3 Ways healing crystals help alleviate everyday ailments

Who doesn't dream of more effective ways to manage everyday ailments? You may have found over-the-counter products to be less than helpful.  You may wonder if a prescription exists for your ailment or discomfort.  Maybe your energy needs a boost?  If you dream of reducing stress and increasing well-being, healing crystals offer options:

1) They offer a variety of vibrations.  Each person is at a phase of spiritual growth and self-awareness.  Your attitudes and emotions influence your energy field and the nature of your particular imbalance.  Different crystal vibes attune to different body types.

2) They help balance your chakras.  Each crystal has a distinct colour and radiates healing energy.  Chakras describe the lineage points between your aura and your physical body.  Chakras are also associated with separate colors.  Place crystals of the right color and vibration on a chakra, and you harmonize energies and promote greater well-being.

3) They compliment other healing treatment.  Crystals have been known to stimulate the immune system, to help release tension, headaches, pain, insomnia, emotional blocks and other ailments. Yet, they aren't your only option.  Qualified crystal healers and other health practitioners offer valuable guidance to empower you to heal yourself.

Rethink your sense of diversion

As you think, if you view a thought as positive, you are less likely to question it.  You permit it to flow what appears a natural course.  Yet, when it comes to thought you view as negative, your emotions balk to cloud the issue.  You may sense its beneath you.  You may feel ashamed, ignore it, deny it or hope to send it back to the Source.  But, why?

Fear. The thing is, you can't restrain energy.  You may think you can divert it, but that's not your job.  Its safe to express thoughts as they flow, even aggression.  Issues arise as you block and repress energy for long periods.   You see, but you don't choose to see.

Consider a flowing river.  If you dam it up and water continues to flow from the origin, then the dam will eventually burst.  This can also be said of blocked energy. Does your conscious mind override your body's messages? What are you diverting or hiding from?

Whenever we don't accept all our feelings or choose to express them as they are, we hide from the truth.  Your sense of what works or doesn't work for you is intricately linked to your chemistry and physiology.  Your values are connected to your body functions.  What you think and feel diverts you from your true self-image and unwavering intrinsic value.

In other words, thought may mislead you.  As you examine your views, you may be startled.  Some people try to be good or righteous when beneath it all, they actually have low self-worth.  To change beliefs and transcend guilt, will alter bodily experience. When you assume certain thoughts are wrong, you prevent your system from clearing and healing.  You wear the consequences of diversion; mentally, emotionally, and physically.

How do you involve your guardian angels?

No matter what you do today, it makes sense to reflect on how you involve your guardian angels.  What's that?  You don't know?  You're not sure if you noticed them or they, you? Is that a conscious choice or a lack of awareness of what's really happening in your life?

1) Did you encounter green circulation lights or bypass a car accident today?

2) Was a vacant parking space calling out to you?

3) Has your overworked computer churned out another document without a hitch?

4) Did a stranger do something kind for you then, disappear?

5) Were you able to get up at all, with minimal pain and discomfort?

6) What about that close call where you nearly lost something you cherish?

Listen to yourself. Whenever you use words like, "coincidence", "blessings" or "luck," this can also be a sign of heavenly intervention. Notice which situations in your own life remind you that you're not alone. Ponder experiences that strenghten your inner resolve, resilience, nurture your faith or prompt you to trust in what you cannot see.

What do you dream on your "Bucket List"?

Human beings dream for different reasons. You may daydream about being somewhere else because you don’t like where you are. You may nurture dreams that motivate you. You may not realize you dream or, figure it has no significance.  If your health isn’t ideal, dreaming may raise your spirits, transform your outlook, or even heal your soul.

A recent movie called The Bucket List reminds us that it’s never too late to identify your dreams and realize them. In this story, the protagonists learn they are dying of terminal cancer. They draft a list of what they want to do before the end, sort of like living goals.

One man focuses on thrill-seeking experiences, like skydiving and car-racing, to encourage facing fear. This man also favours reinforcing his senses of sight and touch. He chooses to visit particular places and eat particular food. For him, money is no obstacle to realizing this list, yet what he buys doesn’t satisfy his lingering void.

The other man’s ideas are less materialistic and more feeling-based. He desired to experience things like, “a majestic view,” to grasp “the true meaning of joy,” and to do unspecified, altruistic things, like “help a stranger.” His own revelations include discovering a stranger can also become a friend.  Both men re-evaluate what matters.

Every moment, you have opportunities to define or revise your dreams. You don’t have to experience crisis to trigger deeper reflection. You don’t have to lose everything as the result of an environmental disaster, heartache, terminal disease or, the behaviour of dishonest people. Anything that evokes discomfort may prompt you to dream differently. Your mindset and feelings are like a compass.  You can change dream directions anytime.

That said, you don’t have to be given a reason to dream. You do it naturally. To raise awareness of hwo and why you dream gives new meaning to your life. What would you like to do differently? What stops you, but yourself? How are you thinking right now?

Take a risk to listen to your soul

Increasingly, people tell me they feel being torn between providing free services and choosing to charge for what they really love to do. This is a common experience of contemplation for people who lean toward something that differs from people they know.

Yet, no matter what your interests and passions, you might say how you incorporate them into your life relates back to subconscious issues of self-worth and self-confidence.  Are you ready to admit ego exerts control? Willing to move beyond that?

You may hold down a regular job and then, turn to what you really desire to do outside work hours. What does that say about your faith in your abilities?  Now, if you step back and view your choices from a distance, then you might infer you do another job because you feel what you really want to do will not generate enough income to pay your bills, am I correct?  Maybe you're not being fair to yourself by assuming you will not succeed. You must define the risk you think you're avoiding before you can go about overcoming it.

I wonder if you have explored ways you could generate income by focusing on you greatest passions? You always have a wealth of avenues to explore. For example, on-line and paper publications exist on diverse subjects. Have you uever submitted article ideas? Have you ever particpated in forums with like-minded people who create their own careers?  Maybe you simply wish to feel more comfortable with how you think?

Have you ever participated in workshops or considered organizing your own? Have you ever investigated associations or groups with shared interests? What about a coach to get more focused? If you aren't listening to your soul, you can initiate the journey which will "get you back on track." Being true to yourself isn't a risk unless you give into fear.
