Review 7 Levels of Energy

As you explore the brief description of seven energy levels,  reflect on how each one feels. Energy can vary across different areas of our lives—while you might find Level 1 or 2 to be prominent in one life area, you may discover that Level 4 or 5 prevails in another.

Imagine no “good” or “bad” levels exist. All levels are widely experienced. The key is to realize you can consciously choose a level with intention rather than revert to unconscious habits.  Our inner landscapes are complex, so understanding the nuances of our energy guides us to make choices that align with our optimum functioning.

Level 1:

At this level, people often feel powerless and believe that external circumstances control their lives. (i.e. fear, worry, and self-doubt).

Level 2:

This level is marked by conflict, competition, and a focus on control. People operating at this level tend to see the world through a binary lens, significantly limiting their available options.

Level 3:

At this Level, logic and reasoning stand out. People at this level may suppress their emotions and rely heavily on coping patterns for self-protection, sometimes at the expense of their emotional well-being.

Level 4:

At this Level, people have an abundance of compassion and focus on serving others, although sometimes to extremes (i.e. people pleasing). They foster collaboration, teamwork, and loyalty.

Level 5:

At this Level, people are optimistic, see opportunity everywhere. They seek win-win solutions and are often cool, calm, and collected.

Level 6:

At this Level, one feels a deep sense of connection with everyone and everything, know every experience is an equal opportunity to feel satisfaction and joy.

Level 7:

This Level represents non-judgment, fearlessness, and unconditional love, resulting in profound wisdom and unity with the universe. It's often associated with spiritual awakening and enlightenment, where people feel deeply connected to their true selves and external worlds.

To expand your insight, let's reflect on Levels of Energy and explore how each unique level can show up inside in a specific situation.

Scenario: Your Get a Last-Minute Project with Quick Deadline-How do you respond?

  • Level 1: Victim Energy (“Why me?”)
  • Level 2: Anger Energy (“Are you serious?!”)
  • Level 3: Coping Energy (“This is just the way it is.”)
  • Level 4: Care Energy (“How can I help?”)
  • Level 5: Solution-focused Energy (“How can I make this a win-win?”)
  • Level 6: Connection Energy (“We’re in this together. I trust the process.”)
  • Level 7: Bliss Energy (“I am creator, experiencer, and observer of the work.”)

As we we review these 7 Levels of Energy, note that we each have the ability to recognize and understand the different energy levels at play within us and the skill to consciously shift between them. This awareness is an invaluable tool for navigating life with intention.

If it resonates, connect with us to explore how we can assist you on your journey.  Recall what it is to tune in more consistently to soul guidance and focus on whole hearted living.  You may believe in randomness,  coincidence or come to  tune into synchroncity. Know its up to you to decide where to from here.  Energy is listening.

Uncover your motive

Two men visit a Zen master, looking for advice.

The first man says: “I’m thinking of moving to this town. What’s it like?”

The Zen master asks: “How was your old town?”

“It was terrible. Everyone was mean. I hated it.”

To that, the Zen master replies: “This town is much the same. Don’t move here.”

After the first man leaves, the second man enters and says: “I’m thinking of moving to this town. How is it?”

Again, the Zen master asks: “What was your old town like?”

“It was wonderful. Everyone was friendly. Just looking for a change.”

The master replies: “This town is very much the same. I think you will like it here.”

There is always more than one reason why we do things. The mind tells us one reason, the rest of the body offers other insight often overlooked. What we seek is what we find. Why we do what we do matters as much, if not more, as the experience itself. The rhythm of our breath offers clues to our underlying motivation for action. Focusing on the breath and engaging in breathing exercises can reveal what we run from or tward or whether we are truly present.

Ultimately, what we find is determined by how we chose to seek and what we are ready to make conscious. All behaviours and life choices are pointers to what is going on inside ourselves.  We are the creator.  Every moment our thoughts and feelings are creating every moment and direction of our lives. Uncovering our motive for a geographic move or other life change is something we only reveal to ourselves when ready. Ponder the role of mindfulness and mindlessness...

Listen to the breath speak

How often do we hear breath speak and truly listen? Here is an insight shared by a Rabbi:

The name of God back in the day was Yahweh because breath was life. Give it a go.  As we breathe in, we make a sound similar to 'Yah' and out sounds like 'weh.' That's how God got that name. Originally, it was believed that every time a human being took a breath, we are praising the name of the Creator.

Imagine that every creature on this planet, whether they know it or not, says the name of the creator in the language of every breath. Imagine the impact of consciously reminding ourselves this is also the first thing we say when we are born in abody and the last thing said when the physical body dies and soul moves on. Every moment of every day, we are voicing who we are under and through our own breath.
