How can you be in more than one place at once?

Many people dream of being in more than one place at once yet, hold the belief that this is not presently possible. What if you shifted your belief system to assume it is not only possible, but you are doing this beneath conscious radar?

Quantum mechanics does not conform well to human senses. The way atoms, molecules, particles and systems function, is subject to uncertainty. People do things Science is currently unable to explain and repeat in a lab. You may still ask how this enables you be in more than one place at once. How could it be? Do some research to clarify a few things for yourself;

1) Who are the types of people who do this? (they exist)
2) How would you describe their motivation?
3) What do you note about sceptics? (name/job/ belief- labels)
3) Where do your life, philosophy and mindset fit in? (i.e. why do you desire to do this and how are you willing to evolve?)

Consensus in the "real world" is grounded in the idea physcial entities behold three-dimensional space. This said, the core experience of three-dimensional space is limited to the awareness of three perpendicular axes: North-South, East-West and Up-Down. This omits the time dimension and ignores any possibilities such as those explored in dream dimensions, astral planes and out-of-body experiences (OBEs).

Rather than take steps to convince yourself how you can be in more than one place at the same time, it is desireable to work the other way.  That is, explore why you believe you cannot and systematically refute your own reasons. For example;

A) Disbelief barrier -- "I can't so I won't" idea must go.
B) Threshold of fear -- visual or new strategy required.
C) Misconception -- stop dwelling on the non-essential.
D) Dual consciousness-- realize you fragment awareness.
E) Uncomfortable with physical body-- learn to reverse this.
F) Reflex problem -- identify & step outside comfort zone.
G) Weak intent-- if you truly want it, you figure it out.

Uncover what you have always wanted

Many people go through life accumulating experiences and convincing themselves they work toward what they have always wanted.  The measurable things, the objects you can touch or buy, may become companions during your journey.  Yet a silence in your heart contains other whispered secrets. 

Part of you yearns to escape from aspects of the life you know. Other parts of you seem to prevent it. Something within you draws attention to debilitating afflictions and lacks while a soothing side fills the imaginary holes and heals the open wounds.  Your soulful side knows humanity fears all things as a distraction from everythng you already have.  When a person forgets the power of love, he forgets the key power within.

To uncover what you have always wanted, all you have to do is choose to live.  Choose to feel. Choose to take chances that bring you face-to-face with the prospect of losing. Permit yourself to be drawn to sources of your greatest fear. Decide to praise them and feel grateful. When your physical body cringes at certain experiences it has been given, you can reckon it is divine grace. You can even find courage and strength in grief.

Those things that motivate you are only temporarily veiled.  You gradually transcend your own silence.  You open your eyes and senses more fully.  You discover you have always wanted to stop fearing who you are.  Nothing about your truth wounds you more than denial or fear. You move beyond them already.

Believe the odds are in your favor

Every new experience evokes a new world inside you. That is, you expand on what you thought you knew and realize there is more to this life than what you had previously thought.

Now, many people regularly go through life feeling like they hold the weight of the physical world on their shoulders. They seem to attract other people's perceived burdens, absorb heavy energy, and clutch tightly to the familiar because it is there.

This is a reminder that impermanence is reality.  You may exert an enormous amount of energy in an attempt to keep things as they are, but it will be to no avail.  You are not meant to keep people as they are at a given moment. Life as you know it will shift like the crust of the earth that is in constant motion.

You experience perpetual changes, but you are also raising awareness to discern the good in all of it.  Life is a process. This is not meant to scare you or cause you to feel as though you cannot count on anyone or anything.  Believe the odds are in your favor. Your health, happiness, and peace are waiting for you to rediscover them.   Your outlook begins and ends in you.

3 Ways to go further than harness potential

People write to me asking what is the best way for them to share their experience in order to inspire hope, goodwill and the realization of dreams. Some bloggers specifically ask how they can inspire more strength and determination or, how best to meet the needs of their particular audience.

If your core motivation is to connect with people, you will discover many ways exist to do this. As a budding chef of life experience, you learn to go by feel, taste and improvise.

As I develop articles, I have come to realize that a number of things are going on inside and around me to help me do my best. Consider these ideas that empower you to live life on your terms and go further than harness your potential;

1)  Realize you are a work in progress. You are constantly building on your communication skills.  As part of the process, this means you you are sharing new learning consciously and unconsciously. Its all good, even if you do not register it all.

2) Recognize power in deliberate intention.  As you consciously visualize or imagine how you wish your efforts to affect people, this sends energy pulses out into the universe. Think about a wave that comes into shore and goes back out to sea.  You lose visual sight of it, but the power and energy still exists somewhere and transfers it somewhre else.

2) Do what you do from the heart. This matters. If you write with thoughts about what your readers may or may not like, then you are not allowing your thoughts to flow naturally. As you teach yourself to stop thinking about approval or disproval or the possible usefulness of your experiences for others, then you begin to realize everything you say or do has intrinsic value for someone. The more you choose to love and accept yourself, the less you will think what others think.

7 Things you can do during dream yoga

As you explore astral dreaming, you may decide to experiment with dream yoga. If you hesitate, then you may wonder whether this is for you or, whether you do it already. On your journey to the next level, you have nothing to fear but fear itself.

Tibetans describe dream yoga as the original or basic state of lucid dreaming. They are historic masters at awakening their consciousness during dreams. Astral projecting is when you become aware of an out-of-body experience (OBEs). As you gain more conscious control of OBEs, you can become lucid.

Many methods exist to discipline the mind, deliberately induce OBEs and lucidity. As you contemplate whether this experience would appeal, or select among ones to share as comments, consider five things you can learn to do during dream yoga;

1) Manifest physical things-Based on your perception, you create external, objective physical things, and the internal, subjective physical things. Sights, sounds, smells, tastes and sensations are the external or objective physical things. The five base senses are the subjective of internal physical things.

2) Discriminate among feelings& shift recognition. You choose to experience positive, negative or indifferent energy. Then, you shift to identify particular things. This mental recognition exercise moves from unconscious to conscious. You bring the process to the surface and become observer.

3) Explore different planes. You visualize a particular place in all its detail and go there, whether you have heard of it and visited there before or whether your imagination conjured an image from somewhere.  Your mind sharpens the texture.

4) Dialogue with enlightened beings- You interact with beings of higher awareness on dream planes and different levels of awareness.  You  only release what you learn into conscious awareness when these beings sense you are ready.

5) Meet with other sentient beings- When you mobilize your mind, you can actually intend to meet other sentient beings in designated places. That is, while your physcial body is at rest, your astral body can be directed elsewhere. Its also possible to explore other dimensions, realms, and bodies and log them all.

6) Unpack your paradoxes.  You evolve to realize all conditioned ideas in waking life are lying to and about the awareness that knows them.  You await your own soul-level process of conscious awakening, trigger a domino effect and watch.  Then move beyond the watcher.

7) Dissolve or transcend the dream states. As you detach consciously from the physical body (recognize you are lucid) and detach from the dreaming mind (become observer to your dream within dream), then you move to observe the purest form of conscious awareness.  This is that level where you become aware of an emptiness and become aware of the nature and dimensions of the reality behind everything. Opportunities exist to move through many levels of dream states.
