Quicken your vibration

You may have heard the idea that you are evolving more like the five people you spend the most time with.   How do you feel about that? Do you feel consciously good about your current choices?

In truth, you take on the energy of everything unless you grow more aware of how you respond to energy inside.  Your anatomical structures are shifting based on how you respond to internal and external energy fields.  You change according to your beliefs, the higher and lower vibration of energy.   

What can you do? Meditation can change your molecular structure, align you with the stars. In the physical world, orient your activities to people and situations that quicken your vibration. Complete love and acceptance reinforce new energy.  Thought forms and negativity lower energy vibration.

All energy is available to you.  You do not have to interact with anything that distracts you from what resonates with your true self.  You become the future in the now.  Every prophecy points to 2012 as the end of a conscious energy vibration. Transformation is constant and unfolds within right now.

What do you misunderstand?

Misunderstanding is grounded in doubt and fear. People self-question when they disbelieve the heart, senses or, energy vibrations of intuition.  You may recall moments when life experience is not clear, or when you are aware you do not grasp things about your self-perception, emotions or being.

Those individuals who express themselves from a perspective of 'no-mind' are often misunderstood by people who interpret words based on logic or a conditioned mind.  What if you take words out of context?  Everything presented in a given context may not apply to another context.  What does this teach you?

Some people feel their way beyond the logical mind, beyond apparent contradiction, to experience something else.  No moment is exactly like another.  No sensation or encounter has exactly the same significance to your heart and mind.

You exist now in a state of transition and transformation quite impossible to describe. No objective, subjective or other way puts this in words. Syllables do not express the full truth you know or feel. As you raise awareness, choose to recognize and transcend limitations, you are never alone.  That is the truth.

Why let it happen?

When you resist permitting something happen, this draws your attention to fear. You create discomfort, restlessness and stress. You choose to imagine a negative scenario and you do not realize that you are already manifesting it. Energy is changing from beyond the physical. Levels of creation engage energy on levels you do not initially use physical eyes to see.

Consider how the conscious mind envisions problems.  You start by explaining or rationalizing why the problem exists.  You remind yourself of why you believe it came to be.  You may refer to self as victim, complain or, view others as victims.  You express why you feel undeserving of pain and negative energy you are unconsciously creating.

Every negative thought fuels belief in a problem that you actually imagine into being.  The thoughts hijack more and more of your conscious attention and shape the evolution of a conceived problem. You direct inner thought energy like you fuel a fire.  Any thoughts of the future actually script it. 

You also have power to let things happen and accept certain events are outside your control. This leads to perception of positive situations. You choose to channel the heightened emotional energy of love and joy.  It connects you to the untapped power of the deeper mind. As you choose to permit energy to flow, you know solutions are available to any situation and you view advantages in all your conditions. 

As you learn to listen to the stillness, you connect with the energy of consciousness. Whatever you are vibrating creates the physical realities you manifest.  Higher self always knows why you let things happen or not. The rest of you aligns or not.

10 Ways to purge junk energy & re-energize

Human beings exist to raise awareness of energy functions within and without. Some people are more willing than others to awaken.  Unwanted thought forms invite negative energies, people, situations and spirit entities that perpetuate what you do not want.  This applies to dreaming and awakened states.

At a given moment, if you feel tired, you may wonder why people or dream entities seem to be draining your energy. During astral projection and earthly events, you may be confused about base energy. You may not realize thoughts create and attract form and formless energy. Consider 10 ways to eliminate unwanted energy vibrations and re-energize;

1) Rest properly. You know by the mirror and also based on energy reserve whether you are sleep deprived. Not getting rest lowers vibration and makes you vulnerable to people and entities that exist to drain energy. They know not what they do.

2) Declutter your life.  This applies to work areas, living space, mind and relationships. Its all interconnected.

3) Heed your dreams. Dream messages come in metaphor, allegory, symbols and sensations to offer wisdom right now.

4) Detach from criticism.  Any form of criticism is a form of self-sabotage. To judge others is a way to reject yourself.

5) Be alert to your mood.  How you feel sends out vibrations and attracts people and situations on a parallel wavelength.

6) Dialogue with guides. Whether in angels, Higher forces, God or universal energies, ask for soul protection.

7) Attune to love.  Positive energy is magnified in loving attitude and compassionate thoughts. You attract energy.

8) Care for the body. To be more conscious of healthy foods, exercise and other choices, all strengthens well-being. 

9) Examine your entourage.  People you hang around or dialogue with shape your words and emotions. Who helps you?

10)  Forgive yourself.  To choose to value what everyone teaches you means you learn to forgive everyone else as well.
