How Spirit work through you

Human beings are often at a loss to explain how Spirit works through them. That is to say, it is human conditioning that prompts the mind to grasp and define what Spirit is and how it functions. Explore these five ways ways Spirit works through you;

1) Meditation.  Images that arise during waking meditation actually come from nowhere. This nothingness is also known as the Spirit dimension.  This points out the tangible or physical world is imagined into being by Spirit.  When Spirit initially emerged as a body, it could taste more, touch more and had no need to eat.  Its connection to nature was deeper than many humans allow themselves to experience inthe modern world. You decide to what degree you listen and hear Spirit in all you do.  Walking and life can be experienced as meditation.

2) Mind mapping. Spirit offer opportunities to listen to heartfelt guidance in your life. The mind can complicate images with associations or interpretations of feelings. Spirit always guides a person to make choices based on feelings of increasing inner joy.

3) Dreamweaver assistance. Spirit help to incorporate ideas into night dreams and contribute to the mental puzzles you put together to solve. They may visit you in spirit form, send signals as metaphors, symbols or sensations. Spirit appear as you expect them in dreams, consciously and unconsciously.

4) Energy vibes. Human beings have free will.  They generate emotions as part of a learning process. Each thought and feeling has an energy vibration. Spirit send love energy which overrules concerns and adds stability to your energy field.  All human beings have not yet raised awareness to detect spiritual presence.  Consciousness determines degree of discernment.

5)  Keepers of neutrality. Spirit help you to know reasons exist for the particular body you occupy, for every event and creature you encounter. In fact, Spirit support you in unseen ways to evolve and recall what you choese to temporarily forget. This includes why you exist and create the situations you do all for your own expansion. In essence, Spirit is an ever-present, silent observer of all. It is not separate from "you."

5 Ways misery helps you

Misery is a concept that often alienates human beings. If misunderstood, it perpetuates a destructive cycle. When you reflect on sources of pain, this may trigger anger, bitterness, and more negativity. Misery is a state of mind that lowers energy, strips you of vitality, focus and alertness.

Part of you may wonder how things could be different, how some happening could save you. Your dreams may seem to shatter. Certain experiences leave you baffled or disoriented. Rather than ask how whatever it is could happen, step back and consider 5 ways apparent misery actually helps you;

1) It invites you to change direction. Discomfort is a wake-up call. Why do you choose to struggle? to perceive chaos? As you stop thinking, you find you still exist. Thoughts distract you from self-acceptance you have always had.

2) It is an opportunty to refocus. As you realize you misinterpret and distort situations, even blow them out of proportion, you realize you can shift your perspective. This discovery enables you to regain inner power.  This is an opportunity to teach the self what it means to be unconcerned.

3) It draws attention to mental patterns.  Suddenly, you realize you have choices to experience anguish or non-anguish.  You feel devastated by explosive energy or, increasingly present and aware of what matters. Either you must disappear or sources of undesirable thoughts must go.  What is shrinking?

4) It reminds you who is master. How long have you conceded to leave the mind in charge? To realize the mind is an passive instrument and you are the master changes everything. Learn to put mind in line.  Mind cannot assert without your consent. As you tame it, inner violence ceases.

5) It confirms bliss is ever-present. As you detach from mind influence, you rediscover what else exists. In this way, misery is a teacher.  To move beyond mind as an obstacle is to realize it is also an opening to joy. You sense the mind is a passage for whatever energy you choose to attract, allow and accept.

10 Revelations to prick the ears

Whatever seems to be transpiring in your life at this moment is not the energy you are reading.   Whether or not you realize it, you are in the process of reevaluating what has lasting value.

Part of the reason you arrive at this stage of awareness is you prepare to open doors to expand perception.  So long as you continue to attune to energy, discard what is not working, you get all that much closer to  understanding the experiences that share eternal truth.  Consider 10 revelations to prick the ears;

1) Decide you do not want and ensuing events do not matter.

2) Move beyond names and form to heal false vulnerabilities.

3) Sense energy rhythms need not be affected by personality.

4) Detect potential weaknesses are polarities of true strength.

5) Realize effectiveness grows by how you feel, act and react.

6) Embrace lessons you gain from every cycle of energy flow.

7) Choose to perceive blessings in apparent tragedy or crises.

8) View turbulent emotions as the road to deeper inner peace.

9) Know the grief of what might have been, and yet is not to be.

10) Enhance the immune system and spirit with consciousness.

3 Ways to escape mind traps

Human beings speak about their situations and often fear the prospect of change. They also get bogged down by different ways of thinking. You may get lost in your own mental jungle. You may not yet realize everything is already organized and settled and always has been.  You nurture futuristic ideas, but they are not your present concern. Now, you clear the mind.

Somewhere, not too far away, is a purpose, reason for rock-solid fulfillment.  You have temporarily lost touch.  This draws attention to certain patterns you create and the quandry about what to do about it. Its never too late to rethink why you exist.  Consider these 3 ways to escape your own mind traps;

1) Shatter ignorance.  If you are unaware of what you think or how, then you are unlikely to sense anything is out of whack, and less likely to contemplate change, let-alone do it.  To learn focus and mental discipline is to enter an arena of growing awareness. Infinite layers proceed from there.

2) Surpass superficial awareness.  To have preliminary insight into your thoughts and feelings does not mean you are consciously aware of the harm you do to yourself. To grow to identify habits reveals why it can be to your advantage to discard them. How often do you judge or belittle your own efforts? Unconditional love and acceptance are the only answer.

3) Activate deconditioning. To realize you say and feel harmful things offers useful self-knowledge. Whenever you engage without your needs or interests at heart, then you persist stubbornly in the face of adversity.  Ths is not the same as persevering in light of obstacles. The moral imperative to finish what you start may be ingrained so much that you resist deconditioning. You only ever make promises to yourself.
