Invoke your internal emissary of light

Would you assume that a Divine revelation is needed to create a guiltless world?  Some people imagine what it would be like to live in such a place. Imagine how you would feel when you discover you're the conduit for something relatively obscure?

Let's say you didn't permit yourself to sense fear or darkness. What if you reverted back to when you had no sense of bad or wrong? You would not feel compelled to attack or condemn.  You could learn to dissolve negative vibes and see meaning and lessons in everything. You may forget what its like to be consciously negative.  In all likelihood, you have not foreseen the delusions you create about your world.

Prophecies begin as thoughts. So, if you decide you will live guilt-free, you can.  You can train yourself to eat food without assuming it have a negative effect on your physical body.  If you listen, food itself will reassure you. Now there's a thought!

You also can condition yourself to be indifferent when you encounter obnoxious people.  It would be like accepting people for who they are and yourself. You can learn to sense foresee constructive habits and conscious choices. This will take a very positive turn.  Simply choose to invoke your internal emissary of light.  You might ask what this is. Let's say that you're on a mission to create, to learn, to teach and this begins inside.

1) Exchange love in all you do.  The love you send into the Universe will come back to you in the form of positive visions about your existence.  You bring love to yourself when you also share it. When you forgive others, you also forgive yourself for negative vibes.

2) Devote yourself to learning and teaching.  No matter what your skills, talents, current job, state of relationship or other pre-occupations, you have something to offer others and you can always better yourself.   Conscious visions enable you to learn from what you choose to see and believe or not at different phases. Share your lessons.

3) Nurture faith in what you can't prove.  Spiritual pursuits, belief in a God, praying to Higher Forces, talking to angels, fairies or, whatever else builds your hope, are all worthwhile.  These activities boost morale, promote healing, self-confidence and thoughts about good magic.  Train yourself to think outside- the-boxes conditioned by the world you think you know and by ego.

Sense the silent language of peace

I discovered a very uplifting slideshow written and narrated by Heather Macauley.  She has written a fantastic fantasy adventure about indigo chilren called, Children of Light.  This book is based on concepts from quantum physics and ideas about how each of us perceives and creates reality yet, the realities are connected. We're reminded we sense what and how we choose. Thus, as you ask angels to assist you, they will immediately come to focus on your behalf.

The slideshow soundtrack will encourage you to repeat your own mantra of peaceful intention.  Imagine that this is the kind of serene feeling guided by your angels.  They urge you to listen closer to your inner voice and appreciate all that you are:

10 Tidbits for Total Recall

If you have the urge to explore your dreams, then your intuition is guiding you. When you hear the term 'Total Recall,' you might imagine the sci-fi film with Arnold Schwartzenegger.  You may also reflect on useful tips to unlock messages in your dreams.  Its possible to help jog the memory and follow the thread back home.

Whether you are pregnant and wishing to connect to your unborn child, someone who wants to use dreams as a problem-solving tool, or see dreams are key to emotional healing or guiding you in other ways, its helpful to know you can train the mind to recall dreams consistently and in detail.  You might ask where to begin?

As you gain confidence with basic recall, you grow aware of different layers dreaming and may ready learn about astral projection. Consider ten tidbits for dream recall.  Never underestimate the power of intention.

1) Set the intention to remember

  • Raise awareness of your ability to recall dreams

Pay attention to your surroundings while awake. If you aren’t already recognizing how you use your senses, how can you expect to train the mind to multi-sensual awareness while asleep? Start simple: simply notice beauty and details on route to work. Do you detect smells easily? What did you feel of trees in bloom, or even the prickly weeds that grow in your lawn? Know you hold power to recall. Notice what you tend to overlook.

2) Meditate

  • Ensure you're comfortable and can achieve deep states of peace.

If it appeals, check out library books, instructional CDs, online chats or local in-person meditation groups. It’s a kind of mental training that requires discipline to teach you to move between conscious and unconscious states at will. This is not a process of forcing yourself to exert effort to quiet the mind.  Its about shifting attention away from noise and choosing to focus on messages your body is already sending and also listening.

3) Create sleep rituals.

  • Schedule your sleep for a consistent sleep cycle.

Deciding to regularly get a good night’s sleep promotes clearer thinking and reflection in the morning. Do what you do to unwind. Some people read. Others engage in sex. Whenever you’re ready, prepare to sleep. Lay back flat. Take a few minutes to relax all muscles. Make a habit of saying aloud, “I will remember my dream.” Tell other people of your intention to do this.  Verbalizing makes it stronger.

4) Keep paper and pen handy

  • Make it a habit to write or draw spontaneously (without thinking)

It makes sense to record whatever you recall just as you awaken. Many begin to recall pieces of dreams as symbols or images. You need not make sense of it.  Don’t get up and brush your teeth or use the toilet before. Change in temperature (outside bed) and altered perception of surroundings tends to affect dream recall. The fewer movements and disruptions, the more you’ll gradually  remember.

5) Develop a 'pre- get up' routine.

  • Make it a habit each morning to reflect on your dreams

Allow yourself to awaken without an alarm or before an alarm sounds. To be shocked awake may lead you to lose the dream thread. Keep eyes closed. Ly still. Tell yourself to permit dream images to surface. Imagine following a thread back through whatever events are still accessible within your unconscious. Repeat what you sense aloud. Record what you remember; objects, sensations, moods, feelings, colors, or anything.  Explore possible significance later.

