5 Ways to surrender to flow of life

Many people will assume surrender means giving up something good, that is, sacrificing what they think they want. Yet, true surrender is something quite different. It is the key to balance, integrity and reconnecting with who you are. It is possible to evolve to sense surrender as precisely what you are.  That is;

1) Without resistance.  Your core harbors no negativity, no anger, no grudges, no frustration and no misunderstanding about self or the physical world.  Resistance is in mind alone.

2) Accepting of what is.  Your core reveals you need not change people.  This part of you is tolerant, grateful, understanding, able to reframe limitations as inner deceit. Further, focusing on now releases the illusion of suffering.

3) Yielding to natural energy flow. Your innate state does not judge or express emotional negativity. To detach from everything, cease to label or judge.  Embrace what is.  Take it in. Relate positive action and feelings without hesitation.

4) Offering relief.  Your core is untouched by fluctuating conditions, mindsets, reactions, obstacles and disruptive individuals.  Physiology, biochemistry, biology and unseen elements of mind- spirit, all adapt to changing external events.  Discomfort is its own lifeblood. The core is oblivious.

5) Inner Knowing. The universal insight of consciousness reveals you realize what is required of you.  Part of you recognizes events unfold without reason for dismay and dissatisfaction. The order of things is based on being alert and present. Your human being is changing vibrational frequency.

"The creative process is a process of surrender, not control." -Julia Cameron

Pay attention to nothing & why

Perceived problems arise when you focus attention on objects, events and sensations that reinforce your belief in time and space.  What if all your supposed issues are easily dissolved by simply paying attention to nothing? How then can you identify situations that do not matter and free yourself from them?

1) Initiate shifts in awareness.  A human being is unable to think at the same time as be fully aware of space and silence. You may think you multi-task effectively, but you are unable to focus full attention on more than one place at one time.  Sources of disruption, stress or anxiety all compel you to think. Mental training allows you to learn to turn it off at will.

2) Bring the unmanifest to your attention. People do not usually focus on what they do not see.  And yet, as you grow aware something holds up the physical forms you experience, you trigger new levels of awareness.  You withdraw energy from what appears to be going on outside and turn inward.  To develp a sense of the formless dimension empowers you to evolve.  You begin to realize all form  dissolves and nothing matters as much as you thought.  You gain perspective.

3) Reframe your sense of reality.  To realize layers of energy exist gives you insight into spaces you currently see and do not see.  You are conscious of your own perceved dimensions of time and space. They frame a sense of physical existence.  As you sense energy form is impermanent and unstable, you nurture fear about what may or may not be and create misperception of what you are.  Detaching from these brings you face-to-face with presence.  You transcend illusion.

When to withhold what you know?

Differences exist between consciously and unconsciously withholding what you know. Every being has multiple layers of untapped, inner knowing. Some mental images are stored, unconscious and inaccessible until one is consciously ready to accept certain realities. Reasons exist for inner brain privacy. You open up to new parts of self as you gradually dissolve fear.

In the physical world, the act of withholding information inside your psyche is often labeled. Does it reflect emotional wounds you are not yet willing to acknowledge or consciously resolve? This view does not always set the stage for non-judgmental confidants or supportive guides to facilitate healing.

Another view is every human being is soul energy, born with infinite, inner knowing that is obscured by ego. The density of energy, level of soul maturity, depth of insight into love, loss, and forgiveness, all influence what is shared and with whom.  Free will is the core issue that influences decisions.

Regardless of perspective, its common for human beings to feel indecisive about what information to share and when to keep silent.  People are scared of silence and yet, it never betrays. If you ever question what action to take, consider this;

1) Who is truly ready to hear? You may be aware of things someone desires to know. Yet, providing insight could cause havoc if that person is not ready to hear what you have to say. Evolve to discern what matters. Lao Tzu says, "Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is enlightenment."

2) What is the motive? Where the motive is to help not hinder, then you are not denying the right of others to grow. To evolve to where you honestly identify core motive requires you overcome certain aspects of being human. Rachel Naomi Remen says, "loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words."

