What are they really saying?

During a given day, you are consciously focused on completing a series of tasks.  You also react to what life throws you. Part of you reacts instinctively and other parts react based on conditioning.  What are your mind and body really saying?  Is this all a dream?

Think about your workplace. It is entirely likely that you periodically encounter disgruntled people.  This could be on the phone, across the counter, in the staff room, or  in some other interaction. You may evolve to see each encounter as a test for your patience, understanding, and ability to shake off the small stuff. How do you fare?

Think about your home life. When you leave and return, you leave with one set of emotions and return with the emotional results of your experiences. Do not assume that people around you will bring about much-needed changes in you.  As you become aware of what mind and body are telling you, then you choose what to retain and what to let go.

While at the gas station, I recently opened the door for a man who had his hands full of groceries.  Although he appeared surprised, he smiled and thanked me as he walked past.  The cashier was gob-smacked.  He confided to me that he had never before seen a female open a door for a male.  He also shared how he had almost given up on opening doors for women.  So many had reacted negatively to him, as if to say they were fully capable of doing it themselves.  My mind and body tell me what feels right. Regardless of external reactions, I rely on myself and have faith.  Do what makes sense to your mind and body.

You may ask, what ever happened to chivalry? If you choose to find anything in life, then you create it.  You may have heard someone say they expect dismissive remarks.  That is precisely what they experience, over and over. Positive, uplifting things are alive and well for those who invite this energy and are receptive.  What do you really say now?

What is the truth about theta?

Analysis of dream submitted by Anonymous in Melbourne, Australia.

Dream- I was in a room with an older male. He had little gray hair and wore round spectacles. He sat on the couch. I resisted sitting. I was impatient to leave. The husband of a friend appeared and sat beside this man. They proceeded to write out math symbols on white paper. I watched them form pi, then theta. At that point, everything became changing kaleidoscope images. I embarked on a serene theta dream meditation.

Predominant Feelings- Timidity, anticipation, curiosity, joy and self-acceptance.

Interpretation- Alpha brainwave frequencies help you get in touch with a deper, peaceful side of yourself. Human beings evolve in meditation to produce more slow- frequency, theta brainwaves. Your own theta brainwaves are associated with restful and rejuvenating mental states and heightened awareness.This is growing, yet you resist.

Theta is also the eighth letter of the Greek alphabet. In math, it relates to elliptic movements which your spirit may do literally in dream realms.  Theta symbolizes time decay.  You not longer sense time as before. Historically, judges wrote theta on their ballots if they decided to condemn a prisoner, to death.  In dreams,  dreath raises awareness of new beginnings.  You are aware of experiencing transtions but not why.

The traits of a self-actualized person include choosing to experience things fully, selflessly.  In essence, you permit yourself to succomb completely. You will not enjoy life unless you pay attention enough to be aware of what is going on inside you. You are beginning to let your true self emerge. Experience tells you what you feel. Physical life invites you to remain open to new things.  Part of you beleives in something more. 

As you actively choose to grow, you do not stay where you are or think as you have already done.  You look into yourself and redefine integrity. You do not do things that go against what you believe in. A hypnotist, physician or counsellor, does not exist to make your choices. Listen to your own tastes. Unlock your own potential. Something beckons.  Go for it!

What are you drawing toward you?

You may believe you are working quietly as usual on your own thing and yet, hear paper rustle or sense something else to divert your attention.  Could the movement you discern be the wind or, a figment of your imagination?  Should things you glimpse and feel with no explanation be cause for confusion?  Part of you knows this is a sign your conditions are positively-affecting you.  This is open-mindedness.  What are you drawing toward you?

Part of you senses that you are connected to a collective group of people,  waiting and preparing for stages of shared change.  This change is not some forthcoming development in your line of work or, limited to your conscious understanding of science, the environment or another human subject.  The change you are easing into is a level of awareness that changes everything that you think, dream, feel or experience.

Every moment, you draw energy toward you in different forms. Some of it seems physical, like furniture you can touch and loved ones you reach out to feel.  You may have words to describe  energy you draw toward you. To feel satisfied is to sense you master these. 

And yet, words or symbols you consciously use may not do some energy experiences justice.  Each energy form has personality and prompts you to learn more about yourself.  This is a time for upheaval.  Your mind is clearing away former attitudes and patterns that no longer serve you. You are redefining 'normal.'  You attract the unfamiliar.

Radical change in your own life may be visible in  forms of relationship shifts or changes, serious illness, geographic moves, apparent rejection or dissolvng of old perceptions.  Your whole world is changing not because of external events, but because you consciously choose to step away from how you used to think.  Your ego and other parts of your physical body resist change until you move to transcend them.

Regardless of how radical your life changes, you can always find ways to embrace them with gratitude.  It is not what happens to you that matters but how you choose to react or not and grow.  Reflect on the energy you send out.  Which energy forms shape you?

Realize the untapped power you have

If you were meant to be somewhere else right now, then you would be. To be where you are at this moment reveals you have unfinished business. You may be unaware of the exact nature or purpose of this stage of your life, but part of the human joy of existing is the ability to makeself-discoveries. What if you are here for more than one reason?

People do not get on a bus, plane, train or walk anywhere without having a reason for doing so. You always desire to go somewhere or do something. You are alsoconsciously aware of at least one motive and unawareofother motives. Your journey is about a process of revealing to yourself those reasons you do not initially see.

Imagine for a moment, that you chose to step into your current skin, clothes, life, to exist in the physical world. You have more than one reason for being here that has nothing to do with what you have been taught while in this character.

Part of you may be convinced it is like a role you perform in a play or movie. The only thing that you know for certain on a conscious and unconscious level is that you will leave this world at some point in the future. This would suggest you have more than one purpose; those you conditioned yourself to beleive while living in the body you currently inhabit, and at least one other, far-reaching purpose you had before you arrived here.

As you reflect on the earliest stages of this physical existence, you may recall feeling confused about how to communicate what you were thinking and feeling. Birth can be viwed as a traumatic and life-changing experience. As pain and suffering are known to set up mental blocks in human beings, you could also imagine that this happened from the moment of your birth.

In the physical world, conditioning is what you know. You come to accept what you have been told because it seems rational.  You believe you receive information from people you come to trust. You always accept things because part of you assumes they are the reasonable thing to accept, even when part of you senses there is far more to all this. You will see and grasp what makes sense at every stage of life. Much more remains.

Were you born to go a different way?

I have been a misfit since childhood. No one understood me, not even my father.

He once said, "You are not a madman, fit to be put in a madhouse, nor are you monk to be put in a monastery. I just don't know what you are!"

I replied: "You know, father, I can tell you what it is like. Once a duck egg was put under a hen to be hatched. When the egg hatched, the duckling walked along with the mother hen until they came to a pond. The duckling took a nice dip in the water. But the hen stayed on the bank and clucked. Now, my dear father, after having tried the sea I find it my home. If you choose to stay on the shore, is it my fault? I am not to be blamed."

There are some who are born to go a very different way.
