How often have you asked why you continue doing something you wish was over, finished, gone, or out of your life? This may be an addiction, like smoking.  It may relate to a relationship that isn't working.  It may seem to keep your eyes on health or an aspect of your life that evokes negative feelings.

The desire to change echoes deeper dissatisfaction. Contrary to what you may believe, discomfort is a helpful thing.  This is part of your physiological gauge.  Your body is sending you messages meant to get you back on track.  This is an opportunity to learn to listen to yourself differently.

What if you refused to harbor disdain or regret for situations that didn't work out as you hoped? What if you were grateful that someone rejected you because that enabled you to channel energy where you got the reciprocity you deserve? What if accepting unfolding conditions is a way to gradually accept yourself? Everything is positive is you choose to sense it.
