Allow what is to be

From the moment you allow what is to be, the mind is no longer in charge.  You choose to see fear as it is and not permit it to control you.  Unconditional love flows freely through all of you and you sense it in everything. You shift from a focus on seeking and believing to experience being and knowing.  The truth reveals itself through you.

Remember courage

Through the process of realizing fear is illusion, you may feel vulnerability before you recall inner courage.  As remembering deepens, accelerates and intensifies, all that is not you is suddenly irrelevant and falls away.  Consciousness is awareness, the experiencer, that which is being experienced and the act of experience itself. This cannot be described or known.  Love is. You cannot know that which is and yet, it is what it is.

Master your fear

Awakening to self-mastery reveals you are that which observes and has no form.  You are the unmoving seer. Everything unfolds in front of you, emanates from you. The mind decides on its focus of attention and invites you to partake in perceiveable experiences. You are not in the box but can choose to pretend that you are. From this perspective, you explore love and fear and are invited to master fear to see things as they are. Everything flows through the heart.  As you engage in introspection, you find courage to allow emotions to flow so you remember to see them as they are.  In essence, the self invites itself to recognize itself.  Let go of the unreal.

You finally get it

When you finally get it, you recall what freedom is and live more fully every moment. You stop holding others to expectations and let them go.  You stop feeling dischord and recall how harmony feels.  You stop depriving yourself of what you truly want and allow it to reach you.  You detach from those people who do not resonate with how you feel and invite other people into your life who match your frequency.  You leave behind a sense of imbalance and fear to bridge the gap to know balance and love.  All of those things that used to matter become irrelevant.

All is well already

The mind invites you to define things on your terms, based on degrees of self understanding. Beyond this, something constantly flows and expresses itself in ways that resonate deeply.

Unspoken intentions are known beyond the physical. Awareness opens based on levels of conscious self-acceptance. Until then, you hear what you are willing to hear and block out the rest. The physical body expresses core well-being. Yet, what you allow yourself to see and experience reflects the level of alignment or mis-alignment of the mind and spirit with love.

Notice emotions that capture your attention. Are you focused on love or degrees of hope, doubt, fear and resistance?  Unconditional love is silent and ever-present.   Being here in the body you know as you is an exercise in awakening to your beliefs and habits.  Its about self-recognition. The more you are open and receptive to love, the more you experience well-being. You align with who you are or pinch yourself off for the fun of it.  Come what may, know all is well already.

So, the next time you feel a nudge from within, pay attention. Allow it to be second nature to be kind and compassionate to yourself and others.   Imagine how life unfolds as you know this.  Realize you left that temporarily to stretch and expand through experiencing contrast.  It feels great to recall nothing fazes the essence of being.  The unreal is a figment of imagination.
