Stop staring at the tea kettle

On many occasions, people look at their watches and find other ways to make it seem as though what they want to happen is taking longer thanthey think itshould. Everyone is very familiar with signs of impatience.  Each one is a reminder from Higher Forces you are not as patient as you could be.

A classic example is what many people do while waiting for the tea kettle to boil. Staring at it does not hasten the passage of time. In fact, watching it intently seems to make time move slower. You may have thought it takes forever to do some things. Exceptions include whenyou are sitting in traffic and believe you must be somewhere, or the time is running out during a test and you are not finished. What is it with that?

Fear is the common denominator for perceived trouble.  Worry seems to push time to move faster. Anxiety almost seems to invite time to run away from you. Imagination is overworked. Yet, if you focus on loving who and where you are, this helps you realize you do what you do at precisely the right time.

The fundamental question is, can you control time? If you choose to reclaim your authentic power, then you realize you have choices in the matter. Consider these five points;

1)You decide whether time exists and how you permit it to guide, control or dominate you.

2)You accept ego beliefs and values unless you learn mental discipline, choose to reject and transcend them.

2) You control how you respond or not to all perceived conditions and selectively decide what does not matter.

3) Your thoughts and feelings create energy vibration. This affects events whether you take responsibility for self or not.

4) If you dwell on what has not worked, hindsight does not serve you. Turning inward empowers you to focus on who you think you were or revelations about who you truly are.

5) You have the power to view time as what you want or not. Shift focus and reframe conditions as blessings in disguise.

Just wanted to share this with you - http://www.romainjerome.ch/main/collections/titanic-dna/day-night/index.lbl .
A watch that only tells you if it's day or night. Even though it's obvious if you look at the sky, it is interesting.
I love watches not because they tell time, or to remind you that you have to be here, and you have to be there.
Imagine for a moment if the concept of time didn't even exist, as many people believe, including myself. Wouldn't the world be a different place, for the better?

I'd like to see it happen one day [=

So, time may not actually "fly when we're having fun?"

There is a phenomenon during stage performance when time seems suspended, I forget where I read an article on that a while ago, was very interesting.

It is very exhilarating to think that time will never end for us! I am so loving life and could go on like this forever.

Liara,

Time is relative, isn't it? Sometimes I feel amazed by how much I am able to accomplish in one day and other times I think that I am on too fast of a roller coaster and I want to just step off for a bit. I definitely need more quiet time.

On a different note, I must tell you that I am remembering my dreams regularly now and am very interested in reading your new book. Our conversation online sparked some intrigue in me somewhere deep.
Jannie, if you choose to believe time flies, all the power to you. The concept of anything is helping you help yourself where you are. Some people believe angels or some other invisible presence helps you remember what you need to know but temporarily forget. The life experience yo uare putting together is very valuable. Each step is leading to a new dimension of freedom, self-understanding and a more accurate grasp of the concept of love that is you.

Amy, every human being is gaining insight into the ins and out of "escape velocity." This is a concept which describes the way out of physical existence to infinity. This is not a hologram or some hocus pocus. It is as real as you are willing to make it. You detach from illusions of security to experience something beyond them.

Consider the nature of your dreams. Part of you may feel like a marionette. Spirit guide your progress although you mkae your own choices. Spirit are not confined to physical assumptions about time. You always know what to do. As you release your true self from confining belief systems, you embark on a journey of complete transformation. The Harness the Energy of Your Dreams book is a useful tool. Self-Disclosure: Changes from Within is also helpful.

Hi Liara. Learning mental discipline has proven to be a constant workout. I'll be muttering along one day and suddenly realize that I'm in a mind funk! Then I give my head a shake and I'm back. What is interesting is how I suddenly realize I am in the mind funk in the first place. I've not consciously done anything. It just happens.

Many years ago I went on what was called an "intensive". It was a week long vacation/training with a native elder. There were close to a twenty of us and we stayed in cabins along the beach. We handed in our watches at the start of the trip. Some nights we were up pretty late listening to "teachings", reading or just having fun. We found out that on a few of the nights we had only gotten about 3 or 4 hours of sleep, yet we felt well rested. Because our minds were disengaged from our watches and the concept of time, we were not caged into those time constraints. Very interesting experience. It was a blessing to become aware of this.

Davina, the example you share reminds human beings how often they permit themselves to feel like a prisoner of their own minds. No experience is a waste. You have potential to learn much from wherever you are at a given moment. You develop insight and love energy from each perceived experience and lifetime. Fear is like a vehicle. The curious thing is that people ride this vehicle far and wide without choosing to understand what makes it function. Left brain curiosity selectively lets you down if it serves a useful purpose. You assume this is acceptable until you choose to dissolve fear.

Max, every belief one holds is a choice. You can choose to believe in time as a psychological concept and permit it to control you or, raise awareness of what you are doing and make another choice. No person is forced to follow everyone else or to do like they do. To choose not to wear a watch, to choose to attune to the pulsation of nature, empowers a person to shift consciousness to a whole new level. To tell time with your heart or mind is very different.

Liara,

I used to wear a watch, but then it became too much to watch it. So now I just know where I am supposed to be and I am never late. My mental watch is highly accurate. I have all the time in the world in my head. :D

Alexys, individuals who choose to detach from the news also find they naturally detach from the hold time has held over them. It is always possible to step back from how you perceive the world and choose to shift yur priorities. You decide what serves you or not. You have free will.
