Be conscious beyond body-mind
Many humans reach a crossroads of self-awareness. Are you going to stay focused on the mind, its linear thought and holographic projections or, open to realize you are infinite, eternal consciousness having an experience? The multi-dimensional self moves effortlessly into different realms of consciousness. This perciver is not the thinker.
People are educated to ingest ideas. Why? Is it because they are ill-equipped to deal with facts directly? Why avoid abstractions? The abstractions of time and thought are the root cause of fear. Let go and liberate the soul.
The point of perception you choose transforms everything from your mental focus to your state of being. Control systems of education, media, religion and social infrastructure condition people to live based on logical thinking and to focus on limited, mind-body perception. What if you choose to shift inward to paths of higher awareness?
You may forget different kinds of realities exist beyond the visible spectrum, beyond where you are taught to focus physical perception. To be conscious beyond body-mind, you are willing to open to possibilities unseen, without points of reference. In essence, you are ready to sense something in nothing: a new stage of Cosmic Synchronicity.

When we say yes to things, we are nodding our heads up and down and therefore vertically. We are accepting energy into our energetic bodies and it is allowed to flow fluently within, therefore, finding its way to our hearts and souls to truly feel what is being accepted. By saying yes, we can see from differing focal points within the body. We can play with and ascend and descend in playing with the musical notes that resonate with us. In a yes world, we can feel anything, and the feelings take us to unusual but exciting places to experience a unique way of interacting. Therefore, by letting energy flow evenly within, we experience a brand new world in every step we take. Just empty the mind and let the party begin.
Blessings to you!
I love the term, "Cosmic Synchronicity," and our whole beingness merging into oneness. The mind is a tremendous tool that can lead to soul mining, digging up the past and uncovering the treasures that get buried through the methods you mention. There is much validity in nothingness and not feeling that we have to be something or someone other that soul.
Do the Chinese, the Indians, the Japanese believers, and the Dalia Lama think similarly regarding the releasing of the mind?

Different cultures and religions nurture different beliefs systems in their followers. There is more than one kind of Buddhism, Hinduism, Zen and other views. The Dalai Lama is recognized as a role model for compassion and he does encourage heartfelt living and reconnecting with innate happiness and love within.
In the ego-mind focused paradigm, the idea of abundance, nurtured by "positive thinkers", is based on "separation" thinking. This mindset encourages you to seek abundance and not to concern yourself with where it came from or whether those around you equally share in this abundance and joy. It is about appeasing ego. In the heart-centred new paradigm or awakening, many humans are experiencing, a sense of compassion replaces the former material idea of Abundance. The best way to learn compassion is to choose to experience and feel what others feel. When much of the planet struggles to survive and feed themselves, fewer people are seeking to create self-centred abundance. When you connect with tragedies and crises from Africa to Haiti or the tsunami victims, you are more open to feeling compassion and empathy because you are opening to interconnectedness that has always existed to join you with everything and everyone.
Thanks for the explanation .. I'll bear in mind the compassion v the abundance - and I probably knew that already, even if not expressed as such.
