Amidst all worldwide events unfolding, here are some ways to get in touch with what matters and be more Zen:
- Review priorities. (What is necessary & what can you let go?)
- Breathe & act slowly and deliberately
- Be okay with doing less
- Immerse regularly in Nature
- Designate time for Self-love/ selfcare & service
- Integrate mindfulness into everyday
- Face everything with inner calm and peace
- See everyone as a Buddha/ master/ mentor
- Be receptive to shifts in awareness & perception
- Set a daily intention
- Create space for negative emotions
- Cultivate wise thoughts & spiritual practices
- Face a something you fear everyday
- Choose love, note fear (fear= resistance, love =openness)
- View everything as a blessing
