It is only by diving into infinite emotional waters that we get in touch with what matters Now, unleash more of True Self and let go of whatever postpones blossoming into our radiant Being. Shifting from ego-driven reality to heart-centred choices echoes big shifts in consciousness. Remember your choice is your freedom. Every moment, we choose to fear or love. Perceived reality extends from this energy. The will to change how we feel resides within each of us. Sovereignty is our power. Reclaiming soverignty changes everything.

Accept what is offered

Notice Nature is the Spirit breathing. The breath is your Soul. The quality of your breath is the quality of your life. To intensify energy you receive, decode and transmit, simply breathe fully and live in integrity. Be fearless and transparent. Speak what you feel in the heart. Express and act on true feelings. The Sun sees All. One cannot hide from omnipresence.

Activate your Light Body

Notice plants grow toward the sunlight to generate more energy, transform and thrive. Similarly, our bodies are evolving.  The human body transforms into a Light Body, we feel drawn to spend more time in Nature as well more intense Sun. Light Body activation is a practical and effective tool to release restrictions and promote alignment, enhancing the dynamic synthesis of your system. This elevates the frequencies of your body, bringing you into contact with parts of yourself you may have been craving to connect to for what feels like forever. This occurs on a cellular level, as we adjust from a carbon-based anatomy to a crystalline-based form. Our experience of receiving, decoding and transmitting light alters us. As the human body gradually assimilates, it absorbs increasing amounts of light. Sun-gazing also allows us to absorb light differently. The light Body merkaba is a bridge to Divine Love. Imagine creating a reality of universal co-operation and conscious communion rather than division, separateness and disconnection. Children inspire us to be in harmony with the Light we truly are. They mirror True Radiance.

Let the breath guide life shifts

Notice the ocean is a conduit that allows us to connect and interact with vast, unexplored worlds, dimensions and energies. The ocean is akin to the breath. Both invite us to be aware of all that comes and goes on the horizon, from breath-taking sunsets to life-giving sunrises and everything that flows or shocks us in-between. Tuning into calming waves grounds us in a breathing rhythm that renews us. Imagine feeling refreshing water soak our feet.
