Reach for what matters 

Analysis of dream submitted by Anonymous in Canada

Dream- my body levitates in mid-air in a nebula of colored gas clouds. The body is made of light and has tentacle-like threads of different lengths and diameters all protruding outward. The body has no eyes or external features. My perspective is from outside the light body. I see above and below it. Orbs of colors and sizes float at different levels above and below this body. A few of the tentacles touch a transparent bubble of medium size. I see through. Remnants of a dream are fading. I see a small being holding out layers of papyrus to me.

Predominant Emotions- anticipate, hope, love, acceptance.

Interpretation- It is becoming clearer that you are connected to the supernatural on seen and unseen levels. This is not a controlling or oppressive relationship, but  a symbiotic one.  As you relax, intentions can create harmony, balance and increasing awareness. Details that 'stick out' merit attention.

Clouds represent emotions.  They dim or obscure awareness that would otherwise be unobscured. You have hidden vitality and insight. Recognize pressure or impatience does not squeeze life out of Source. Accept and work with what is given.

As it happens, you have been a writer before, possibly in ancient times.  The Higher Self communicates constantly with the rest of you. Part of you realizes everything you do is but a flexible extension that teaches you to stretch, love and forgive.

Look inside yourself for truth

Lakota elders are among those who remind human beings that they can always look inside themselves for the truth.  Before you decide whether something is possible or not and reach inside to answer, part of you instinctively think about it.  Other parts of you explore how you feel about it.  Then, what?

As you begin to sense contemplation itself is part of a bigger process, you realize you gradually dispel unconsciousness.  As a person becomes more fully conscious, drama no longer enters that person's life. Events that unfold do not affect you.

In essence, you are slowly realizing resistance, control, power, greed, and other ego strategies are not the issue. Rather, ego itself prevents you from reconnecting to what you are. Consider these concepts and how they relate to your truth;

1) Multisensory perception.  This is a direct link to energy vibrations everywhere, beyond details the five senses and their collective energy provide.  It shrinks physical distance between what you know and the source of whatever jumps to mind.  It presents an alternative way of knowing to what you have been taught. This system encourages you to be open to ability you have always had yet forgot. Fear temporarily gets in the way.

2) Synchrony.   No single way exists to experience this.  You may get hunches, ah-ha moments, smell a scent that triggers connections other people would not necessarily get the same way you do.  Your senses communicate in ways you somehow understand yet, resist. Learn not to question. Trust intuition.  Choose to accept answers in forms or senations given.

3) Channelling. Wisdom arrives in forms one does not always readily grasp or accept. Non-physical sources of information are linked to realities or dimensions outside the physical plane. Beings beyond you know what motivates your behaviour, which initiatives you choose, every challenge you encounter, and lessons you learn or ignore. You are completely transparent in your energy vibration. Those who read energy and emotions help you recognize options, explore feelings and learn to be more loving. Guidance is available when you ask and listen.

4) Dreams. Dreams offer insight into your authentic capacities as an energy being. The series of symbols, stories and talents you can awaken to recall lead you to far more options for learning about the self. Each energy shift alters degrees of awareness.  This permits you to discern opportunities to see past limitations of physical reality.

5) Perspective.  Each decision you make is based on your free will.  You choose to incarnate, to create situations you experience to broaden your horizons.  A constant influx of messages travels through your entire being.  Perspective expands as you become aware of signals sent from different vantage points.  These include non-physical guides, soul and the frequency of your higher self. To choose to live each moment to the fullest and be grounded in the moment means you actually live as if your vantage point is inside the self.

10 Steps to take a quantum leap 

When human beings speak of quantum anything, they imply something significant, but cannot always clarify it in words. The mind-centred self wishes to move ahead. The heart senses pure love without doing. Mind is in process of aligning with the heart. Consider10 steps to take a quantum leap;

1) Establish a baseline. Know where you stand. Are you self-directed or directionless or somewhere in-between? Originally, nothing exists. You start and end here. As you open mouth and mind, everything appears. Hindrances obscure your inner view.

