Insights on Healthy Boundaries

Notice a lack of boundaries invites a lack of respect as well as offers valuable opportunities for understanding ourselves and Soul growth. The consequences of our actions point to the possible unconscious nature of our choices. While we exist to love each other, we are not here to be one and other. One cannot force another to be aware of or feel his own feelings. One cannot think for, believe, grow aware or know viscerally for another. One cannot work through another's disappointments that another's self-created limits may produce. In essence, One can be a mirror but cannot grow for another. One only makes certain journeys alone. We are not powerless and at any moment, can consciously change our thoughts, feelings, behaviour and life direction to take responsibility to a whole new level. This is not about control, but rather, true freedom. As we accept the freedom of another, we do not get angry, feel hurt or withdraw as they set boundaries. Their behaviour invites us to better understand our own. As we come to recognize the hidden motivation behind our setting boundaries (or lack of them), we are empowered. Quantum shifts in life conditions occur as we grow aware of and heal possible guilt, deep fear of other people's anger or harbouring our own, fears of loneliness or abandonment, fear of rejection, and codependence. Making the unconscious, conscious allows us to shift from fear-based patterns to a more consistent love vibration. Shadow work guides us to new insights and expansions in consciousness. As we see through our impulses and patterns, we know what we stand for and tune into our energetic message. Often, boundary issues arise due to lack of initiative or insufficient assertiveness. Taking action is about finding inner courage. It is about speaking one's mind with kindness through the feeling heart. Deepening awareness shifts us away from an ego- driven life so we feel into limitless possibilities and tune into dimensions of experience previously unknown to us before this moment. 

Re-train the body-mind

Notice the best course is about going with and being the flow. It is what feels right even when the mind would have you think its hard and resist due to thoughts of suffering. The best course of action is confirmed as the stress is leaving your body, mind and life. Peace arises as you stop trying to control, retrain the mind to respond to energy not on how you think things should be. As you act based on feelings, cosmic consciousness is advancing you, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, for you to further activate energetically strengthen connections, to be more self-sufficient and efficient. Everything guides you to optimal function. A quantum entanglement relationship exists on all levels with energies seen and unseen. Its up to us to disentangle from certain situations to strengthen self-reliance. The whole planet is lifted into a Rainbow portal to help shed light on life conditions and prompt shifts into greater alignment with an expended version of being. When ready, we naturally evolve and morph into a higher collective consciousness to be compatible with future (existing) version of us. Anyone can communicate with this highest, most expanded version. In the future we evolve beyond the need for a chip or interface. All blocks dissolve. As you condition the body with a new mind, they can no longer work in opposition, but must be in harmony. This is being aligned with Source Creation.

Allow Soul Truth to reveal itself

Notice everything is always here yet everything is not always seen as it is in true colour. All secrets reveal themselves through the evolution of consciousness. Nothing is hidden that will not be made known. We gradually bring our own light to our shadows, to what we are willing to accept and integrate into our version of reality. As frequency shifts happen, the layers peel away to revel the core. When ready, we grow aware of what had been rejected, take steps to retrieve Soul fragments; Everything I have taken from others, I consciously return with Love. Everything that has been taken from me I now reclaim. Know the Soul is greater than anything that seems to be missing. This is the Path to recognizing our own wholeness.

See through distractions

Notice now is the moment to recognize and see through veils of distractions. Everything serves you. Seeing through distractions (psy-ops) executed by strategic teams is recognizing their aim is to keep us from looking within, from growing aware and valuing who we are. Truth is, side-operations (psy-ops) are designed to work on a holographic chess board to shift your attention between zones of events on Earth and beyond. When focused on a chess square, you only see from the view of what can be done to or by that area(piece). The idea is to keep people angry, fearful or entertained so they buy into creative information products such as conflicts, wars, or bomings, gossip, media, to control direction of attention and harness energy flow so we do not find what we seek inside us. As one goes inward, one discovers one is actually the master of the game. Tuning into the inner world guides us to discover that we each affect and influence our own outer world. Every external thing we focus on is distraction. Its a political game to distract people from their true goal, or core happiness. When your mind is hypnotized, or you numb out, you do not look within. Recall one side-operation leads you away from yourself, as a distraction, while the other can guide you deeper into yourself. It takes a psych-op to recognize a psych-op. If you do not recognize the game you are playing, energy is taken away from you. As you go beyond the game, see as consciousness, you are forever renewed. You recall you are in the game but not of it. It dawns a future version of your cosmic self is bringing you up -to-speed by engaging telepathically and interdimensionally with your brain, which, turns out, is an advanced bio-photonic quantum system. Your current brain is an ancestor in the midst of a quantum upgrade. Only then can your brain begin to fathom its future relatives on the scale of planetary and universal defense systems and beyond.

Accept your true gifts

Notice chaos is existence that creates its own challenges to bring out True Being. In a curious but divinely-orchestrated way, the True "you" only emerges as chaos intensifies. Chaos takes shape as the trials and tribulations in your reality. Energy build-up is required in the universe for deeper purpose beyond ego to reveal itself. Many things will disappear from life experience to reveal what is always here. Chaos is a catalyst for transformation and transmutation of energy. As social-cultural, economic, environmental, religious and other events intensify, know the highest order of Being emerges from the greatest chaos. The 3D world is operating on different frequencies, fuelled by fear and ignorance, thoughts that we are less than abundant, so to mow and filter the falsity until we realize that certain realities do not exist. Side narratives (timelines) are created to make you think you lack something, or believe you are less than. The truth is: you have always had everything and right now, are remembering how to access and use more of who you are. Every perceived challenge is not really a challenge but rather a teacher to remind you that you are a great being, nothing more, nothing less. This greatness flows through perceived Chaos. The Chaos is a teacher that invites you to bring forth the true wisdom within you that already exists in your physical, emotional and mental form. Everything flows through your spiritual reality. Simply be open, accept the gifts you offer yourself rather than deny or turn away.
