Nip negativity in the bud
How often have you asked why you continue doing something you wish was over, finished, gone, or out of your life? This may be an addiction, like smoking. It may relate to a relationship that isn't working. It may seem to keep your eyes on health or an aspect of your life that evokes negative feelings.
The desire to change echoes deeper dissatisfaction. Contrary to what you may believe, discomfort is a helpful thing. This is part of your physiological gauge. Your body is sending you messages meant to get you back on track. This is an opportunity to learn to listen to yourself differently.
What if you refused to harbor disdain or regret for situations that didn't work out as you hoped? What if you were grateful that someone rejected you because that enabled you to channel energy where you got the reciprocity you deserve? What if accepting unfolding conditions is a way to gradually accept yourself? Everything is positive is you choose to sense it.

When we can learn only two lessons we are very well equiped to embrace Life.
#1. "...discomfort is a helpful thing. This is part of your physiological gauge. Your body is sending you messages meant to get you back on track."
AND
#2. To love ourselves deeply, kindly, gently and sometimes firmly...no mater what we've done or think we've done or ...simply no matter what. (That selflove contains compassion, forgiveness and non-abandonment of self.)
I thank you for presenting such a powerful core truth...I live my life by it and I can honestly say that it makes for wonderfully rich living. A most intimate love affair with Life. One gets to know themselves inside and out. They get to know Life and embrace it without fear. It doesn't mean that they never experience fear; it only means that fear is also seen as a guide or gauge that creates more awareness. We can meet Life with compelling passion....where we are so "in love" that we weep with joy.
Thank you for seeing and knowing.
From my heart,
Robin
My ears are not geared for negativity. When it happens, I let it fall on deaf ears. The little voices inside are little reminders that we can always change at anytime if we really want to do it.
