Undermine the delusions

Consider states of mind thrive on negativity and control.  Some people sense fear prompts one to control and perpetuate delusion. One discovers that to access the doorway to the heart requires a shift in focus.

What happens as you take off the pressure? How does it feel to realize you do not have to please anyone?  As you empower others, you cease to judge and exert control.  To judge indicates you have an ego that assesses and you do not understand truth. As you raise awareness, everything is unjudgable.

Why judge self? To be unconditionally aware reminds you how to be unconditionally kind, loving to self and others.  You are free and have no reason to judge. People who free themselves do no harm and teach freedom to others.  The less you control, the deeper you connect with the infinite joy, health and energy within. The effort to control others reminds you that you have an ego.  To detach is to gradually vanish.

Dear Sweet Liara, I have been to your site a few times to read, just to feel connected and experience your essence. Getting ready to launch my book, Sept 1, has kept me from doing as much blogging and commenting as I've been used to. It's made me acutely aware of how precious are the connections we form, whether they are formed on a train, a mountain, or the internet. For me they all are real.

Your last comment on my post, "Have You Claimed Yourself?", was so beautiful. Your one line said it all. I sat at my desk and just chuckled at the freedom in what you wrote, so beautiful to feel your presence there . You wrote: "How you feel tells you all that matters. Not everyone listens to or hears the inner essence." This applies on all levels and in all aspects of living.

And hearing the inner essence even applies to your post here about delusions. I also just LOVE this line out of this post: "As you raise awareness, everything is unjudgable." That just made me laugh with joy because it's so true. There really is NOTHING to judge. All just IS. How liberating when we embrace who and what we are. We embrace others and life itself. WE let go and know peace. We BECOME peace. Beautiful!

Thank you dear Liara, I was here a few days ago reading a post, Shrink the Monster. I was fascinated because in my second book I write about "the monster" and starving it with love, kindness, compassion and toward self and others. So it was wonderful to see that post.

Sending you hugs and love Liara,
Robin

It is funny how people pursue happiness all over,
as bliss arises when they stop pursuing, and surrender.

:D
Robin, one is reminded any predicament is perceived in the mind and altruism is an avenue for opening to a broader understanding. Delusion is self-created and impermanent. Interconnectedness just is. The perceived problems of the world, and suffering are limited perspectives. Something useful is unfolding.

Rizal, inner joy is forever accessible to all. External triggers for happiness are imagined by the mind and influenced by circumstances beyond one's control. The external world transforms as each person is willing to nurture a flexible attitude. How you respond or not perpetuates or dissolves delusion.

Robin, to accept is to make more peace with life. To awaken fully means nothing affects the heart.