2) Notice self-created limits. Misperceptions grow from the invention of time. Energy is fragmented in the mind to change shape, to create doubt, fear and incompleteness.

3) Turn off the mind. It is grounded in a human-conceived past or future and all that is external. This is not where you are. Conscious cooperation is crucial to discern and break mental patterns. To awaken the heart, sense the inner body.

4) Recognize problems do not exist. Sources of any perceived discomfort are not found in the present.  Problems are views of situations that may happen, that invite attention now, or that benefit from being accepted as they are.

5) Focus on a given moment.  To deliberately focus on the now shuts off the fear and pain inthe mind. You also heal others through example and vibration. Mental discipline enables you to attune to an ongoing transformation.

6) Stop basing identity on suffering. Who you are has nothing to do with perceived suffering. You are not what you seem to have or what you falsely assume you lack. You are not attached to situations.  A timeless essence shines through.

7) Feel grateful for everything. Learn to use your senses more fully. Develop compassion for everything.  Visualize a single focal point.  All experience is meaningful. Feeling will get you closer to your authentic self than thinking.

8) De-emphasize results. When you focus on a goal, on what has yet to be done, this is attachment. The ego mind perpetuates competitiveness and restlessness. To sense relief is to be okay with doing or not doing in the moment.  View the self as always doing well, without measuring quality or quantity.

9) Strengthen inner harmony.To gain insight into the power of energy vibration, a person may chant mantras aloud. As a person advances in understanding, mantras and other toning can be done internally. Voicing words silently attracts revelant energies into core or spiritual centre. You realize what is.

10) Accept pure love is universal.  Love only seems to expand as you detach from illusions of the mind. In truth, love is everyone and everything. It does not change.  Only the degree of intensity felt or layers of vibration experienced differ based on what you allow or resist.

4) Awaken to ignorance.  To be a dispassionate observer of your own life enables awareness of false appearances and choices made as the result of influences that are not you.  Expanding limited ideas of beauty and talent teaches you to appreciate timeless, core qualities in every human being.

5) Overcome afflictive emotions. To allow yourself to generate painful, distressing or fearful emotions arises from basic misunderstanding. As you evolve to sense they do not exist, you no longer anticipate or feel them. You dissolve them and return to vibration of unconditional love. Its all there is.

6) Tackle misperceptions.  When a person removes the mind from considering certain ideas, or distracts mind from what it thinks it wants, this does not get to the core stumbling block. You have to experience things that prompt you to realize the world does not exist in ways ignorance makes it seem. If the physical world exists how people are led to believe, then nothing would ever shift your perspective or values.

7) See the bigger picture. What you do at any given moment is never really about you. It is about engaging a process. Mental and physical notions of happiness and suffering are influential at different stages of one's life. When a person is at a loss to solve a problem, that person is often unaware of a cause or, does not understand universal energy.  As you cease to judge, a gap between perception and thought remains.

Why its not what you think

To think about conditions does not mean you understand the mind or the point of the current exercise in a stage of your physical existence.  You may dwell on something you do not have or wonder why something is happening to you now.  Human beings do not always choose to be aware of answers available right in front of them. Why is it not what you think?

1) You say, "I cannot see it."  Another way to view this is you are not ready to create, uncover or accept the answers. Maybe you unconsciously look in the wrong place out of fear or, ignore a cluttered mind. Every thought evokes feelings that shift your focus from core emptiness and peace.

2) You harbour misunderstandings.  Some beings assume they do not deserve unconditional love. The origin of doubt, resistance and surrender is the same. Hear sound and become deaf. Think but remove ego. When seeing, become selectively blind. Layers of sight denote degrees of self- acceptance.

3) You make and hold what you do not see.    The perception of things creates noise, distractions.  Letting go releases everything you associate with a particular thing.  Attachment does not permit you to see or hear clearly.   To reach a state where you do not hear mental noise, you are free.

4) You recall everything is impermanent. Reality is self-explanatory. You decide if you are coming or going.  You decide which lessons you require and orchestrate the most meaningful ways to teach self effectively. Everything has already come to you. When the senses cease to be reckless, soul self turns on inner light. Remove filters from eternal sun.