6) Share your dream thoughts.

  • resist doubting what you see, feel in dreams

Choose people with whom you would like to share your dreams. In some cultures, this is common practice among families from childhood. Speaking about dreams can make the experiences feel more real and can bring on revelations about their meanings. Other people may help shed some light, but ultimately, you’re the best person to decipher your own dreams.

7) Explore creative memory process.

  • allow yourself to free draw impressions or feelings of what stands out in dreams

To decode your dreams, explore drawing, painting, sculpting, gardening, pottery, or other appealing pursuits. Dreams aren't always easily described in words.  Some people compose music or find other creative outlets to express what is flowing through them.  Be opten to inuition. Sense new inspiration and revelations.

8) Be aware of the influence of energies.

  • recognize possible external influences on dreams

Every night, between 2am and 5am in every time-zone, is when ELF and microwave transmissions are the strongest.  This is when mind-control instructions are emitted by satellites, control towers, and can compress, transmit and embed programs in the human brain.  The active waking up to go to the toilet for instance, sets the unconscious program in the mind. Your daily routines may also seem to influence how/ what you dream.

9) Keep a journal.

  • When ready, maintain a dream journal every morning after you wake up.

If dreams are hard to recall at first, simply journal about what is going on in your daily life. It may simply be a few lines per day. This kind of regular, conscious reflection will help you discern patterns in emotions, feelings and behaviors that begin to stand out in your dreams. If you are writing a work diary, pregnancy journal or keeping notes for other reasons, you may notice correlations between night dreams and reflections you transcribe elsewhere.  Everything is inter-connected.  Dreams are internal messages inviting you to see this more clearly.

10) Tap into the power of mantras

  • listen to instrumental music when falling asleep and also to jog memeory of dreams

Mantras are a repeated series of words with psychic effects.  Some people listen to mantra music like O mani padme hum as a way to relax with eyes open or closed. Some people repeat mantra chants when falling asleep or when awakening into conscious awarness.  The words and stressed vowels of mantras stimulate chakras, which heighten sensitivity in astral realms.

Energy surge & mind over matter

The vast majority of people are unaware of the extent to which the mind almost automatically interprets everything. You may assume you perceive how things are outside of you and inside. Yet, as you become more attuned to yourself, you realize the mind evolves to interpret and force experiences into familiar, and reassuring patterns. This trend will continue, unless you decide to do things differently.

Think about this: when you're asked to relay an experience, what you likely say is not so much what happened, but what you thought it meant. You compare what you you've already done. You generally select words you have used before. Why do you think that is? Do you intuit no other way? What about unexplained energy surges?

Some people believe their view of human existence is a rather limited one. A certain number of people seek to explore beyond physical matter. You may feel uneasy about some of the thoughts this may inspire. You may prefer not to question. Yet, you may succomb to unconscious suggestions during meditation. You may also begin to wonder how to discern the difference between hallucination and stages of dreaming.

If you lay down and start to fade into sleep, to the point where your body spontaneously seems to vibrate, almost uncontrollably, see if you sense a steady frequency. Does this happen mysteriously, unpredictably? This may be the beginning of repeated occurrences of vibrations that enable you to become more fully aware of your potential. Vibrations are always present at imperceptible degrees, but experiencing them on new levels will change the way you sense everything.

When you begin to feel what you sense others do not, you may float and bounce and be startled to look down at your body in bed. Evolve to where there's no discontinuity in consciousness. Sense every step of your evolving journey. It may never end.

Unblock what ails you

Some people block their minds and souls simply by living as they do and possibly always have. This could mean hurrying around, not being fully aware of your life or surroundings. Perhaps you consume mindless ideas or devote yourself to things that don't uplift the spirit? How many people do you know who would say apathy or indifference make a meaningful life? Does that sound healthy to you?

You stay in physical, emotional, psychological or other states you choose, by telling yourself how you feel is okay. To tap into the centre of the soul is where you can experience deep serenity and assurance that you're loved for who you are. You can experience feelings that radiate out into the world in a positive light.  Believe you have meaningful gifts and love to share. Communicate directly from the heart.

Unblocking what ails you means that you'll cease all thoughts that prevent caring for yourself and how you can serve. You can decide nothing anyone says or does will cause you to give up a sense of soulfulness. You value laughter and a lightness of being that share your thoughts as love energy.

When you're ready, you can fulfill your sense of purpose by sharing parts of yourself to all who are open to hear them and act upon them with gratitude. As you follow your path of healing, in whatever forms seem most appropriate, you can also take steps to empower others to heal too. You can learn to pass on your gifts without physically being in places. Be an emissary of light. Make a conscious or unconscious choice to shift your vibration higher.  Step back and review your lifestyle:

1) Boost your energy with regular physical and mental exercise

2) Eat high-vibrational foods (fresh fruits & veggies)

3) Rest properly & take time out to mediate

4) Choose pursuits that generate positive feelings for you & others

5) Surround yourself with optimistic, encouraging people

6) Open yourself to the joy and excitement of possibilities
