Raise your mindfulness

Human beings are known to question what is 'real' and 'possible.'  The answer is always grounded in your level of mindfulness. You may not find it easy to explain the actual state of wakefulness.  How would you describe it?

If you decide to believe in the tooth fairy, then you may glimpse her or receive evidence of her visit.  You need not leave your body to experience the joy that is evoked when something leaves you a surprise. 

Whatever you choose to do while in this state of mind is like an offering of energy to the world.  This is a kind of soul-level communication in the form of energy vibration.  You sense when you are ready for it and when you are already there.

You might say it is all about a secret that resonates from your heart.  It is the deepest soul that senses where to find it.  You give yourself the tools you need in the form of your senses.  How you use what you have been given will depend on you.

Dear liara, recently I read on the blog aham. swahilya explained the patanjali sutra VI. I quote' Vikalpa is a function of the mind, negative when it gets anxious, imagining situations which are not and perceiving people different from what they actually are. A wife who is anxiously waiting for her husband to return home from office imagines some mishap if he is a little late, for instance.'
As for patanjali, I think it wasn't meant as an exercise.

rainer, human beings seldom see reality as it is. The process of evolving involves learning to recognize and acknowledge emotions. How and why you generate them empowers you to move a long way. You gradually shift the focus of your view from illusions and distractions to where you truly are. Reality may surprise you or, you may expect it.
