Feel beyond the ego-centred world

To explore beyond ego-centred mind, it is necessary to be aware of the nature of mind and how it fools you.  As you begin to sense that you create limitations based on perceptions of time and space, you may also grow aware of the transient nature of consciousness.

As part of the wake-up call, notice universal mind is within, not outside.  You are invited to shake up ingrained misperceptions and view them as a stepping stone to experiences beyond, through self-dircted journeys in awareness.  As you grow aware of how conditioning in the external world alters your internally-focused states of attention, you recognize choices to outgrow and transcend what is taught.

Prepare to transcend the linear, to move beyond desires of ego, and reconnect with a level of pure information.  This reveals that familiar sensory perception does not convey the truth of vibratory light.  Get ready to relearn what you already know- Cosmic Synchronicity.

Reflect on what sustains you

When the mind is busy, many people think they require particular food and drink and a variety of specific things.  The mind prompts you to fear what is or could soon be missing.  Consider what you believe you need to exist and how beliefs shape your experience. As you quiet the mind and body, you begin to notice an omniscient observer that exists beyond mind and discerns what mind in unable to see. 

As you reflect earnestly on what sustains you, then you grow aware this involves something other than perceived conditions, relationships, adrenalin or emotions of the moment, or even conditioned lifestyles or taste preferences.  How does all this invite you to recall the unshakable truth?  What is the common thread in it all? Which thoughts remind you to love unconditionally and awaken more fully? 

Every moment, you remember steps to master who you are.  Why choose to be mindful? The wise direct the mind to observe feelings in feelings, to live in serenity and joy. To be aware is to discern the true meaning of how it feels to be 'here and now,' beyond that, or lingering 'in-between.' As you remember the path to self-mastery, you experience why you exist. This is one way you Transform your life.

Clarify the process

Notice the experiences that expand your perception and understanding of love.  What distracts you from the messages of compassion in a given situation?  Where compassion exists, love does too.  Only fear distorts messages of wisdom and compassion into a reason to suppress or ignore the core messages.  Identify the intention behind action.  Intention creates the consequences.  Find the courage to awaken, challenge and heal.  You may find it useful to keep a journal about why certain observations are especially meaningful.

The world is in you

Many people develop the belief they exist in the physical world rather than the physical world exists in them.  Consider your own perspective.  How do you rationalize?  What if you discern you create your experience and have power to alter perception, dissolve and re-create?  All happens as you choose, provided you sincerely want it.  You create out of desire and fear in order to remember how to deal with them.  When you forget who you are, you create impersonators.  At your leisure, and on your terms, you Transform Your Life.

See through your own perception

Whenever a person adopts a new way of thinking or understanding the world, this is like a revolution.  Change itself is neither good or bad, but it impacts the consciousness of individuals and groups.  Consider that to replace one view with another is not necessarily evolution.  How often do you interpret what is unfolding rather than experience flow? Notice how you perpetuate or see through your perception;

1) Discern how you create and rationalize points of reference.

2) Recognize 'seeing' requires detaching from conditioned beliefs.

3) Realize gaining experience does not mean you know everything.

4) Grasp that philosophies are not a means to an end. 

5) Accept that no matter how much you learn, you still remember little.
