Transcend your core wounds

Each of us has our own understanding of why we exist and at least some idea of what we're meant to do.  You may have many unanswered questions.  All activity has more than one underlying purpose.  How often do you choose to sift beneath what you ordinarily see? What is it you are consciously or unconsciously choosing not to know? At what cost?

Every moment, we encounter situations and are faced with choices.  How we react or don't relates to those things we acknowledge and deal with and also to those things we would prefer not to discern or pay attention to at all.  Everything has significance.  Are you ready to face reasons for pain? What will you bring to the surface and dissolve?

To evolve to transcend your core wounds implies you evolve to the point where you recognize discomfort and become willing to explore deeper reasons for superficial reactions. Why is it that you repeatedly find yourself in similar circumstances? Could you be missing an importnat lesson? The universe will bring you a different set of circumstances to enable you to learn what you missed.  If you pass a test, you move on.

In cases where you don't choose to take charge of your life, then the universe reacts to that as well. In cases where you choose to harbour guilt, negativity, fear of rejecion, persecution or other mental anguish, the universe will ensure that you receive more situations where you could reinforce what you don't want or, learn to work through it.

It makes sense to examine where you are on your journey.  Consider recent events in your life, your attitude and how you feel.  Do emotions control you? Are your choices to your emotional and spiritual advantage? If not, then what will you do about that?  When?

Great post Liara. I find this a moment by moment practice. The onion peel effect.

Harmony, learning is a continuous process, providing people open themselves to that.

guilded butterfly, may the evolution of your life continue to amaze you. All echos and voices you hear from inside yourself have more significance than you initially realize.

Very compelling topic ... I've explored this very thing in my life. That's what my blog When Isis Rises is all about. It's very healing to analyze and identify these issues in my life.

Donna, to leave your wounds alone can enable you to experience spontaneous bouts of illumination. This is when you feel at peace with yourself. If however, you choose to explore different memories, you realize changes happen naturally within yourself as life progressesRaising conscious awarerness is itself part of a very effective healing process.
