6 Tips to Prepare for Astral and Lucid Dreaming

I write this post in response to queries about my astral and lucid dream course. Some people do spontaneously engage in these activities.  Others benefit from training to prepare and explore the deeper significance of the experiences.  Here are 6 tips:

1. Train the mind for dream recall

Both lucid dreaming and astral projection are facilitated by dream recall. You quickly forget without this ability.

2. Learn to quiet the monkey mind.

It is far easier to induce astral projection with a quiet mind but you can also induce it with less than silence.

3. Develop fearlessness.

Astral projection happens as you overcome the fears associated with it.  It is always safe. Initial scares subside.

4. Appreciate duality but focus on the positive.

Most people encounter challenges. Despite this, its important to learn to laugh and relax.

5. Set aside time to awaken naturally

Do this in the middle of the night to initiate lucid and wake up gently in the  morning to promote recall.

6. Learn about the subtle energetics of entering and exiring different planes
