Close the gap

Regardless whether you consciously realize it or not, you imagine gaps in your life, in identity, and a kind of distance between where you are and where mind would like you to be.  What if you awaken to how the real you already reaches that distant shore and never leaves?

One perspective of the dream is that as you choose to close the gap, you consciously know only one shore or state of being actually exists.  All the while, the mind echoes a very different message. Recall state of mind is not awareness of state of being.

People are conditioned to hope for success in their actions.  Yet not everyone remembers the difference between action and non-action.  Sense how it feels to know non-action within action, and action within non-action.  Dis-attach from outcomes and choose to depend on nothing.  To be content with whatever life brings is to consciously close the gap and not be imprisoned by mind or action.  Be free.

Greetings, Liara,

I think about action in non-action. That tells me that doing nothing is really doing something and that doing something is not necessarily accomplishing anything. And I wonder if this a way to justify "being lazy?" Then we are back to "there is no such thing as "being lazy," that is something humans label behavior. How do we know when we have done enough, I wonder.

Blessings and best wishes from Texas!

Hi Liara ..It’s that hope isn’t it .. that’s so illusional .. we need to realise that life is continuing and being here, focusing on the now is leading us towards our goal .. without our thoughts being distracted by hope. Thoughts and dreams are wonderful to have and work towards but not hope for .. exactly as you say we need to put action in – we need to be where we are now and give it our all. Being free beckons .. thank you - Hilary

Very well said, Liara :)

The mind always thinks that there are gaps to cover and connect. But once one is in touch with innermost being, one can witness that full circle is all there is :)
Dear Liara ~ Everytime I post something recently, I come to read your blog...and I find the essence of what I have been writing about, expressed here. :)

It is so simple and to say it requires courage is to create yet another illusion.

henry, this is yet another example of 'Cosmic Synchronicity,' which also happens to be the title of my second book:)

Jannie, rest assured, at a given moment, you always do exactly the right amount of everything. The mind imagines quanities and discrepancies as a way to draw you into the world of its own illusions. The real energy being exists beyond the mind.

Hilary, another perspective is that nothing is every leading you to any goal. You are the goal. You are the path and the destination. The concept of time and physical or spatial journey is imagined into being to ground one in the physical world. This is not the truth but merely a playground of sorts. Some beings perceive it as the 'Earth school.' Imagine that as a detached witness.

Rizal, the journey to authentic power always brings one back to the core of true self and the revelation that physical displacement is completely imagined. Consider the timeless and spaceless symbolism of the phrase- 'circle of one.'
