Every moment is ripe for raising awarness of opportunities to shift vantage point. Give yourself the task of finding at least one blessing in every situation that bothers you. Notice the change in your state of mind and being. Journal your reflections. Decide to focus on the growth that is emerging within you. You are taking the responsibility to find inspirations to Transform Your life.

That conscious choice makes such a difference! I get great ongoing pleasure and increasing levels of awareness by having the discipline to choose the positive. My life has changed dramtically in the last 2 years because of it, lifting many of the veils of illusion.

Listing all uncomfortable and bad things would only come to an end when one ceases to make judgement about what is good or what is bad. When one views everything as it is, as it is meant to be--the list vapors into bliss :)
Today I'm doing my income tax. I put it off repeatedly. When I do it (as I am now...well in a moment (or two) I realise that I enjoy the clearing up of the past and the actual throwing out of clutter (in the house and in my brain)
But really I like to do nothing.
