Untrain the mind

Everything you think and feel is a clue to the cause and effect of what you perceive in the world.  Each thought invites a comparison and then, judgment arises.   According to the conditioned mind, no neutral thoughts exist.  Notice how focusing on thoughts creates beliefs and habits.  Even before something happens, you assume history is to repeat or the future is worriesome. You dwell on fear unless you untrain the mind. 

Consider how you train the mind.  If, at some stage, you injure yourself while doing something you enjoy, physical pain may trigger that memory and fear may now hold you back.  If you applied for a job in an area of interest and were unsuccessful, you may be discouraged from applying for a similar role, fearing failure or rejection.  If, you have broken or difficult relationships, you may fear getting involved with someone new. If you regret something you said and dwell on negativity or are angry about something someone else has said, harbour grudges, this prevents you from moving on.  You see the world you have made but do not always register you are the source of all you see.

Recognize no thought is neutral.  The world does not think a certain way. It simply reflects back what you are thinking though your experience. Perception is not the cause of reality but the lens through which you selectively filter and choose to see reality.  You raise awareness by noticing your life unfolds based on choices to love or fear.  Notice your focus is not so much on what you see as how you see it.

Break down the barriers

Many people convince themselves they do not deserve to be happy.  This is an invitation to make peace with the past, to recognize and understand the nature of guilt so you can let it go.  Ask why you desire to punish yourself.  Guilt and grief are psychological barriers to the peace and harmony you already have but choose not to see.  Choose to see your own inner beauty.  Harmonize with everything. Transition is seemless.  Reframe the unfolding path of your life.

Be eager where you are

Be eager where you are. You can always move to a better feeling place. Your natural state of being is joy and as you choose to allow as much energy as you can to flow through you, you also find pleasure in distraction. You are liking being more in charge of your life. You feel good that so many choices exist. You come into conscious awareness of your emotional guidance and how aligned you are with the authenic you. Be glad you know what you know. Every moment, you are living the life you intended.

Bless every emotion that bubbles up from within. It all goes well.  You constantly create new plans and shift preferences to experience expansion. Every experience, every encounter, every manifestation, is all reason to feel happy where you are. To allow enthusiasm, love, joy, any positive vibration, is to be more accepting of who you are. As you appreciate the contrast, you appreciate not always consciously knowing how your desires are coming into physical reality.  Relish the mystery.  Know that by choosing to find good in everyone and in all situations, you release the divine within like sculpting angels from the marble.

Mindfulness serves you

Choices actually do not harm you.  Being unaware of the thinking process behind your choices or being selectively aware of the consequences, does not serve you.  You may ask then, what truly serves you? 

Many people are materially-wealthy but crave time. How often do you question or reflect rather than follow the norm? When it comes to happiness, how do you measure it, how much do you want or need? Contemplate the extent of your own short-sightedness.  Which choices serve you and which do not? When you want things, do you honestly feel satisfied? The wealthy are those who make time for each other, who create a loving quality of life. Peace, contentment, compassion, generosity, are immeasurable.  To want for nothing is a most wonderful feeling. As you align with timeless peace in the heart, share it with the world.

Alter your position

You may think that if you stop what you are doing, then life, as you see it, would be meaningless.  Behind your eyes exists another perspective.  Consider how your behaviour is projecting a sense of happiness or fulfillment to other people and yet, may not be so convincing to your true self.  How do you do your best not to remember the magical potential you possess?
