Be open to available lessons

Every moment, perceptions and experiences invite each of us to recognize available lessons.  Notice what stands out for you.  Be aware thoughts, emotions and beliefs interpret circumstances. Observe how emotions shape your experience. At any given moment, you are open and closed to certain ways of being, seeing and experiencing who and what you are. Three questions to ask and answer are:

1) What are you allowing and resisting?
2) What do you love and what do you fear?
3) What are you seeing and not picking up with physical senses?

See yourself everywhere

Purpose can be viewed as a changing perception of fulfillment. Everything can also be felt as a stepping stone to opening to consciousness. What happens as you voluntarily turn inward to explore the truth?  What do you let go of and what reveals itself quietly?

What you find is that beyond the fear, anger, sadness, despair, and other emotions, you are willing to be more honest wih yourself and see through direct experience what is real. You begin to see yourself everywhere.  This is not the Self the mind defines.

You travel no distance to be where you are. Now is the  moment is when you simply Be who you are.  The sense of oneness and individual co-exist with nothing to reconcile.

Allow yourself to go

Allow yourself to go wherever you need to go and know you are supported.  In this moment, you access the energy of the universe.  You consciously take advantage of this or not.  Life force you harness from different dimensions is meant to be shared.  Imagine yourself as a universe with universes extending from you. Know you are already beyond expectations of mind.  Inner magic is unfolding to reveal the perfect life.

You are the message, the messenger and the bridge between the known and unknown.  Active energies are the conduit or a kind of magic carpet.  As you see and feel active energies, there is no turning back.  The physical shifts not because mind desires it but because things come in from nowhere that are perfect for you now.

What do you truly want?

Notice how wants and desires arise from birth. A separate sense of self is born. This is not itself an issue. This is not meant to be a substitution for the divine being within. Notice whatever you give attention to grows. So, it is believing in separateness that gives rise to whatever you allow to hijack your focus.  All-the-while, the truth never moves.  Ask yourself what this moment feels like without all the wants and desires.

Step back from what gives life to your story, from what evokes emotions in your direct experience. Notice they grow stronger grounded in perceived time (past and future), a sense of suffering, loss or lack that seems to exist. What is the underlying message? What peers through?The only things that can change are mind and how it experiences. The perceiver of all is forever present. What is wanted beyond ego and desire?

Beyond that exists the imagined ideal, that which is intuited as perfect freedom. An image of unconditional love jumps into mind until it is known you are this.  Awareness does not exert effort to rid you of your thoughts. What you are does not believe in thought.  Notice how you speak of or view "you" and awareness or that which has no form. Are they not one? Look deeper. Notice what you really want and what you really are is always here. What direct experience is the living question you continue to seek?

Recognize who you are

Come to your own recognition about who you are.  Do not listen to anything the mind comments about this.  Thoughts are created and perceived to invite you to notice who you are not.   Something watches thoughts. Do not focus on memory.  Even this is imagined.  Do not accept what you are told, what you read or believe.  Look deeper.

Something observes the gradual losing of the identity.  Notice what you are not losing importance and fading out of your scope of awareness.  Certain labels and self perceptions are irrelevant and disappear. You give up sports training and no longer view yourself as a competitive athlete. Everything is and yet your focus goes from general to specific and gradually to nothing.  You can say you are not what you do, not "X, Y, or Z" but what is left? Who can appear and see without you? Sense it in silence.
