Its your choice

Every thought you create, every word you use, every sensation you feel, you can break it down to discern how you lean toward either faith or fear.  Neither is visible to human senses unless you believe in it. Are you ready to embrace your true power?

As part of a process of awakening, you are invited to reach deep inside to uncover strength you temporarily forget you have.  This draws attention to lessons at hand.  Take responsibility for your life and there is nobody to blame.

Every moment, your being emits energy.  This energy reveals your character, karma and state of mind.  You choose to be aware of this energy and your ability to shift it or not.   To be in a group means your energy affects the group dynamic and the energy around you can affect your own energy vibration.

You decide to focus on moments of sadness and pain that apparently grip the soul, or not. You decide to sense a meaningful message in every experience, to reconnect with inner peace, or not.  You choose to feel completely lost and view uncertainy with fear or, you recognize you are divinely guided and nurture faith or deeper insight.  Feel the energy.

Only you know your energy intimately.  Only you can trigger your own revelations about where you are and why. Only you can ask the questions that reconnect you with your underlying purpose right now.  You choose answers to appease ego or timeless spirit.  The heart centre invites you to reconnect now.

We can empty our minds and then open our heart and float about with compassion, just enjoying what there Is. Nothing needs to be gained or lost. But then if you want something more or something less, then you engage in faith or fear by directing the mind. Faith is akin to positive thrusters taking you to a higher seemingly unknown orbit, while fear can be seen as reverse thrusters taking one into greater density. Faith therefore opens up and expands one's world to reveal new inpsiration. Lasso the positive and bring it into being. Re-align with the new that rings your front doorbell. With each experience that one embraces, the universe expands, and diversity excels exponentially.

Natürliche Momente, your contribution is appreciated. As you point out, people need not necessarily choose faith or fear. Focusing on either one alone suggests optimism or pessimism. Reality is the acknowledgement of all and the merging of all sides into nothingness. Re-alignment happens in many different ways. Some people ground themselves in a kind of thinking, grow aware of a slant and sense the feeling of aligning or regaining balance. Other people do not think, cease to analyze. They simply flow with the energy and attune to the heart.

Beautifully said Liara - and exactly what I've been tapping into for myself this weekend, after being told on Friday that I have breast cancer. I have felt clear and focused on being present for myself, and haven't had an inkling of fear or sorrow. At first I thought gee, I must be in shock, but now I realize that I have learned how strong I am and that I can face anything and will be okay with the outcome, as long as I find and embrace my grace in this moment. I have faith in this life, and in my place in it.

Karin, it is very touching you choose to share this here. We send love and healing energy toward you. In the Secret DVD and book by Australian Rhonda Byrne, she includes a touching story of a healing process initiated by a woman who recovers from breast cancer. I encourage you to hear or read her story. As it happens, if you type "cancer" into the search of this site, you find uplifting entries of potential interest. In particular, you may appreciate this:

In addition, remind self that faith is a sense of knowing, a sense of completely giving the entre being over to something greater than you. This is not blind faith but real faith. Everyone's faith is constantly being tested. Faith has gotten you this far. Keeping faith enables you to expand, come what may. Its something human beings can allow themselves to experience. It is not learned in a classroom.

Hi Liara.
This process is interesting. I find that when I "allow" the process, the gentler approach leads toward faith and away from fear. When I "try" to make something happen, the resistance and fear grows. Those moments of sadness and pain still perplex me. They seem to come from out of nowhere...

Hi Liara .. now I can relax a little and am feeling more normal .. I am learning from you and others that I can change and become a nicer person - being aware of who I am and why .. I am fine here - then I start to get into life and forget .. when I'm with my mother particularly I must remember to give her time, which I don't do if she's asleep or 'resting' and wanting to be at peace. I count my blessings I do not have to sit and listen to naff tv!!! So I really shouldn't complain - but my inclination is to get up and go and 'do' things ..

Perhaps the fact that I didn't sink with grief for my uncle seems to have put a new perspective on my life .. interesting times - family dynamics another matter but I must rise above them.

Thanks - Hilary

Hilary, every encounter and situation can be viewed as a wake up call from your inner self to remember what you really are. Conditioning ingrains beliefs and judgments that are unfounded. You are awakening to the love and compassion that is you, that you are invited to share with others. Appreciating others is another way to love and appreciate your authentic self. It is always here within you.

How we react to all stimuli is ultimately our choice. Our choices ultimately direct the stimuli itself. Thanks for this wise reminder, Liara.

Peace, Light and Love,

Hi Liara ..thanks for that .. yes as you say loving my mother now and giving her time .. is a definition of me as a person. Thank you.

CordieB, you are not what you think. As you move beyond your beliefs, you discover more angles to understand where you are. When you sense you are absolutely free at the same time as you choose to imprison the mind, then you begin to recognize your desire for experience comes from many different levels.

Hilary, your choices send you messages from your inner self. If you choose to sense a feeling as a definition, this may limit you to a level of consciousness. Each choice you make resonates in different levels. You can understand it on different ways. Every experience is multi-dimensional. You can focus on one aspect or many aspects. Every part of your journey is meaningful. You may have positive and negative responses to things. Every emotion is a teacher.
