10 Steps to be more fully aware of your transformation

On some level, all human beings sense things are changing inside and outside them all the time. You may always not be able to describe what you’re thinking and feeling, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. You are learning to bring balance to unbalanced energy situations. You may ask, “how?”

Energy and light convey what is happening through vibration, pulsation and other sensations. This may affect your perspective, personality and traits that evolve within yourself. Parts of you are awakening to note insights and feelings that are less familiar.

1) Stop generating negative thoughts. As you learn to drop feelings of uneasiness and apprehension, you pay more attention to core feelings and your inner dialogue changes.

2) Dissolve sparks of doubt. Turn off that analytic part of your mind that wants to question. Listen instead to that part of you that knows it has access to all the answers.

3) Honour and reinforce who you really are. Rather than contemplating the worth of your decisions, initiate a shift in mindset. Deliberately choose what you will do.

4) Love yourself and everyone unconditionally. Visualize becoming more balanced and complete in present experience. Showing and accepting love is a gift.

5) Forgive everyone for everything. Be grateful for the ongoing dialogue that ensues. You imagine enemies to enter your life so that you might know and rediscover yourself.

6) Resist consciously wounding any creature. Injuring another emotionally, physically or otherwise, is just another way of injuring yourself. It serves no useful purpose.

7) Realize you have no reason to grieve for other people. If you choose to grieve your own sense of loss, evolve to recognize your selfishness. Each human being is experiencing a process to re-establish identity. To get there, release everything you think you know.

8) Be aware everything is your perception of vibrating energy. Tune into how you feel it. You can choose to view energy as a form of wisdom and broaden your horizons.

9) Choose the most fulfilling experiences imaginable. Build on present visions to create a fulfilling sense of what’s next. Love selflessly. Exercise your power.

10) Go beyond where the brave venture. Rather than follow in someone’s footsteps, be a pioneer. Forge a path. Be true to yourself, wherever this takes you.

Azhagiya, the more you listen to your heart centre, the more readily you tap into who you are. Thus, the easier it becomes to release worry, tension, fear, a sense of shadows in your past or other obstalces you create to prevent you from knowing yourself fully.

Sandra, many human beings live their lives as if other people are "out to get them." This reinforces and perpetuates fear. Every person can learn not to dwell on negative thoughts or behavior. To focus on the strength of the inner self dissolves your perception of negativity, for you no longer focus on it and feed it energy. People can grow to realize conditioning has led them to become overly sensitive. Listening to intuition may require you to reshape ideas that have taught you to undermine the power of your intuition.

Bai, human beings often underestimate their abilities as well as processes they are experiencing, even at this very moment. A clear example is the physical changes a body undergos from birth to adulthood. Bones are stretching, hair is growing, cells are dying and being reproduced at a vigorous rate, yet people rarely stop to think about such things. Funny, if they were not happening, you would not be who you are. Each person goes through different levels of transformation. You learn certain kinds of information in formal school. Yet, education and intelligence are not limited to what is spoon fed to you by institutions. Some people expect you to adopt their thoughts and apply them in their concept of reality. You also have choices to learn to think for yourself, and create your own sense of reality. You are exactly what you choose to perceive. You transform.
