End your suffering
The emotion of disappointment arises when you resist surrender. It gradually eats away at the ego. You experience a kind of suffering until you reach a stage when you accept another way of living exists. You are only willing to surrender to who you are when you reach a point where you have had enough. You decide to end the thoughts and interpretations that create self-inflicted suffering. As you realize you have a choice, you can decide to stop imposing suffering on others and cease your own as well. Every let down is a teacher. Otherwise, you would not awaken to know suffering is over. You discern infinite reasons to be and allow love. You intuitively release patterns, peel away the old to reveal something new.

1] To every thing There is a season
And a time to every purpose under heaven
and a time to pluck up that which was planted;
3] A time to kill,
and a time to heal;...
4] A time to weep,
and a time to laugh;...
.. A time to break down,
and a time to build...
etc...
As I go through a time of release, I seek and am happiest in the stillness to process. My family respects this time as much as I require it so all is well and when it is done, a new light comes in to my eyes and heart. Awareness goes to new levels and the angels... oh those beautiful angels, appear in droves... I love my life so much.

When one finally lets go, they fall through the net of the mind to that place of feeling where one is delivered from suffering to a land of freedom. Therefore, let downs are good teachers because they are relinquishing the guards and the pinpoints that hold the net and false dream in place. With each let down, a part of the imitation fabric frays to reveal the truth that has been covered up. Let downs then dismember the ego to remember and see the Way Home.
