5 Steps to increase personal power

Notice living in your personal power involves doing what you love, feeling relaxed and at peace most of the time, materializing and monetizing your life purpose without self-sabotage.  Sound like a mouthful? Currently not your reality? Ponder five steps to get greater access to your own innate personal power and unleash the gifts you exist to bring to this world;

1) Tap into negative energy within and express it in a refined way

This is cathartic. Take personal responsibility for misinterpretations of situations at different stages of your life and recognize the energy can be rechannelled or expressed differently.  Rather than expressing anger outward, recognize that from the moment underlying reasons for it are understood, this energy is harnessed and redirected in ways with unforeseen benefits.

2) Notice self-worth is self-love in action

Do things that people with high self-worth and self acceptance do.  When you hold yourself in high esteem as a person, you respect yourself and others equally. Express kindness, compassion, love without expectations.

3) Establish clearer boundaries

This is about finding courage to clarify and present who you are to the world.  It is done from a new level of high self-worth and requires you clarify for yourself what you will and will not do and limits to commitments.

4) Let go of the non-essentials

Be honest about what evokes suffering, resentment and struggle.  Shift focus of attention to life circumstances that resonate joy and completeness.  Trust yourself more.  Like atrracts like or more of the same energy.

5) Commit to your dream and connect the dots

Only synchronicity exists. Be receptive to what you uncover. about yourself and take steps to actualize what the heart and soul are guiding you toward.  Its already in you.  Simply allow it to flourish.

Be awake to what matters

At any moment, you can wake up.  Any situation can awaken you.  Existence is an exercise where you create ways to feel more alive.  Being awake is feeling into knowing what matters.  Sometimes small life changes enable you to feel more awake, more present.  Even splashing water on the face can help.  How much sleep do you need to be awake to what matters?

To be awake is to recognize it was a dream that created the sense of distance between who you are and what you think you want.  Dreaming is the distance.  For dreaming to feel real, sleeping is necessary.  From the moment you are awake sleep disappears along with the world of dreams and the impulse to dream.

Being awake is being here now and accepting what you already are.  Awakening cannot be made a goal. All goals are dreaming like all achievements and pursuits to them are dreaming. He who is asleep cannot dream his way to enlightenment.  Whatever you imagine is not the same as being what you are already.

It is assumed that a process exists for everything and so process is dreamed into being.  It is imagined you must follow a path to reach a destination, take training to become qualified with a certain skill, literally travel from place to place, when the starting point and destination are the same. That is, you convince yourself you are less than you are in order to think you must earn the reward of a desired experience.   Being awake to what matters is accepting everything is instantaneous.

Similarly, it is often assumed a person moves through dreaming and waking states to wakefulness and then to that which has no name.  Everything but the last state takes you away from yourself. In reality, you do not go anywhere but life and experience looks different in the imagination.  You think you must lose yourself to become whole, do something to merit entry into paradise.  When you truly lose the self, your false identity or sense of separation from who you are,  you cannot come back to it and for desire and ego cease to exist.

Get this: Paradise is here now.  Being awake to what matters is knowing no-thing you think exists.  Yet, the point of it all is enjoying every step of the imagined journey, appreciating every experience, and loving everything you encounter along the way back to where you never leave.  Love is the answer.  All of existence points toward it and is it.

3 Ways to be solutions-oriented

You are responsible for all that is unfolding in your life, for what you decide is within reach and what you tell yourself is not.  You are the vibrational centre of your world.  All that happens to you results from how you vibrate.  Notice if you limit yourself to visible reality, beat the drum about what you do not see or place your trust in what you cannot see. Every convergence of experiences, everything you experience arises based on how you think and feel.  Whether you think something is possible or not, your energy vibration proves you right.  Give this a go:

1) Be solutions-oriented in every circumstance. Control the point of your vibrational attraction. Observe an unwanted situation in a way that transforms it into something you want. Be aware of the problem and still be a vibrational match to the solution.  You can see evidence of the problem and still talk about how the solution feels.  Law of attraction responds to energy.

2) Know how your emotions work. Your emotions are relative to your desire. Before a manifestation occurs, your emotions tell you what is coming. If you are afraid, you attract evidence to confirm why you have reason to feel that way. When you feel confident you are realizing your desire, living the dream,  this shapes the nature of what manifests.

3) Listen to the music of the heart.  The music of the heart offers the solution to every situation. Its not that everyone cannot hear the music of the heart, some people simply do not listen.  That is, they block it out with beliefs of what is not possible.  When life causes you to want something, when you expand to create that something, when you do not go along with this expansion, you not going along with this expanded version triggers negative emotion. If you feel bad, its not because you do not have a thing, but because of resistant attention, because you are not up to speed with who you are.

Let it be

Imagine the life of your dreams is unfolding.  Allow it to be.  Know it is already here.  The only thing that stands in the way of the actual experience is your own mind. Watch the thoughts that pass through your head.  Notice what you focus attention on.  It is not a matter of asking how you can make it happen. Rather, it is a case of surrendering into what already exists for you. Get this: you do not know what it is until the moment you allow yourself to see, feel and find it.

Its as if every dream you could ever imagine is manifested in this un-namable place.  All of it is accessible to you from the moment you let go of any thoughts or beliefs that say its not possible. The conditioned mind only echoes why you do not deserve it, why a relationship cannot work, how obstacles stand between you and what you would like to have.  Watch what happens as you see through self-imagined illusions.  Decide to feel as though you live the life of your dreams.

Give this a go: visualize what feels right at this stage of life, allow yourself to see it clearly as you awaken in the morning and as the last thing you see before you are going to sleep.  Love all you do and see everything you do not do as a blessing.  Love all that arises.  Appreciate it is all directing, nudging and pointing you to what the heart already knows.  See one synchronicity guides you to another and another. Know every encounter and event is divinely orchestrated.  You do it all for your own learning.  The soul is awareness unfolding the bigger picture. Let it be.

Be the change

Most people approach life as if it offers them something they need to get. Notice why you may persist in thinking you lack in some vital way.  Imagine the feeling arising at the discovery that life is more about letting go and getting rid of things.  Declutter the mind and declutter your life.

Life is like an exercise in realizing how you trick yourself into believing what is not real. The key then, is to simply be the change you wish to see.  That is, stop talking about some dream as if you would like it to be part of your future.  This is not about becoming, it is about having confidence to embrace all you are offering yourself.  You cannot help but be here.  Know you lack nothing.    Practice awareness.  Allow yourself to see what is at hand.  Nothing never ceases to amaze.
