Why lose the things you seek to grasp?

When you prepare to challenge your assumptions, you engage in the process of raising your awareness. What you have been taught to believe is desirable is also subconsciously teaching you inferiority, even when you aren't far away from what you think you seek.   You may wonder why your aspirations seem to collapse or curiously lead to confusion.

1) Move beyond convention and prejudice. How we name things, including what we seek to do or acquire, is how we prejudice the our intrinsic worth and what we hope to gain. Words gain meaning based on our understanding of opposites. Word usage is how we define a set of rules for situations we don't control.  To move beyond this conditioned mindset, you need to reacquaint yourself with the power of intuition and spontaneity.

2) Let go of what you think you can possess. Avoid self-limits. You need not strive. You need not demand. As you decide you require less, you will receive more. Everything arrives on-time. Nothing is late. To permit events to unfold is to ignore the ego's supposed need to attack and triumph. Results you expect will come even if you don't ask.

3) Discern signals that indicate your life is out of balance. To change the way you think about yourself enables you to nurture a happy mind. Do you see everything with awe? Do you choose to love everything about your life, your age, your physical and mental states? Which habits distance you from well-being? You detect your destructive pursuits. Examine fixations. Alert yourself to the accuracy of your emotions. The guilt, suffering, and unhappiness only arise when you do not conform to your imagined ideals.

Isolate your real sense of success

Your sense of success is something that evolves with you.  It can be silent and unassuming or more obvious, depending on your level of self-awareness.

You may define success by what you think you have or how you feel.  You may define success by a string of accomplishments or developing the ability to stop thinking, period.  It all depends on your frame of reference.  Are you prepared to live according to the natural flow of spontaneous events or, is your success vision driving you elsewhere?

1) Who inspires or motivates you?  You are invited to take an honest look at your thinking and choices and how they create imbalance. The people who inspire you offer practical tools to reframe who you are and how you live.  You can choose to compare yourself or, move beyond judgment.  Discern qualities and traits that matter.

2) How do these people make connections and build relationships?  Recognize that similar traits can be developed in yourself.  As you learn to examine the nature of your own relationships and results rather than things and time, you begin to grasp  clues to the behavioral changes which will transform your life, your outlook and your experiences.

3) Why clarify your values and priorities?  You can learn to reframe and deal effectively with adversity.  Challenges can be understood as your chosen view which can be changed.  Decide you will shift focus from what is unneccessary or unimportant.

What does life want from you?

As you reflect on your purpose, you may conclude you must create the life you want.  This may seem well and good, yet many people will also evolve to where they feel dissatisfied with where they are or what they are doing.  What then?  A spark of doubt may grow within you and capture your attention.  How can you know if you're in the right place?

Assume for a moment, that you are precisely where you should be.  Would it be possible to shift your awareness to ask what life wants from you? This perspective requires that you learn to turn your attention away from all those people and conditions which may be vying for your attention.  Instead, you would benefit from a less assertive approach.

1) Imagine you know nothing.  Rather than believe you know what you need to know, recognize the value in your superficial knowledge.  Do not permit yourself to fall into the trap of assuming you can easily convey your purpose or achievements.

2) Move beyond projecting your inadequacy.  It is common for people to project a sense of illusory success.  This aims to compensate for a sense of inadequacy.  You can learn to rise above conventional ways of perceiving and reacting.  Inner confidence grows as you realize your capacities are infinite and self-directed at soul-level.

3) Deepen your ability to discern.  Move beyond the superficial.  Take steps to understand how things, people, events and your perception are inter-connected.  You have roles to play.  Nothing is static.  Awareness arises through inner training.

How are you contributing to the problem?

Consciousness is the evolutionary process of the universe.  It is a means to evolve into other forms, dimensions, and time-space realms.  This isn't science fiction.  How you see yourself, whether you struggle or resist change, all influence your view of problems.

You may attempt to reconcile issues grounded in your human conditioning. Yet, you may not realize that what you are doing or not, your level of awareness and ignorance, all contribute to your sense of reality, which itself is perpetually changing.

Many people instinctively blame others or conditions for situations. It may seem far easier for you to get angry at someone for not hiring you for a job, for not favoring your choices or your ideas, than to accept accountability and confront fear.  Ask yourself which voices you allow to influence your awareness, judgment or movement of thought.

1) Recognize your ego shapes your views. Your reactions and behaviors offer clues about your level of “me” self-interest. Reflect whether your choices are self-serving or evolving toward more altruism. Do you get angry when things aren't going your way? Are you confused when another person isn't reacting as you desire? How distracted are you from silence and stillness? Consciousness reflects if you realize what you think and why.

2) Grasp that your ego impacts collective consciousness. All thoughts and feelings you express are contributing to the energy vibration of not just you, but people all over the planet. Everything you do generates energy.  It all contributes to love or fear on a very large scale. As you become more aware in the present moment, you erode your old conditioning. Re-learning to do simple things actually retrains your mind and focus.

3) Be aware of what your mind says separate from your ego. Your self-image is grounded in ego. No matter how good your intentions are, if you're still trapped in the ego, you have not gone deep enough to listen to the mind beyond. You discern when you reach such a place within yourself as it’s unconditioned. Its where your mind no longer recognizes opposites, judgments, satisfaction or dissatisfaction. If you sense negativity, you resist the present moment. Accept where you are to transcend ego and experience freedom.  What you believe in is less important than if you're "present" in your life.

Alexis Cartwright & 4 steps to access anything

Alexis Cartwright is a transference healer and channel who inspires us to explore meaning and purpose of Soul and multi-dimensional reality.  Developing healing techniques enables her to support and empower others to heal or transform their energy and vibration.

This work deepens her insight into levels of consciousness.  As she opens her senses to different dimensions and realities, she also gains new understanding and teaches how DNA and our etheric body are connected to time, space and parallel universes.  Alexis invites you to take steps to retrieve, to remember and to access anything you choose to know:

1) Follow your heart with pure intent.  Your inner nature may seem complex.  Yet, as you evolve to grasp the reasons behind your circumstances, it becomes simple.  Learn to work through perceived weakness and trigger shifts in consciousness.

2) Re-connect with your Higher Self.  Discover a process of re-balancing and re-aligning inside yourself.  Many approaches exist to get-to-know yourself and your honest state of well-being.  Act to identify and transcend your created illusions, limitations and out-dated beliefs.  Any patterns you acknowledge, manifest or change, is all a choice.

3) Awaken the psyche.  Be willing to open up areas of the brain and awareness that enable you to sense Divine inspiration.  This invites you to move beyond your perceived personal growth process to connect with Higher Forces that connect everything.  Do this 'at present' to create a better state of being in future.

4) Prepare to expand more than the mind.  Recognize the world is ascending into higher levels of frequency and conscious awareness.  Human beings are evolving toward a belief system that will awaken their inner knowing how to heal.  As we learn to 'tune in' to higher frequencies, we learn to live in a higher state of freedom and manifest differently.
