that as you ignore any reality that does not enable you to feel good, those things disappear.  They are no longer part of your reality. 

You know what is going on.  You choose to resist temptation of what keeps you feeling less than you are.  As you take your attention away from the things that bother you, those things fade away and you only experience solutions.  To deactivate what troubles or irritates you, what is unpleasant, or painful, simply let it go.  Stop thinking about it, talking about it, writing about it, or otherwise reinforcing it in your life.  Only focus on wellness, love, strength, courage, insight and you know you are ready for anything.  Let nothing faze you.  Direct the thinking mind to your advantage.  Align with the fearless, limitless being this is you.

You already have it 

Abandon logic. Be willing to become and allow better feeling experiences. Think only like that. Everything is moving toward presenting for you. Feel like you live where you desire, that you have the freedom to travel, to enjoy the health and well-being soul knows right now. Know bills are paid. Forget explaining how.

Realize you are responsible for choosing what you feel and the energy of your thoughts and feelings creates what you experience. Ask for the best feeling you can feel where you are. Be grateful for what you have, who you know, where you have been and how you are helping others.  Feeling vibrations define your reality.  They originate beyond physical senses.  The universe brings into form what reinforces your sense of reality.  That is, what you experience exists as non-physical energy before it manifests into being. 

Know you already have or experience what you are asking for. Although your current perception of reality may be different from what soul knows, you have the power to feel good about where you are. As you only expect good things, they arise. Let how you feel matter more than what reason says you can have or see.  Any focus on perceived lack slows down the manifestations that reinfoce feeling good.  Tell yourself its normal to feel good.  Offer the singularity of that vibration. Appreciate the non-physical shapes what you bring into being.  Accept you have untapped inner power to transform how and what you see.

This is not about economics or what numbers are currently visible in your bank account. Its about feeling energy and remembering its significance. How you feel about things emotionally determines what you sense or experience.  Stop depending on action to make things happen.  When belief is born out of manifestation, this is limiting.  Repeated thought creates your reality.  You have to think and feel differently than what you see to alter your experience.  Contrast reveals what you do want. Feel good about that.
