8 Principles to get you where you're going

Whatever your conditions, certain principles would enable you to effectively adapt.  Regardless of your view of success, these ideas will assist you to get where you're going:

1) Recognize you decide when and where you will work through something.  Whatever is on your mind requires attention.  It may involve other people or factors outside yourself.  Choose to deal with things when you're detached and nonemotional.

2) Re-evaluate your focus and priorities.  The attitudes of people around you may affect you.  Remember, your thoughts are always in your control.   You have power to decide what feelings and relations are worth letting go if they don't serve your growth.

3) Accept the consequences of your choices.  Accountability is key.  Indecisiveness isn't an option.  If you're unwilling to have faith and support your decisions, or, if you choose to wallow in regret, its not only harder to see forward, you block your progress.

4) Live each moment to the fullest.  This requires you to learn to focus on the 'here and now.'  Make the best of where you are and the life you are living.  What somebody else somewhere else is or isn't doing doesn't matter.  You're your point of reference.

5) Trust your intuition.  To train yourself to listen to your inner voice may require unlearning other conditioning.  Its 'par for the course.'  In order to nurture faith in yourself, you have to figure out who you are and the implications.  Ready, get set, go!

6) Take the time you need.  Remind yourself time is a human invention and you also decide how to perceive it.  If you permit fear of not having enough, you may rush and behave in ways that do not work in your inteerest.  Be aware of the element of time.

7) Value delegation.  You need not always be at the centre of the action or focus of attention.  Part of getting where you're going means you need to value how you can learn from and share tasks with others.  You can play a vital role behind the scenes too.

8) Attune to your moods.  How you think and feel isn't always in your best interest.  As you raise awareness about your moods, you gain insight into yourself.  That empowers you to open your senses, and view situations with greater foresight and objectivity.

Recognize attitude impacts more than breast cancer awareness

Its meaningful to highlight June is a special awareness month. Choose to participate in the Breast Awareness Campaign. Many people know someone affected by cancer.  How does your attitude about healing affect your life? Positive thinking goes a long way.

• The first sign of breast cancer usually shows up on a woman's mammogram before it can be felt or any other symptoms are present.

• Risks for breast cancer include a family history, atypical hyperplasia, delaying pregnancy until after age 30 or never becoming pregnant, early menstruation (before age 12), late menopause (after age 55), current use or use in the last ten years of oral contraceptives, and daily consumption of alcohol.

• Early detection of breast cancer, through monthly breast self-exam and particularly yearly mammography after age 40, offers the best chance for survival.

• Ninety-six percent of women who find and treat breast cancer early will be cancer-free after five years.

• Over eighty percent of breast lumps are not cancerous, but benign such as fibrocystic breast disease.

• You are never too young to develop breast cancer! Breast Self-Exam should begin by the age of twenty.

What do you make of this Indigo reality?

A boy named Boris Kipriyanovich, or Boriska, lives in the town of Zhirinovsk of Russia’s Volgograd region. He was born on January 11, 1996. Since he was four he used to visit a well-known anomalous zone, commonly referred to as Medvedetskaya Gryada – a mountain near the town. It seems that the boy needed to visit the zone regularly to fulfill his needs in energy. Boriska, boy from Mars, says that all humans live eternally. Boriska’s parents, nice, educated and hospitable people, are worried about their son’s fascinating talents. They do not know how others will perceive Boriska when he grows up. The say that they would be happy to consult an expert to know how to raise their wunderkind.

Being a doctor, his mother could not help but notice that the baby boy could hold his head already in 15 days after his birth. He uttered the first word ‘baba’ when he was four months old and started to pronounce simple words soon afterwards. At one year and a half he had no difficulties in reading newspaper headlines.

At age of two years he started drawing and leaned how to paint six months later. When he turned two, he started going to a local kindergarten. Tutors immediately noticed the unusual boy, his uncommon quick-wittedness, language skills and unique memory. However, his parents witnessed that Boriska acquired knowledge not only from the outer world, but through mysterious channels as well. They saw him reading unknown information from somewhere.

“No one has ever taught him,” Boriska’s mother said. “Sometimes he would sit in a lotus position and start telling us detailed facts about Mars, planetary systems and other civilizations, which really puzzled us,” the woman said. How may a little boy know such things?

Space became the permanent theme of his stories when the boy turned two years old. Once he said that he used to live on Mars himself. He says that the planet is inhabited now too, although it lost its atmosphere after a mammoth catastrophe. The Martians live in underground cities, Boriska says.

The boy also says that, he used to fly to Earth for research purposes when he was a Martian. Moreover, he piloted a spaceship himself. It took place in the time of the Lemurian civilization. He speaks about the fall of Lemuria as if it occurred yesterday. He says that Lemurians died because they ceased to develop themselves spiritually and broke the unity of their planet. When his mother brought him a book entitled “Whom We Are Originated From” by Ernest Muldashev, he got very excited about it. He spent a long time looking through the sketches of Lemurians, pictures of Tibetan pagodas, and then he told his parents of Lemurians and their culture for several hours non-stop. As he was talking, his mother noticed that Lemurians lived 70,000 years ago and they were nine meters tall…

“How can you remember all this?” the woman asked her son. “Yes, I remember and nobody has told me that, I saw it,” Boriska replied. Boriska, boy from Mars, says that all humans live eternally In Muldashev’s second book “In Search of the City of Gods” he looked through pictures for a long time and recollected a lot about pyramids and shrines. Then he claimed that people would not find ancient knowledge under the Great Pyramid of Cheops. The knowledge will be found under another pyramid, which has not been discovered yet.

