Expect the unexpected and disappointment no longer arises.  Notice how it feels to let go of thoughts.  Live life joyously and effortlessly.  Notice what remains. It points to who you are.

Jannie, feel deep down how everything is the perfect length or size, and also has perfect timing. Know that everything is an invitation to love or a pointer to the absence of love. Recognize love is the answer to every question. Love heals all perceived wounds or injuries. Some people use to word forgivness until they realize nothing exists to forgive except anger or fear i nthe mind. Notice how it feels to be making waves, pushing against a current or flowing peacefully with it. Acceptance is a silent message in every encounter. Infinite trust.
