Embrace the process of spiritual awakening

Analysis of the week submitted by Anonymous in Melbourne, Australia.

Dream- The Dalai Lama was present in a rocky place. He walked barefoot amongst a group of monks sat who slightly apart and held burning candles in hands. The Dalai Lama levitated slightly off the ground.  He needed no candle. He emitted his own inner source of light. The monks saw him.  Orbs of light appeared around him. I was only an observer.

Predominant Emotions- immersed, compassionate, relaxed, awed, confused, tranquil.

Interpretation- As a lightworker, you're learning from more enlightened souls to help inspire an awakened humanity. You're part of a like-minded group that takes action to show compassion, harmony and to assist human beings to raise their own self-awareness.

Observe your entourage. They mirror why your views expand. Your vision grows as you connect with an aura of light that extends far beyond the physical body. Your inner light represents your self-awareness.  It grows exponentially as you see beyond your desires.

Burning candles often represent your self-confidence grows slowly yet surely. You have found sources of wisdom and are willing to expand your perspectives. You're aware of sources of truth within reach. Difficulty is an illusion that need not hold you back.

Spiritual symbols reflect devotion and faith. You are increasingly introspective and are learning to step outside conditioning. To emotionally withdraw and detach from a situation may offer you valuable insight. More than an observer, you are the truth.  Yet, you may not be consciously ready to accept you already have answers you seek outside.

Orbs are viewed as the lowest energy form of a once living human being whose Spirit has passed over. Orbs are everywhere. Yet, not everyone has evolved to believe in them or visualize them. Their presence in a dream is unconscious recognition that Spirits and angels are everywhere. You may sense the presence of a soul you knew in physical life.

Alter life's frequency with your senses

Each thought you generate, each word you express, each action you take, actually produces changes in your fundamental energy pattern.  You may ask how to view this invisible energy that surrounds and defines you.  What do you send out into the world?

Now, everything you do reverberrates energy, much like the lines from a flat stone you might skip on the surface of water.  Your energy fluctuates and touches on energy lines of your environment.  What you perceive manifests the experiences you choose in life.

You manipulate energy as a means to alter energy.   Everything around you is the physical product of delicate, vibrating threads.   Even your sense of time, what you seem to produce or experience, all relates to your self-awareness.  What pace do you choose?

To sense energy is to realize you can evolve to alter your state at will.  Your life can seem like it expands or contracts yet, it does neither.  What you think you know now may cause you to believe ideas don't jive.  You re-experience what you have before and by choice.  Whatever you focus on shapes your experience.  You life is an infinite mural you paint with your mind.  You alter your frequency with  expanding senses, every instant.

What would you say to exploring telekinesis?

If you heard someone say you have the power to move objects without exerting physical force, what would you say? Would you be willing to believe that the energy within your mind has unused potential? Would you accept there's more to you than you already know?

Telekinesis is an extension of pure consciousness.  Your level of awareness on existence, thoughts, sensations and behaviors, determines the skills you tap into and develop.

Having the desire or will to use telekinesis isn't the way to get where you want to go. Such a perspective assumes you're separate from abilities you already have.  It would be more effective to discover why you evade rather than choose to evolve to use them at will.  Reflect on the characteristics of individuals who claim to have this ability. They are humble and spiritual.  Rather than ask to learn, they trust what is given on their path.

In order to arrive at a point where you can project consciousness onto things, you first need to learn what it means to be one with everything. If this sounds daunting, its not, unless you choose to see it that way. Regular meditation is a positive step forward.

As you expand your awareness to where you begin to experience everything and everyone as an extension of yourself, then the process empowers you to reframe ego, attitude and views you hold about yourself.   The motivation behind a desire to do something can actually hinder your progress. How well do you know yourself? Why you wish to do something is as important as what you plan to do with it once you have it.

5 Tips to experience increasing fearlessness

How many times have you permitted fear to take over your mind? At different stages of your life, fear may seem to pop up, as if uninvited.   It may be news to you that you create precisely what you feel.  You do this for reasons you may not yet understand.

On closer look, you can discern fear is simply an extension of wounds you bury inside yourself.  You're responsible for changing this.  What would it take to realize beliefs have no hold over you?  Consider these five tips to disempower your sources of discomfort:

1) List your fears.  The only way to zero in on the real issue is to figure out what you think you're afraid of and uncover what this hides.  Your imagination transforms aspects of your life based on worry about things that never happen.  Ready to nip this in the bud?

2) Determine what you really mean.  If you feel inhibited or say you're timid, this isn't what you really mean.  In all likelihood, you fear external reactions and judgment of people, maybe even your own criticism.  This unearths the crux of the matter: your feelings about your own self-image, self-worth and self-acceptance.  Identify the cause of your behavior and you realize how you victimize yourself.  Knowledge is power.

3) Realize you have all you need.  A sense of fear often grows from a perceived lack.  get this: all lacks are illusions you conjure inside.  If you convince yoruself you're uncomfortable in a particular situation, why do you stay? why do you resist change?  why do you ignore the truth?   Does action threaten your sense of security? Self-importance? Nothing you choose is self-destructive unless you believe that.

4)  Grasp that your beliefs are innacurate.  Have you ever wondered if what you seek has eluded you because how you see the world and yourself is grounded in fear rather than something else.  You are the only person who can re-interpret what the something else mans to you.  How you think is limiting you.  Your views could be different.  Life is not as you assume.  What will  it take to stretch your senses?

5) Commit to move through your smokescreen.  If you have ever envisioned a worst case scenario, you realize things are not as bad as your mind would make them out to be.  Whatever the fear, you're still alive.  Your senses are functioning.  You begin to see the only thing you have to fear is your mind taking control and preventing you from living.

Reframe your thinking

Analysis of dream submitted by B.W. of Melbourne, Australia.

Dream- I was slowly descending a linear staircase.  The surroundings were a blur.  I thought I was being careful, but I still stumbled. This disappointed me. I felt like I wasn't in control of my feet, like they weren't mine.  I felt clumsy, but regained some bearings.

Predominant Emotions- frustration, fear, anxiety. disorientation, and hope.

Interpretation-  If you're unsure of your footing, you may not feel grounded.  You may not feel like you're on 'the straight and narrow.'  Perhaps you know someone who has deviated from a linear path, and this evokes discomfort. Your sense of moral conduct refers to your own understanding of moral integrity.  Everyone won't see "eye-to-eye."

To sense a move downward doesn't have to mean retreat, defeat or that things are deteriorating.  Its all about perspective. You can  choose to believe life is getting easier.  You may be taking steps to change your vantage point for good reason.  Initiative itself   suggests confidence.  Life is what you choose based on how you decide to frame it.

Human beings grow up conditioned to asume things exist as they are and must be perceived in a certain way.  As you gain life experience, you can evolve to sense a different reality.  You begin to undertsand that your only limitations are the ones you impose on yourself.  They are unrelated to your perception of external circumstances.

The key is your willingness to act.  Without that, your perception and life would remain unchanged, based on what you thought you knew.  The more you realize you program your mind to be critical or supportive, loving or fearful, the more empowered you are.  Shift thoughts  that don't serve you.  Discard what you don't need.  Rediscover yourself.
