Love is in the air

Ever notice that love is in the air? In other words, if it is your intention to feel good about yourself, then regardless of the conditions that arise, you find the silver lining and love yourself anyway. Deep down, you know you always do your best.  What occurs if you forget?

Well, if the outcome you expect doesn't always arise, you can remind yourself to accept that, be okay with it,  and move on.  Still stumble along the way? What if the state of your house, your relationships or life does not meet your expectations? What if you sometimes feel down?

Come what may, you can remind yourself that if you change the way you look at things, then what stares back at you seems to change. If you regard your situation through the eyes of fear, what you see reinforces that.  If you view through the lens of humour, love and acceptance,  you see everything is an means to uncover something new about yourself.  You also discover a sense of abundance and prosperity reflects back how you feel about yourself.

This said, you begin to see how you view things is itself a powerful tool. Everything arises from intention. Is yours loving or not? To make a positive difference in the lives of others and yourself, know a focus on love allows you to see abundance, and bright sides to everything.

See through the barriers

As you grow aware of your own resistance, you begin imagine what it feels like to surrender.  If you ask yourself how, you are blocking the flow of what comes naturally.  The only barrier to being yourself is fear.  The degree to which you hold back from surrendering everything to love reveals the nature of your suffering.  See through the barriers.  Love is constant.  Only mental acceptance comes and goes.  Discover 365 Paths to Love now.  You have nothing to lose.  Allow what is to reveal itself. Starve the anger-eating demons

Being here means you are loving yourself and loving life more than words can say.  Making peace with yourself is about embracing every experience that comes your way and accepting what happens with sincerity. Its about welcoming everything and expressing genuine loving kindness.

Notice how problems arise and what enriches you as you see a purpose.  As you decide something is not going right, you create stress and discomfort.  Notice how you respond to someone who complains to you.   Do you say how you understand, share in the 'pity party' and fuel the fire with negativity? Or, do you say, "is that so?" with indifference or, "well done!" with enthusiasm? 

As you appreciate monsters in your life, they are suddenly less scary. The monstrous situations, anger and negativity do not exert power over you unless you give your power away.   To starve the anger-eating demons, simply love them.  Let go of that conditioned fault-finder. Watch what happens as you find something good in everything.  Accept yourself and all emotions that arise.

Ultimately, physical scenarios and relationships come and go. How you view them is a choice. Knowing this, notice you attract and find what you look for. Nothing exists but what you create.

Be with yourself

Ever get tired of words? Ever get tired of talking? Notice the mind tends to create stories and ideas about fear and other emotions. Sensations are like doorways that beckon you to walk through the drama into something else.  What happens as you realize form is the stepping stone, anchoring yourself deeper in dormant senses? 

The body is a bridge to the meditation that unfolds as the state of being. Awareness is open to the natural flow of things. Feel what its like to be with yourself. This is not an invitation to think with ego mind what this means. Be aware of your own conditioning. Notice that awareness is connecting with what the heart is drawn to do every moment.  Allow everything to be as it is.  Discover within yourself what happens as you allow and accept everyone as he is. Love never argues for itself or rationalizes its presence.

Every moment, the one being that is speaks through what the ego mind perceives as separate self. You may feel you oscillate between clarity and confusion, acceptance and self-doubt. Being with yourself is not about escaping the problems or suffering. It is an experience beyond concepts. When the ego mind asks the question, the mind cannot come up with and trust the answer fully. Listen to the heart. The soul knows what feels right. You cannot know the best course at the level of mind.  Accept that.

Recognize who you are

Come to your own recognition about who you are.  Do not listen to anything the mind comments about this.  Thoughts are created and perceived to invite you to notice who you are not.   Something watches thoughts. Do not focus on memory.  Even this is imagined.  Do not accept what you are told, what you read or believe.  Look deeper.

Something observes the gradual losing of the identity.  Notice what you are not losing importance and fading out of your scope of awareness.  Certain labels and self perceptions are irrelevant and disappear. You give up sports training and no longer view yourself as a competitive athlete. Everything is and yet your focus goes from general to specific and gradually to nothing.  You can say you are not what you do, not "X, Y, or Z" but what is left? Who can appear and see without you? Sense it in silence.
