Who sees you as you are?

Human beings dream of being seen or accepted as they are.  As you come to feel whole and complete inside, your perspective of the world shifts. Do you see me as I am?  Do you see yourself as you are?  How do you know or confirm it? What does that feel like?

Few people choose to look into themselves or through the eyes of people directly.  You are conditioend to think this is a scary thing.  Why is this? Could it be that when you look directly, you see through external appearances.   What prompts you to turn away?

Eyes are described as windows into the soul.  You look into somebody's eyes and see reflections of your true self.  That is, what you desire to see and anything you would prefer to overlook or forget.  Unconditional love and acceptance are often traded away.

When you see yourself as you are, you reconnect with your soul, with everything and everyone. Should this worry you?  Of course not! Then, why do so many people resist taking responsibility for how they feel? For their core choices, decisions and creations?

People often prefer to push away or ignore who they are.  They wish find what appears missing. They think what they need is a person or relationship to feel more complete. be honest with yourself. If you find you know yourself deep down, if you see things as they are. how would your life actually change? What do you really have to fear?

Whatever your answer, to selectively forget the truth has some appeal. People go to great lengths to test endurance, faith, resiliance, relationships, to expand perception, and more. Discover what happens as you stop hiding from yourself, and true abilities. Discover the implications of raising awareness of your core connection with soul.

"The common eye sees only the outside of things, and judges by that, but the seeing eye pierces through and reads the heart and the soul, finding there capacities which the outside didn't indicate or promise, and which the other kind couldn't detect." - Mark Twain, Joan of Arc

Build your level of internal resources

The more you choose to evolve inside your physical body, the more your vibrational frequency will intensify.  Enlightenment is not a state of mind so much as a state of being and awareness.  You experience different initiations or, 'eureka' moments where your growing insight enables you to sense differently.  What are you preparing for next?

Each person you draw toward you, is a teacher.  You are constantly building your level of internal resources and self-understanding.  Through each person's patterning, you are invited to discern key things about yourself.  Its up to you to purify your ego and intent.

How you value yourself tells you how you sense your lower levels of consciousness, your 'I am.'  You can learn to recognize and shift distortions that do not serve you.  Pettiness and contradictions result from transcendental conflict.  As you start to discern negative feelings, you are in the process of clearing, purifying to reach new levels of integrity.

As you evolve to feel your energy, you also grow to see the energy and its impact on your life.  It takes on different forms so you can raise your awareness and continue learning.

Guide yourself to resolve self-judgement.  Its all about your rationale for your behaviour.  Do you live life vicariously with thoughts of what it should be?  Will your most memorable moments stand the test of time because they aren't about you, even if you were there?

How do you "see" what happens?

Realize that you are in fact, your own oracle.  As you learn to see inside yourself, you begin to understand that your emotions and actions follow your beliefs, even if it takes time for you to discern physical results.  Change your thoughts and you change your life.

For example, a man told me a story from his life that redefined how he saw himself and his future.  He relayed how one early morning, he was abruptly stopped from going to work by  authorities.  They came to his home, seized property based on suspicion of a crime, and took him off for questioning.  He was released soon after, but the equipment was retained for an extended period until it could be well- examined by "specialists."

During an uncertain waiting period, where his fate hung in the balance, this man's self-doubt intensified. He began to view himself as victim of an uncompassionate society.  His sense of precarious circumstances caused him to question the state of his mind and life, why his sense of stability or happiness often seemed to be thwarted, and how realistic his dreams of personal and professional success really were.  Then, he changed his beliefs.

This story reminds me of the self-questioning on guilt and innocence in The Trial by Franz Kafka.  In that novel, Joseph K. realizes his fate is sealed after a cathedral priest tells him, he must accept things as they are; he cannot fight them. What is important is not whether everything the court says is true; what is important is the action is necessary.

Like this protagonist, we are each invited to discern what our conditions bring to the surface.  You may ask yourself why certain experiences don't seem of your own making.  And then, you realize you have everything to do with lessons brought to your attention.

You may have lost a sense of responsibility for your conscious thought.  Were you taught it doesn't form your life?  As long as you hold a particular conscious belief about yourself,  you'll experience this reality.  Yet, you are not at the mercy of how you thought before.  How you perceive yourself can change.  To change the physical effect, you must change the original self-belief.  To fear new beliefs won't materialize negates their purpose.

Hang what out to dry?

Analysis of dream submitted by K. of Sydney, Australia.

Dream- I dreamed my long, left hand fingernails were being polished with red tomatoes. The experience evoked my astonishment and slight discomfort.  I awoke with my left hand hanging out the side of my bed and I heard myself say, "I need to hang my nails out to dry." Curiously, my fingernails were natural and untouched by polish of any sort.

Predomiant Emotions- confusion, surprise, hyper-sensitivity, disbelief, and intrigue.

Interpretation- Uplifting emotions (i.e., relief or joy), may trigger pleasant memories or visions. Yet, your sense of the future induces impatience. This suggests you postpone some envisaged experience in hopes that 'stretching things out' will bring self-growth.

Less upbeat reactions (i.e., disgust or fear), may trigger unpleasant events and induce the illusion of anxiety. This draws attention to your sense of self in the time-space continuum. You seem to prefer to perform painful actions earlier than pleasurable ones.

When it comes to expressing how you really feel, do you believe you come across, "hard as nails?" You may just be selective about to whom you reveal you true emotional colors. Fingers gently remind you you're attuned to your sensuality. Yet, blood-redness also drips to slowly unveil unconditional self-love or a sexual passion you sense within. For whom?

Tomatoes suggest you are health-conscious and willing to 'go to certain lengths' to take care of yourself. You're in the process of polishing your self-image and re-defining that to which you aspire. You sense to achieve balance, health and well-being isn't all glamour.

'Left' may stir feelings of rejection, awkwardness or 'not fitting in.' Do you fear or doubt your abilities? What of potential? You may simply have left your old self behind.  You're prepared to let go of the past and move ahead differently. Go ahead, abandon old, out-dated beliefs and self-views. Hang them out-to-dry. They'll evaporate like magic-poof!

Redefine the boundaries of your imagination

Some people assume that without feelings of guilt, inner discipline would lose meaning and purpose.  Its easy to forget early conditioning structures later learning.  Little do you realize that such structure creates boundaries and frameworks for your imagination.  Is it a shock to your system to realize you create according to your belief patterns?

Why is it you automatically compare your sense of reality to views of other people?  What is it that compels you to align your thoughts with their expectations and beliefs? When do you resist this practice?  How do you feel as you shift the limits of your imagination?

Recognize beliefs aren't right or wrong.  They're just beliefs.  In all likelihood, some of your own remain unexamined.  You may wish to leave it.  You may decide a different approach is desirable. Ideas that nurture your imagination also frame the limits of your self-image, potential, and wider views of the world.  Where and how are you mind-limiting?

When you're ready, you choose to be aware of the contents of your conscious mind and conflicting beliefs.  Ready or not, you live the life you imagine.  Rediscover your infinite boundaries.  Your imagination begins and ends precisely where you choose.