“The human life will change when the Sphinx is opened, it has an opening mechanism somewhere behind the ear, I do not remember exactly,” he said. Boriska is one of so-called indigo children. They start to appear on Earth as a token of the forthcoming grand transformation of the planet. The boy says that the displacement of Earth’s poles will cause two catastrophes: in 2009 and 2013. Only a few people will survive, he said.

“No, I have no fear of death, for we live eternally. There was a catastrophe on Mars where I lived. People like us still live there. There was a nuclear war between them. Everything burnt down. Only some of them survived. They built shelters and created new weapons. All materials changed. Martians mostly breathe carbon dioxide. If they flew to our planet now, they would have to spend all the time standing next to pipes and breathing in fumes,” Boriska said. “If you are from Mars, do you need carbon dioxide?” “If I am in this body, I breathe oxygen. But you know, it causes aging.” Specialists asked the boy why man-made spacecraft often crash as they approach Mars.

“Martians transmit special signals to destroy stations containing harmful radiation,” Boriska replied. The boy has deep knowledge of space and its dimensions. He is also aware of the structure of interplanetary UFOs. He talks about that like an expert, draws UFOs on slates and explains the way they work. Here is one of his stories: “It has six layers. The upper layer of solid metal accounts for 25 percent, the second layer of rubber – 30 percent, the third layer of metal – 30 percent, and the last layer with magnetic properties – 4 percent.

If we give energy to the magnetic layer, spaceships will be able to fly across the Universe.” Boriska has a lot of difficulties with school. After an interview he was taken to the second grade, but soon they tried to get rid of him. He constantly interrupts teachers and says that they are wrong… now the boy has classes with a private tutor.

10 Steps to be more fully aware of your transformation

On some level, all human beings sense things are changing inside and outside them all the time. You may always not be able to describe what you’re thinking and feeling, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. You are learning to bring balance to unbalanced energy situations. You may ask, “how?”

Energy and light convey what is happening through vibration, pulsation and other sensations. This may affect your perspective, personality and traits that evolve within yourself. Parts of you are awakening to note insights and feelings that are less familiar.

1) Stop generating negative thoughts. As you learn to drop feelings of uneasiness and apprehension, you pay more attention to core feelings and your inner dialogue changes.

2) Dissolve sparks of doubt. Turn off that analytic part of your mind that wants to question. Listen instead to that part of you that knows it has access to all the answers.

3) Honour and reinforce who you really are. Rather than contemplating the worth of your decisions, initiate a shift in mindset. Deliberately choose what you will do.

4) Love yourself and everyone unconditionally. Visualize becoming more balanced and complete in present experience. Showing and accepting love is a gift.

5) Forgive everyone for everything. Be grateful for the ongoing dialogue that ensues. You imagine enemies to enter your life so that you might know and rediscover yourself.

6) Resist consciously wounding any creature. Injuring another emotionally, physically or otherwise, is just another way of injuring yourself. It serves no useful purpose.

7) Realize you have no reason to grieve for other people. If you choose to grieve your own sense of loss, evolve to recognize your selfishness. Each human being is experiencing a process to re-establish identity. To get there, release everything you think you know.

8) Be aware everything is your perception of vibrating energy. Tune into how you feel it. You can choose to view energy as a form of wisdom and broaden your horizons.

9) Choose the most fulfilling experiences imaginable. Build on present visions to create a fulfilling sense of what’s next. Love selflessly. Exercise your power.

10) Go beyond where the brave venture. Rather than follow in someone’s footsteps, be a pioneer. Forge a path. Be true to yourself, wherever this takes you.

Which messages are you sending?

How you choose to live sends messages back to yourself about what works and what doesn’t. As you become more discerning of your thoughts and feelings, you gain a sense of what serves you and what doesn’t.  How to accept what you have come to know as your truth?

If you question ideas part of you believes are true, this essentially means you question your senses, your beliefs, your underlying faith. Why nurture doubt? Could it be messages you interpret within appear incomplete?

If you do not see or experience something you truly desire immediately, this doesn’t mean the opportunity doesn’t exist. This doesn’t mean you haven’t yet imagined a way to achieve your dreams.  You may simply be unaware you have already created what you want. It’s an issue of selective perception. You may be situated in a mindset that doesn’t permit you to “see.” Will you expand your senses?

It’s always possible to choose to experience life differently. You are surrounded by examples of human beings who think as you do as well as those who don’t. How and what exactly do you learn from them?

Why would you choose to ignore those individuals who have transcended narrow perspectives of human experience? What you consciously accept about time and space may differ greatly from what you truly believe at a deeper part of your soul.

No matter what happens, you are always your own messenger. You create the message you desire to receive. You put it in a form that you are willing to understand. You devise and deliver the message as carrier and receiver. How you imagine and project ideas shapes your life.

In essence, you recreate the choices and attitudes that define you. Every action you take enables you to further clarify your identity in your conscious mind. Where you are and what you are doing are intricately related to who you are. You have never lost your memory. You simple reshape your view of elements in the big picture in order to grasp your place in it.

This isn't an endless search for someting out of reach.  You alter the frequency of your life by what you are thinking.  Thought is your path.  The fog will dissipate as you realize you experience your authentic self by exploring your behavior in the same place you never leave.  You choose how your environment vibrates, the speed, pattern and more.
