Unbury the limiting ideas that keep you where you are

Many people consciously repress thoughts and feelings that would cause them to alter behavior.  You may do this too.  You may sense thoughts that are incompatible or inconsistent with how you usually think or live your life.  As such, you are protecting the limiting beliefs that you hold and keep yourself where you are. What suggestions surface?

Your personal choices and experiences are grounded in your sense of limitations.  Many self-restricting beliefs go unnoticed.  Whenever you consciously dislike things, or sense and acknowledge discomfort, you are creating more of what you don't want.  Why is it you hesitate to open  up to experience or ideas that contradict your current beliefs?

As you become more attuned to your thoughts, you will realize it is possible to create visions that are incompatible with how you feel.  You can decide it would be a good idea to go for a ride in a vehicle you have traditionally feared.  You can sign up to learn swimming, rock climbing, diving or any activity that forces you to take risks you have been avoiding.  If you decide to confront the source of your fears, whatever form they take, your mindset will begin to bring you different feelings and circumstances.

Realize your conception of reality is not reality.  Your beliefs are not reality. You imagine what you will experience before it happens and your assumptions are often unfounded.  You anticipate how you will feel based on conditioning.  You assume that you will feel pain when you stub your toe, and then you do.  You believe life must be better elsewhere and then feel unhappy wherever you are.  You imagine getting punished for a mistake and you're reprimanded.  You get what you ask for.  Will you let limiting beliefs get your goat?

Consider if your life experience evokes mainly good feelings, and you encounter primarily encouraging and helpful people, then your beliefs would seem beneficial.  If you explore your subconscious with limiting belief though, you may perpetuate a vicious circle.

More specifically, if your mind dwells on reasons for poor health, complaints, reasons for dissatisfaction in areas of your life, sadness, doubt, cynicism and evil or negativity, these are signs you would benefit from examining the basis for your beliefs.  You are never at the mercy of events.  Real causes can be uncovered deep within your awarness.

Reach beyond what you know

Analysis on dream submitted by Anonymous of Melbourne, Australia.

Dream- I was levitating on my back asleep inside the middle of a transparent bubble. I wore a turquoise dress and the symmetrical bubble was surrounded by a similar, turqoise aura.  I peered outside the bubble through my third eye. From my parallel height, it was a world of jagged, rock points surrounded by glorious pastel colors on a moving horizon. A distance above and to the side of me, I could sense multiple moons.  I reached up to push through the bubble with my bare hand.  The bubble simply took on the shape of my fingers, but didn't burst.  As I lay my hand back down, a ball of white light emerged from my stomach area and passed effortlessly through the bubble up into an infinite abyss.

Predomiant Emotions-impatience, awe, restlessness, expectation, and liberation.

Interpretation- You aren't willing or able to "burst your own bubble" because you have faith in your ongoing path.  Turquoise as a stone possess healing energy.  This color of aura often characterizes a spiritual teacher.  At soul-level, you bridge spirits of the Earth and the beyond, though you may not yet consciously recognize your true potential.

Texture of perceived surroundings and the nature of your perceived limitations are also significant.  You sense you move beyond them. As you intend to move forward, doing what you've always done isn't always appropriate or effective.  Stretch yourself mentally to tap into your deeper soul.  You can keep sources of assumed fear at a distance, yet the "point" is this doesn't enable you to dissolve and confront them as lessons require.

Hands highlight resourcefulness and ingenuity. as well as communication. If you've been having trouble "getting through" to yourself, then an alternative solution is on the horizon.  You visualize in full color because raising your vibration is having a positive impact.  As your consciousness speeds up, you shift your perception.  Time and space as you knew them change.  Be encouraged to "go with the flow" and evolve with the light.

Why discern what's behind your thoughts and action?

As you focus inward, and become attuned to personal energy levels, you will be less likely pulled into control games.  How might you discern energy levels and be true to yourself?

When energy exchange is not consensual, when it is ego-based, the result is karma, or loss of energy to one side or another.  It pays to discern the meaning of how you behave.

In the Celestine Prophecy, James Redfield wrote on four energy tactics  used and combined by people to raise their energy; Poor Me, Intimidator, Aloof and Inquisitor. These personalities characterize different thinking and motives.  Do you intuit yourself?

Empathy and compassion are perceived as having intrinsic value.  Your view gains depth as you evolve to recognise many acts of compassion are actually self-serving. This means you may subconsciously undermine your own actions.  What are your real intentions?

To seek hidden motives behind the appearance of altrusim is meaningful because it helps deconstruct your secret power games.   To identify issues also uncovers gifts they offer.  You choose what's most useful and relevant and disregard the rest you don't need now.

It all leads back to the power chakra, located at the diaphram where your ribs meet.  This is where each of us senses boundaries and power struggles within ourselves. We ascend the chakras to transcend discomfort and false ego.  Yet, we re-connect with the body and choose to be guided by instincts, to learn to trace our misconceptions and grow.

Stop resisting why you're here

You were attracted into your life for many different reasons.  You experience your own reality.  Only you can discern what this means to you.  This isn't simply a question of believing what makes sense to you right  now.  Its also a matter of learning to rise above your own tendency to judge, doubt and resist ideas that challenge your perceptions.

Each thought, word and deed leaves a trace in your character.  You also have hidden interests, memories and feelings you may not readily explain or put into words.  You may even fear discussing subjects that surface or fascinate you for fear of seeming weird.  People enter your life to assist you as well as to learn themselves at their own pace.

People will always find arguments that support their fears, restrictions and limited views of reality.  You can follow their lead or, follow a path that enables you to be true to yourself.  Much has been forgotten yet, much can also be remembered and explored.  As you sense your perception is expanding, you will better cope with your own inner reality.

To stop resisting why you're alive is to be willing to explore parts of your deeper identity. You may be unsure how to approach what is on your mind.  Its a process of considering new dimensions, ideas and possibilities.  You have to find ways to untie the knot to your  satisfaction.  You can choose to relate to your life with open-mindedness or anxiety.

See where different kinds of reactions lead you.  You can leave things as they are or, search out other answers.  Imagine what awaits you beyond your current awareness...

Sense a domino effect from ordinary things

While reading Susan Murphy's book called "Upside Down Zen: A direct path to reality," I came to a section that made especially good sense to me.  As I choose to learn from various views of religion and spirituality, I highlight key points that enable me to grow.

Murphy interprets a section of The Tao Te Ching.  She reminds us how this work teaches the softest thing on Earth overcomes the hardest thing. This has implications for how we think about ourselves and the world.

What if you started to think that to truly begin to grasp mindfulness, you  need to be willing to place yourself in a situation where your heart would break? Some people believe you haven't really meditated until you have wept so deeply that you have washed away the unnecessary layers of foolishness and misconception.  Ever see a person cry for joy?

The domino effect is what happens when you begin to sense your world and your reactions to it differently.  You don't simply react mechanically as you used to do.  You begin to empathize with others, to share their feelings, and you are less desensitized.

The images you choose to watch and absorb are not just anything anymore.  You realize you control how you think and that external influences don't effect you as they did in the past. You may not know how you will change next, or what you will transcend, but you sense change can be refreshing and exhilarating.  And, you start to look forward to it.
