How to access your deepest inspiration?

You may refer to mentors as individuals who have done things you might wish you had done or, wish you could do.  There is another way to view people who inspire and motivate you.  After all, they are leading back to your deepest inspiration, that is, you! The better you feel, the more you know you are allowing energy to flow.  You are reminding yourself that you know your purpose.  Mentors guide you back to yourself.

As you decide to raise your awareness, you zero in on the implications of your thoughts.  The energy vibration reflects how you feel about yourself where you are.  You are inspired to travel a certain distance in this lifetime.   I do not mean geographical distance as you would describe it.  Rather, I mean the distance between where you are in your mind and where you would experience better feeling thoughts.

Every person you encounter is a teacher.  Even beings you do not see are guiding, protecting and inspiring you in ways you do not yet register. You are constantly rediscovering and expanding on your own potential.  You learn from how other people think and act, whether what they do transforms their lives, and if so, how.

Why is it you are drawn to certain people? Who stands out and what do they teach you about yourself?  It is not because you desire to become them or necessarily do what they do,  although this is what you convince yourself early in the piece.  You desire to have more faith in what the heart knows.  Good feelings are closest in vibration to perceived freedom.  Be aware of those and transform your life from inside out.  Be on your way.

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." -Steve Jobs

This is an interesting question, because I am drawn to all kinds of people for a variety of reasons, mainly because I seem to see love in everyone I meet. So I find people very interesting and exciting. I also find that each encounter makes me grow...

BUT I am probably most drawn to people who's energy blends effortlessly with mine, as if we'd known each other for years, where we each instill in the other MORE of what we already are. And where there is bottomless depth to fall into and explore free of judgment both myself and the other. I've been blessed to have many people like this in my life.

One of the interesting things I've discovered about this last type of person is that it really doesn't matter whether I talk about my life to them or they talk about their life to me, because it all seems the same, and all elevates me. Even if they do all the talking (it just doens't matter to me) because in hearing about their life I feel so complete. As if they were talking about MY life, or that I'd been talking about my life (even though I might not have said a word). There is a wonderful merging of souls that is fascinating, elevating and extremely freeing.

Robin, you share a very personal perspective and blog readers value your views. A human being is never thwarted when he acts to learn more about himself. Any belief to the contrary is a misunderstanding. Your thoughts about who you are inspire great waves of unseen spiritual activity. Over and above what you discern currently, energy is also moving on planes you do not currently register. As you continue to raise consciousness about the power within you, you recognize something in everyone leads you to better understand yourself. Feeling more drawn to certain people at certain moments simply means you are ready for the particular lessons they offer to teach you.

Certain people only seem to inspire you more than others. People you avoid, people who evoke discomfort and people who do not resonate with you in other ways, are all reasons you recognize what you do about yourself. Human beings benefit greatly from their own mental process of elimination. You come to disregard what does not serve you, that is, those people who do not raise you up. This helps you get closer to who you are. No encounter is better or worse than another. Hierarchies do not exist. They are illusions. Only equality and unconditional love for everyone enables you to rediscover and reconnect directly with truth. All you think and feel propels you in that direction.

"No encounter is better or worse than another. Hierarchies do not exist. They are illusions."

I think this is one the most basic and powerful of truths. I live this with all my heart because it sets me free. I also believe that when the illusion of hierarchy dissolves we are then open to all the Love in the Universe. We start to see Love everywhere in everything, and it not only sets us free but it sets free all those around us. Once I saw this truth...no...once I felt it…WAS it, in every cell of my being I then saw only Love in everyone I met. I found people absolutely thrilling exciting.

So this goes back to the beautiful dynamic of...well, like I said about your lady on the train (see my comment attached to yours - my blog). When she made that remarkable choice in her life, she not only shifted/affected her own energy, but she stimulated and affected the energy of the entire planet...the Universe. That is such a remarkable feeling, when we know/feel that our beautiful growth affects the growth of “the whole” in the most amazing way. In light of that we have unlimited power.

Robin, when you say, "I am probably most drawn to people who's energy blends effortlessly with mine," this is a conscious sense of connection with some people more than others. You may not realize that you connect with everyone everywhere on the same level. No human being is more connected to you than others, that is, no energy blends more effortlessly with yours than others. It is simply what you choose to perceive that prompts you to make distinctions. In this way, you unconsciously acknowledge hierarchies that do not exist. Your word choices offer clues to your hidden thoughts.

That's great post, I have mentor, I wish I could have been inspired like he was.

I like the third paragraph, which you state every person encountered is a teacher, I agree with this because everything and everyone that comes and exits in our life have purpose for us. All we have to do is to discover it and realize the lesson and exprience that we can learn from.

Sometimes, we learn to be better person from other people. Some of those that we meet could also be one of those that are inspiring us to achieve our highest potential, it's been happening to me lately. :) At times, I learn more about myself through those people.

Azhagiya, each time you express yourself, you are also a teacher who inspires people. Learning is only one pleasure to be experienced. You explore others. Whenever you choose activities that fill your soul with contentment, you are given opportunities to learn more things you wish to know. You are not consciously aware of all ways of learning.
