Feel your way

As you realize people are saying to you, 'I want what you have,' 'I want to do what you are doing,' you realize you feel your way to whatever you are asking for.  You realize what is normal and natural already exists. You realize your passion and enthusiasm are catching. You are already taking thought to where it has never been before.  From the universal witness, eternal point of view, one is aware everything is unfolding. The human mind would like you to believe you must work to create and wait for a dream to unfold. The universe knows the dream exists already. Feel that.

The essence of love

The essence of love sees no difference or deficiency.  Awareness is felt by remembering what love is not. You cannot feel negative and positive emotion at the same moment. If someone does not see love in you and through you, this does not reflect anything is wrong with you. That person resists the unconditional love he is.  The human ego mind understands love based on restless desire and the idea of satisfying it.  Consciousness embodies an unchanging essence of being that is love.  This essence of love invites one to surrender to everyting that is an expression of the one love.

See through your questions

Every choice you make invites you to awaken to varying degrees.  Ask what prompts you to ask questions. This is grounded in the belief you do not know and that you perceive limitations and needs.  In reality, nothing is known and nothing is needed.  On the surface, a person is restless and anxious about what does not yet appear to be done.  Beneath the surface, everything exists in perfect peace.  Problems are perceived as you define and limit the self.  When you choose to create time and space, you cannot know freedom until you recognize and abandon self-created illusions.

Marinate in stillness

Notice what happens as you choose not to give an image or association to a sense of being. Sometimes it requires training to quiet the mind. As you simply feel 'I am,' you attune to an intuitive, subjective awareness.  It is unrelated to thoughts. You notice a beautiful, spacious, serene force that is always with you.  This is not a thing to pursue or seek.  A natural feeling finds you.  You do not have to travel anywhere. Be with it. Allow the external to continue.  Thoughts may arise. Witness everything.  See what happens. What arises? You need nothing to be in touch with inner being. As you detach from what you are not, you feel lighter and lighter.

Notice the power of words

Notice  the nature of signs and bumper stickers you pass by while driving.  What do these messages and your feelings about them tell you about the state of your mind and life right now?  How often do you encounter signs that highlight 'delays,' roads 'under construction' and other kinds of temporary obstructions in your path? How do you interpret the messages?

Make a list of bumper stickers  you encounter or ask your friends and family what they see.  Recognize the power of words.  Saying you do not want something can inadvertently invite it.  Feel the vibrations.