3) Where are the lessons? Human emotional capacities include shame, guilt, envy, anger, and other sensations that invite a soul to examine available lessons. As one learns to open the mind, it is possible to learn to stop concealing intent. Caroline Myss reminds how, "You cannot change anything in your life with intention alone."

4) How do you mask thoughts? To be aware of what you think, hear and feel, allows you to step back from all the inner commentary and refocus your attention. During the process, you deliberately step outside what appears to be happening as a means to reconnect with your core self. Houssaye remarks, "Tell me whom you love and I will tell you who you are."

5) When is the right moment? As you learn to love others for what they are not what they say, then you move beyond the second-guessing that characterizes official , accepted human thought. The natural person is found beneath layers of beliefs. True soul patterns and innate abilities are invisible to beings who adopt social standards.  Some beings sense mental transition from unconscious to conscious transparency. Edgar Casey explains, "You shall find you have the key to telepathy."

Discern energy as a self-portrait

Every human being is in the process of making choices in the physical world.  Every thought and feeling has an energy vibration that contributes to multi-dimensional patterns.  That is, sheets of energy vibrate on frequencies undetected by conscious radar.  What does it mean to your sense of realities?

Although a being's sense of "normal" experience is expanding, not every being chooses to be consciously aware.  In cases where you experience phenomena that other beings do not acknowledge or accept, they may view wider perception as 'extra-sensory' or, beyond explanation.  This reveals that perspectives can be rigid and static or flexible and fluctuating.

To take this a step further, consider mental attunement.  As you begin discerning energy vibration, you can learn to consciously discipline the mind and notice your own energy differently.  This is a new level of self-discipline. As you begin to mentally scan a variety of possibilities and timelines, what you take in with human senses changes. You begin to tap into altered realities and learn to shift interchangeable outcomes.

Consider how human beings question which aspects of their physical lives are illusions. Human beings do not always trust what they discern using their basic senses. They often doubt, scoff or disbelieve. Among those who do evolve to trust, some evolve further to experience intelligent light energy. This is a means of opening a door to much deeper consciousness.

By and by, you may come to discern energy as a soul mirror and self-portrait. The intensity of energy you feel through attitude, beliefs, emotion and unattained ambitions, offers insight into states of your character. The energy vibrations you receive determine whether you absorb uncluttered truths and to what degree you continue to perpetuate misunderstanding.

As one chooses to widen vision, to sense possibilities, one slowly reads energy. To sense soul-level energy is to begin to grasp form and features change based on one's personality and mental blocks. What you are willing to experience differs from what is. Mind power makes it possible for anyone to discern color and texture of energy layers and what exists in between.

Why move to a place of compassion?

Regardless of your beliefs, your life experiences bring you face-to- face with choices. You can decide to be grateful for whatever unfolds, love and accept yourself and others as they are, or judge and reject people, even get angry.  Consider why it pays to move to an unwavering place of compassion;

1) Emotions no longer control you. When you permit people to push your buttons, this reinforces illusions of inadequacy and insecurity. The domino effect may lead you to imagine fear, vulnerability and other distractions. This creates unnecessary stress. Mental discipline dissolves it.

2) Feeling hurt does not matter.  Feeling exposed, ridiculed or judged, explain why human beings resist being honest.  To realize you are always worthy frees you to stop saying what you are not and realize what you are. Emotional pain may evoke discomfort, but only as long as you do not choose to sense it for what it is. Soul knows what matters. Ego just makes it up.

3) Misplaced beliefs begin to crumble. So long as you believe someone can hurt you with words, make your life challenging with lies or untoward behaviour, then these experiences are more likely to unfold.  As you evolve, you sense discomfort is a symptom of something you do not yet recognize and accept inside. This prompts you to change how you think and act. You also start to feel grateful, to love people who seem to make life hard. They draw attention to your own misplaced thoughts and feelings calling for new attention.

4) Lessons become clearer.  To turn away from perceived problems does not enable you to grow to see what conditions are telling you about yourself.  Every event that unfolds is the universe acting to empower you to see and address beliefs that do not serve you. As you move to explore what causes you to react to people with anything other than compassion, then lessons become clearer in the now. You get closer to truth.
