What are you right now?

The human part of you plans and questions. It constructs belief systems and perceptions grounded in the past and future and invites you to focus there. The mind prompts you to act, to do and become. How can you let go of who you think you are?

Being is perfectly content. It has no plans. It does no judge. It has no ambitions or judgments. It does not seek to understand. The feeling of joyful knowing arises naturally.  It is the recognition nothing can control you and you control nothing.  You have all control without controlling everything.  It exists in the present moment.

What happens as you awaken as a 'human- being?' You shift focus of attention and see everything from expanding vantage points.  You revert to innocence and no longer exert effort to be untrue to what is. You no longer believe but know. A connection to wholeness never leaves you.  The love, freedom, presence is all right here.  What are you right now?

Create for the joy of it

Why is it that the mind thinks you need a reason to do or become?  How does it feel to engage in purposeless action?  Notice the word purpose implies dissatisfaction, desire for change and assumptions about imperfection. When are you idle by choice?

Consider for a moment, how your focus and priorities shift at different stages of your life.  Reflect on what stands out during stages of infancy, childhood and teens. Reflect on highlights or turning points of adulthood; career and/or unemployment, stages of health or illness, singlehood, partners/hips, marriage, possibly divorce, parenthood, widowhood or whatever stands out. Now, when are your choices only based joy and making the most of the moment? Where are you aware of conditioning to work toward what you think is missing or would make you happy? What inspires you right now?

Everything is valid.  There is no right or wrong choice, only situations that evoke a response or not and opportunities for lessons or unlearning.  One perspective is that nothing ever truly happens.  Beyond words and their contents, nothing remains.  Here, no perceived lack exists, only perfection, acceptance and wholeness. Joy is being.  Its what is felt in the heart.

I am that I am

How does it feel to tap into absolute knowing that you need no reason to be here now?  Being itself is enough.  Feel with absolute certainty that you exist. Even with all the conditioning and socialisation, you know who you are.  Deep down, purpose is not something you seek but allow to unfold. Rather than exert effort to build points of reference, notice what it feels like to systematically peel away all those you adopt.

If you feel you must justify your requests, or judge others on route to getting, you do not see duality as it is. Notice how mental thoughts create a sense of separation. Notice how your thoughts and vibration resist accepting what the heart knows. The more you exert effort and hope to create what you want through action, the more you separate yourself form the vibrational being you are and the way it creates. Notice how it feels to let go of resistance. Knowing arises in experience. Your attention in this dream shifts from barriers you create to see only oneness, and appreciate messages of equality and unconditional love that speak to you through everything. Be aware of the "I am."

Recall Lao Tzu who says, “To hold, you must first open your hand. Let go.”

More than you could ever want

As you travel in a directionless direction, you experience more than you could ever want. That which you are is absolutely fresh.  That which you think you are is old and gone.  This is not a teaching or a belief.  It is a version of the dream.  Investigate for yourself without hoping, yearing, and desiring.  Thoughts about who you are appear within the mind of who you are. Silent awareness is alive inside.  It is aware of all dreams, all action and non-action.  It does not oppose anything.  It points to something you discover. Stop believing in anything.  Notice what happens.  Realize being.  Feel the nature of what draws you to sense what is. Who you are cannot ever be taught.

Notice versions of the dream

Mind orients "you" toward visions of success and suggests at all costs you should strive to avoid defeat. Consider you have never been here without dreaming.  The only thing you know about 'here and now' is heresay.  You have thoughts and opinions about it.  You have heard other people's views on what it must or must not be.  This is a version of the dream. The most direct way to see through the dream is to be aware.  Being awareness is not being aware of something. Mind invites you to ask how. Heart invites feeling. Be aware of the feeling before it arises. Notice the energy behind it all.
