7 Truths of your sacred journey

In The Secrets Of the Light: Spiritual Strategies to Empower Your Life, Dannion Brinkley encourages each of us to regularly stop what we're doing and affirm certain truths. 

Let it be said he died and come back to this world three times.  He returned from a place that influences our dreams in more ways than we realize.  He believes recognizing these truths will enable us to consciously stabilize the energy within and around us.

In the process of reflecting on these truths, you will begin to recognize certain blessings you may not have noticed.  This will enable you to manifest strategies for health and well-being, and expand on your experiences.  What are your own views and gut feelings?

1) What are we? Dannion believes we are great, powerful and mighty spiritual beings of Light living in a pysical world with dignity, direction and purpose.

2) Why are we here? We choose to come here as a 'force of one' in order to make changes for the betterment of humanity, knowing we can each make a real difference.

3) Who influences our existence? We were chosen to come here.  This means that a great, Divine, and infinitely loving Force trusts and believs we will achieve the goal we were sent to accomplish.

4) What do we have? We all possess an abundance of gifts and talents.  One vital aspect of living this life is to discover and develop the wisest of these talents in order to prodce the greatest possible potential for good.

5) Why do we choose to live now? We choose to be alive at this time, a this place an at this point in history.  Never before have we had such a glorious opportunity to display our individual power and presence.

6) Is there anything beyond us? There was a world that we existed in before we came into this one.  It was beautiful.  It was safe.  It was all-embracing.  The foundation of that world is that we are loved, cherished and considered precious.

7) Do we really understand life and consciousness? There is a world that exists after this one.  In fact, it is the same world we left to come here.  What we leave in this world is the uniqueness of our Divine Mak.  And what we take with us into the next world is the understanding of how and why this Divine mark was our unique destiny.

I think it would behoove us to leave a little of where we came from in this life, in the ways that we inspire and touch people to aspire to be love and all that it encompasses.

Alexys, its always possible to choose to retain positive aspects of our experiences in different places. Some people reflect a lot. Other people reflect a little or, not at all. In order to truly appreciate who you are, why you exist now, and what you have the potential to do, its meaningful to jog the memory. As you imply, touching other people begins with reconnecting with our inner selves. We have much insight at our fingertips.

Each individual have gifts and talents within them. I'm still one of those trying to unfold the talent and start to develop.
